Fix ODBC behaviour to use default schema for user instead of user schema
The current behaviour of ODBC Local Data Connector is not standard : when a user connects to an ODBC source, it can only currently access the schema with same name as user. ODBC standard is the default set of tables it should have access is defined as the default schema.

Enable duplicating result index in the index dialog tab
When configurating a list (result or proper list) we have to repeat twice the fields ordering and naming in 2 different tabs :"result" and "index dialog".
This could/very often represents a huge amount of time by reordering and renaming the fields and so on twice.
Would it be possible to make it easier by, for instance, ticking a box that will duplicate the config from "result tab" to "index dialog tab" (at least to initiate it), and then let the customer free to change or adjust it in the "index dialog tab" without impacting the "result" one ?

Display the subtotal of the "amount" columns in the lists and results

Displaying the subtotal of the amount columns (decimal or integer) would be very useful for customers.
Indeed, they are using "DcW lists" (and result dialogs) to prepare there payment schedule.
They are displaying several useful columns included "amount" columns, so they know wich amount represent each line (each invoice). But to decide weither they will pay or not an invoice, they also need to see the total amount of all the selected invoices.So having the possibility (same as in table fields for ex.) to display a total of a decimal or integer column will be very helpful for…

E-Rechnung + Anhang als weitere Seiten der Rechnung ein-/ausschalten
Aktuell zieht DocuWare im Standard immer die XML E-Rechnung aus einer ZUGFeRD PDF raus und hängt diese an die Rechnung als weitere Seiten mit dran. Genauso die weiteren Anhänge in der PDF und auch in der E-Rechnung. Das führt u. U. dazu, dass Dokumente die vorher aus 2 Seiten bestehen, plötzlich aus 14 Seiten bestehen. Manche Kunden wünschen das andere wiederum nicht, deshalb würde ich vorschlagen, dass man diese Funktion über die Konfiguration ein- und ausschalten kann.

XML in E-Rechnung nicht mit in PDF konvertieren
wird im Rechnungsprozess ein freigegebenes Dokument via Mail an ein Steuerbüro übermittelt (PDF konvertiert / mit Stempel), erscheint bei E-Rechnungen eine zweite Seite in der PDF, mit dem XML Inhalt. Diese Seite wird in manchen Steuersoftware als separate Rechnung erkannt. Daher wäre es praktisch eine E-Rechnung mit Stempel, aber ohne Visualisierung der XML versenden zu können.

Provide a way for IT admins to be notified when a desktop app that is running on a server needs to be updated.
Apps like the Local Data Connector have stopped working if they require an update, this causes issues when not noticed for days with multiple functions within DocuWare like Auto Index and Workflow calculations.

Value from another file cabinet
Workflow. I want to search value in another file cabinet. For example some approval limit. Now I need to create extra global variable, fill it with text "Approval limit" and use this global variable in SQL query for file cabinet. The following SQL query doesn't work: Limit = 'Approval limit'. I need to create global variable with the mentioned text and use the global variable. Same for my colleagues.

Worfklow task. When I change the field behavior to read only, I need to define again the predefined value. Why? Could the workflow designer keep the predefined value?

Option to add version on an existing document in a cabinet from the result list
An option to check-in a new version of the document directly from the result list or an option to make an uploaded document in DocuWare as a version to another document will be an advantage.
An option like selecting one document from the result list and get a 'Check-In' or 'Update version' function will allow the users to select the new document from the local system and update it as a new version to the selected document. Add validation to dates on DocuWare forms.
Add calculations and validation for date fields.
I.E - conditional options for when a date has been selected which is more than 2 weeks away.
I know this is available in workflow, but this would be very useful in forms.

Anzahl der Events einer Workflow-Instanz abfragen
Innerhalb einer DocuWare Workflow-Instanz besteht eine Begrenzung der Anzahl von Events (siehe KBA-36952).
Um der Fehlermeldung „The maximum event threshold 5000 has been reached for instance XXXX“ proaktiv vorzubeugen, wäre es hilfreich, die aktuelle Anzahl der Events einer Workflow-Instanz abfragen zu können.Diese Information könnte beispielsweise über eine Workflow-Systemvariable bereitgestellt werden.
Dadurch ließen sich Workflows effizienter überwachen und ggf. frühzeitig steuern, bevor kritische Schwellen erreicht werden.1 vote -
Ich schlage vor, dass man im Viewer auch verschlüsselte Nachricht sehen kann.
Verschlüssele Nachrichten werden in Outlook normal angezeigt, aber bei und nach der Ablage in Docuware im Viewer, sieht man nur den Absender und Empfänger.
Die Verschlüsselung nimmt infolge des Datenschutzes zu.

a href für Links in Indexfeld ermöglichen
In Version 7.12 ist in der Konfiguration - Sicherheit eine Möglichkeit vorhanden Externe URL´s zu aktivieren, damit in Indexfeldern die URL aktiv wird und per Klick sich öffnet. Da einige URL´s sehr lange sind wäre eine Integration von a href schön. Bedeutet https:\xxxx.de\xxx\xxx\test.hml wäre dann nur im Indexfeld TEST zu sehen mit dem Eintrag im Indexfeld <a href=" https:\\xxxx.de\xxx\xxx\test.hml">TEST</a>

Share by Email to the New Microsoft Outlook
Currently if you select "Share by Email" for a document in a result list it will only open the old Classic Outlook email client even if the new Outlook is selected as the default email app on the workstation.

Make "WF_TASK_LINK" & "WF_TASKLIST_LINK" available as a workflow system variables
It would be advantageous if the link to the workflow task could be saved in a variable for further processing. This would allow users to open the respective workflow task or workflow task list directly from external applications.
DocuWare currently only offers this in the email workflow task notification.

Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man den Link zur Workflow-Aufgabe in einer Variablen zur weiteren Verarbeitung speichern könnte. So können Nutzer aus externen Anwendungen direkt die jeweilige Workflow-Aufgabe bzw. die Workflow-Aufgabenliste öffnen.
DocuWare bietet dies aktuell nur in der E-Mail Workflow Aufgabenbenachrichtigung an.
Folgende zwei Links wären auch unter dem Modul "Daten zuweisen" als Workflow Systemvariable nützlich:

Benutzersynchronisation ab 7.12 verbessern/erweitern
Mit der neuen Benutzersynchronisierung (Benutzerbereitstellung über App-Registrierung) fehlen elementare Optionen:
- Es wird automatisch eine Mail an die synchronisierten User geschickt, diese Entscheidung muss meiner Meinung nach auf DocuWare Seite liegen und nicht pauschal erfolgen!
- Es wird immer ein Userbezogener Briefkorb angelegt, der dann auch noch pauschal INBOX heißt. Auch diese Entscheidung muss meiner Meinung nach auf DocuWare Seite konfiguriert werden können.Macht der IT-Dienstleister oder die IT des Kunden einen Fehler und synchronisiert das komplette AD, haben wir die Umgebung erstmal vollgemüllt und müssen alles manuell löschen. Ability to Add File Cabinet Index Data to an Email Notification's Subject Line
Currently this can be done in a Notification Task within a Workflow. But for standard non-workflow email notifications, index data can only be added to the body of the email and not the subject line. Due to this it's impossible to accomplish unless the customer has the Workflow module. Would be nice to have this feature available in a standard, non-workflow, email notification configuration.

Paginierstempel
Es sollte einen sogenannten Paginierstempel, oder zumindest eine Option, geben in dem man eine "Stempelnummer" fortlaufend hochzählen kann. Also eine Nummer, die nur für den Stempel gedacht ist und jedes mal um 1 hochgezählt wird, nur wenn dieser Stempel gesetzt wird. Es gibt ja schon eine Nummer im Ablage Dialog, die man hochzählen kann bei jedem Dokument, und bei der man den Nummernkreis bestimmen kann. Diese Funktionen sollte es auch rein für Stempel geben.
