Add the ability to use a user's email to retrieve the associated UserName and/or UserID via a GET API call in Workflow Designer.
Often the email address is the only data we have for a user. In order to route workflow to the user, we need to be able to do a JSON lookup of the user from the email address. At this time it is not possible.

Anfragen: bei gesendeten Anfragen soll unter "Aufgaben überwachen" der gesendete Text gezeigt werden.
Wenn Aufgaben zu einem Dokument gesendet werden, dann können diese sinnvollerweise mit einem Text beschrieben werden. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn dieser Text in der Übersicht der gesendeten Aufgaben angezeigt werden würde, im Fensterbereich unten links (siehe Anlage).

Anfragen: Eingabefeld für Text größer darstellen
Beim Erstellen von Anfragen ("Anfrage senden") kann über das Feld "Text" dem Empfänger etwas mitgeteilt werden. Leider werden beim Textfeld nur 3 Zeilen anzeigt (siehe Anlage), was unpraktisch ist - vor allem weil ansonsten der Text von bereits gesendeten Anfragen, der bei neuen Anfragen erneut eingeblendet wird, leichter modifiziert werden könnte. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn das a) das Textfeld größer dargestellt werden würde oder b) das Fenster für "Anfrage senden" insgesamt vergrößert werden könnte, wodurch das Textfeld dynamisch entsprechend vergrößert werden würde.

Workflow Designer : please improve the font selection dialog of the stamps.
We are having trouble with stamping characters out of frame when using an unsupported font from the font selection dialog in the task's stamp settings.
This is because the font selection dialog in DocuWare’s workflow designer (especially when configuring stamps in tasks) seems to displays all fonts installed on your operating system.
We hope you can improve this function by either changing the list of fonts so that only supported fonts can be chosen, or by increasing the types of fonts supported.2 votes -

Filtern von Workflow-Aufgaben über Datumswerte mit Zeitangabe
Wenn man eine Suche ausführt und in der Ergebnisliste ein Datumsfeld mit Zeitangabe hat, kann man die Ergebnisliste nach Datum und Zeit filtern. Das geht in der Workflow-Aufgabenliste leider nicht. Hier kann man bspw. im "Erhalten am" Feld nur nach einem Datum Filtern obwohl die Zeitangabe mit dabei stehen würde. Bitte die Filter-Funktion hier um die Zeitangabe erweitern!

Allow selection of multiple fields and merge forms in docuware forms.
I have an enrollment form that fills out several merge forms. Some of the merge forms are recreated on a monthly bases and resubmitted. It would be nice if I could easily make the original form and then copy it and highlight all the stuff I don't need and delete it at once rather than each and every item. It would also be nice if I could use the original workflow with these merge forms as well. This could also be used to select several items and change the behavior all at once for those of us who forget to…

Docuware Cloud Update verschieben auch ohne gültige/aktive Lizenz.
Unser Admin Account hat keine Lizenz. Diese wird bei Bedarf aktiviert.
Beim Login zur Terminverschiebung wird ein User ohne Lizenz abgewiesen bzw. die Seite "ist nicht verfügbar". Sobald dem User eine Lizenz zugewiesen ist, kann der Termin verschoben werden. Die Verschiebung sollte auch ohne Lizenz gehen. Das Login verhindert bereits, dass das eine "Drittperson" vornehmen kann.2 votes -

Ich schlage vor, den DocuWare Workflow Designer um eine zusätzliche Code-Ansicht zu erweitern. Diese „KI-fähige“ Darstellung würde es ermöglichen, den Workflow als strukturierten Code auszugeben, der direkt mit externen KI-Systemen verarbeitet werden kann – z. B. zur automatisierten Dokumentation, Analyse oder Anpassung durch generative KI.
Durch die Integration dieser Funktion könnte man Workflows schneller verstehen, effizienter dokumentieren und gezielt weiterentwickeln – mit Unterstützung moderner KI-Tools wie ChatGPT & Co.

Customers are confused by the new 7.12 forms and how they handle dropdowns. Before, they could just type text into the field as soon as they tab into it, and it would start filtering. Now, the field doesn't respond to them typing until they press Enter. This isn't a massive adjustment, but they have many, many users on the form, so re-training users is causing them headaches.

Individuelle Spaltenkonfiguration serverseitig speichern.
Wenn man nach Dokumenten sucht, dann lassen sich für jeden Benutzer die Spalten individuell verschieben.
Diese Verschiebung bleibt auch erhalten, bis man sein Browserzwischenspeicher/-cache löscht oder löschen muss.
Daher ist mein Vorschlag, diese Informationen nicht im Browser, sondern auf dem Server zu speichern.3 votes -
Stop workflow from Workflow Designer "Active Instance" tab
Please add the option to stop the workflow in this tab, We only have Continue option; this may lead to an infinite loop

Stop workflow from workflow designer Waiting Instances tab
In Workflow designer, there is an option to stop a workflow from "Active Instances" tab, why is the same is not available in the "Waiting Instances" tab. We only have Continue Action. this may lead to infinite loop sometimes as you continue, condition is not fulfilled in the workflow and come back to Waiting Instance.

Gesamtes Tabellenfeld als Pflichtfeld im Formular definieren
Hallo,
aktuell fehlt die Möglichkeit das Tabellenfeld im Formular als Pflichtfeld zu markieren.
Es wäre schön wenn dies ähnlich wie im Workflow Designer vorgenommen werden könnte.
Der Benutzer muss dann mindestens eine Zeile der Tabelle ausfüllen.3 votes
