   We have received a number of customer feedbacks expressing the need to be able to benefit from the "Connect to Outlook" functionalities from their "Outlook" mobile application (if only to use the watched folder).

   Without an add-on on the Outlook mobile application, users who wish to send invoices received by email to storage from their mobile device (Outlook app.) must have their computer with Outlook and Desktop Apps running so that the documents can be imported.

   Do you have a development planned along these application in your roadmap ? If not, could you add it ?

3. MAPI - Enable multi-windowing when sharing documents by email from DocuWare WebApp

   Dear all,

   Currently, the window opened by DocuWare when sharing documents by email blocks all use of Outlook, which is extremely frustrating and restrictive for our customers.

   According to the documentation in the link below, MAPI allows you to activate or deactivate this modal usage mode. This is what Microsoft describes in the note below, using available constants such as ‘DIALOG_MODAL’.

   The solution should be upgraded to allow :
   - multi-windowing
   - copy documents directly into DcW WebApp and paste them into a manually opened email
   - Drag and drop documents from a DocuWare WebApp window into the email client to attach them.

   Hello, is it possible with DocuWare to perform a calculation on date fields to determine the number of days taken, for example, for a form with a start date and an end date? To determine the number of days via a calculation on the form.

5. Add more advanced calulations with If Statements

   We should be able to have if statments in Arithmetic Calculations. Ex: I have a Home Miles box that should be subtracted from Total Miles when the person went from Home to a location or went to Home from a location.

   I know this can probably be done in Workflow but we really would like to calculate from the form itself.

   Entfernung der Stempel nach Versionierung für das führende Dokument (aktuelle Version)

   Nachdem ein Dokument versioniert worden ist, sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, mit einer zusätzlichen Option,die Stempel am Dokument zu entfernen.(bei checkIn/CheckOut oder auch autom. Versionierung) In einigen Workflows ist es gewünscht, dass die Dokumente erneut überprüft werden müssen und somit das versionierte Dokument wie ein neues Dokument ohne Stempel behandelt werden muss.

8. Drucken / Herunterladen von Dateien ohne Stempel, aber mit Textfeldern etc.

   Es wäre super, wenn die Möglichkeit bestehen würde, die Dateien sowohl mit angebrachten Stempeln, als auch ohne diese, herunterzuladen oder ausdrucken zu können. Es kommt öfter vor, dass die Dateien mit Hilfe des Textfeldes geändert werden und dann weitergesendet werden müssen. Die Stempel sind in diesen Fällen meistens nicht relevant, sondern verwirren und stören dabei etwas.
   Deswegen wäre meine Idee, eine Auswahl beim herunterladen oder drucken zu haben, bei der:
   1. die Datei mit allen Anmerkungen (Stempel und Textfelder etc.) (evtl. besteht auch hier die Möglichkeit Stempel
   zu aktivieren oder zu deaktivieren, welche für das Dokument für den Ausdruck relevant sind)
   2. die Datei nur mit Anmerkungen wie Textfeldern
   3. die Datei im Originalformat ohne Anmerkungen
   heruntergeladen oder ausgedruckt werden kann.

10. Für AVD Benutzerinformationen in localAppdata speichern

    Hallo, wir arbeiten mit den Desktop Apps in einer Microsoft AVD-Umgebung, in der mehrere Session-Hosts existieren. Wenn ein Benutzer sich anmeldet wird er irgendeinem freien Session-Host zugewiesen. Das muss nicht derselbe sein wie gestern. Das Problem ist, dass aktuell die Verbindungsinformationen entweder nicht vorhanden oder falsch sind. Nach jeder Neuanmeldung muss ich die Desktop-Apps öffnen, die Verbindungsinformationen löschen und über die Docuware-Webseite neu Verbinden ausführen. Wenn das pro Tag mindestens einmal gemacht werden muss, ist das irgendwann sehr nervig.
    Warum werden die Verbindungsinformationen nicht einfach im %Appdata%- oder %Localappdata%-Bereich des jeweiligen Benutzers gespeichert. Dann sind die Verbindungsinformationen immer korrekt und vorhanden.

11. Workflow-Lizenz: Anmerkungen und Stempel im Workflow

    Mit einer Workflow-Lizenz ist es derzeit nicht möglich, Anmerkungen oder Stempel im Workflow anzubringen. Diese Einschränkung führt bei vielen Kunden zu Unmut und erschwert die effiziente Verarbeitung von Dokumenten im Workflow. Besonders bei Rechnungen, bei denen zahlreiche einzelne Positionen gekennzeichnet werden müssen, reicht ein Bemerkungsfeld innerhalb der Indexfelder nicht aus.

12. Be able to configure several intelligent indexing storage dialog boxes on the same tray

    Currently, we can only configure one storage dialog box using intelligent indexing per tray, but some users store all their documents in their default btray but have to use different dialog boxes depending on the type of document, which means that 1 the administrator has to create other buckets with permission management and 2 the user has to move the document to this other bucket in order to be able to use the appropriate intelligent indexing dialog box. The aim would be to be able to select several dialog boxes using intelligent indexing on the same bucket. Thank you in advance for your attention to this request.

    Ich freue mich über das neue AddIn über Microsoft, leider ist diese aktuell kaum bei Kunden einsetzbar. Es fehlt an grundsätzlichen Funktionen, die im alten AddIn vorhanden sind. Wann kann mit einem Angleich des Funktionsstands gerechnet werden?

    Zum Beispiel: Ablage von Anhang vor der E-Mail, Einbettung in Kontextmenüs, uvm.

15. Reprint output PDF after index modification

    It would be good to have the form reprinted in PDF after a modification from 'Modiiay index' dialog in search results.
    The new entry would be a new version of the document or replace it as per the cabinet settings

16. Increase column limit for Tables in DocuWare Forms

    Currently, the Table item in DocuWare Forms can only support up to 12 columns per item. This can be inconvenient when an existing file cabinet has a table field with more than that number of columns.

17. Support for ISDOC e-Invoice variant of EU standard EN 16931 (EU Directive 2014/55/EU)

    Docuware supports some EU variants of e-Invoicing.
    Please add support variant for Czech Republic called ISDOC

    ISDOC is also like others based on XML.
    It can be 3 types:
    XML file with extension (suffix) *.isdoc
    XML file with attachment (archived in ZIP) and extension *.isdocx
    PDF file with embedded XML data, extension *.pdf

    Extension ISDOC is similar to XRechnung variant.
    Extension PDF is similar to ZUGFeRD.

    Suppliers can choose if they send to customer *.isdoc or *.isdocx or *.pdf.
    If supplier sends ISDOC compatible invoice, most of them use *.isdoc (some use *.pdf with embedded XML data).
    Currently Docuware cannot processing that files.

    Tested with Docuware v7.11 Document processing, I can import PDF file with embedded XML data but receive error from Recognition Service.
    I cannot import *.isdoc file because Document processing know only PDF or XML extension. But if I rename *.isdoc file to *.xml I can import it and manually match XML data for processing.

19. Mehrzeilige Textfelder in Aufgabendialogen / Ablagedialogen

    Es wäre schön wenn es eine Möglichkeit gäbe in den Aufgabendialogen mehrzeilige Eingabefelder zu verwenden inklusive Zeilenumbruch. Hintergrund ist, dass wir Workflows zum Ausfüllen eines Formulars nutzen. Wird da etwas mehr Text eingegeben wird es sehr unübersichtlich. Es wäre natürlich wichtig das Formatierungen wie Zeilenumbrüche dann auch mit weiter verarbeitet werden. Also als formatierter Text an den Workflow übergeben wird. Stichwortfelder sind ja an dieser Stelle leider keine Alternative.

    Für eine schnelle Bearbeitung, bzw. Stapelbearbeitung wäre es wünschenswert, wenn statt dem folgend beschriebenen Ist-Zustand ein Soll-Zustand umgesetzt werden könnte!
    [IST]: In dem Bereich "meine Aufgaben" sehe ich gelistete Vorgänge, die ich zu Bearbeiten habe. Um jeweils die Vorschau zu sehen muss ich einen Doppelklick für jeden einzelnen vernetzten Beleg durchführen. Das ist insgesamt umständlich und sehr Zeitaufwändig.
    [SOLL]: Aus dem Microsoft Windows Dateiexplorer bin ich gewohnt, daß ich sogar mit den Pfeiltasten der Tastatur navigieren kann und sich die entsprechende Anzeige im Vorschaufenster automatisch, sogar ohne Doppelklick, aktualisiert. Dies ermöglicht ein täglich schnelleres und effizienteres Arbeiten und sollte wenn möglich auch in den Docuware Web Client integriert werden.
    [Ziel]: Da wir eine digitale Postmappe umgesetzt haben, soll z. B. mit einem schnellen Überblick ohne Doppelklick eine Stapelbearbeitung (Freigabe) möglich sein, so dass im Zuge der Digitalisierung auch zeitliche Ressourcen eingespart werden können.
