Filter auf Feld mit anderer Auswahlliste
In Ablagemasken gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Filter auf ein anderes Feld zu setzen, auch wenn dieses nicht dieselbe Auswahlliste enthält wie das neu angelegte Feld. Das muss in Forms auch möglich sein. Allgemein sollte der Funktionsumfang von Forms mit den Ablagemasken abgeglichen werden, damit solche Standardfunktionen nicht fehlen und am Ende den Einsatz von Forms verhindern.

We would like the "Bookmarks" included in the PDF original document to be maintained even when downloaded with DocuWare.
When we download from DocuWare as an Original Document, "Bookmarks" are maintained, but when we download from DocuWare using Download with annotation, etc., "PDF Bookmarks information" is lost.
We understand that the "Bookmarks" information will disappear because DocuWare creates a new PDF. However, since "Bookmarks" are often valuable information, I would like the original "Bookmarks" to be inherited even if a new PDF is created.

Filtersymbol in Ergebnislisten sollte farblich hervorgehoben werden
in der aktuellen Cloudversion (7.9) ist das Filtersymbol (Trichter) in der Ergebnisleiste kaum zu sehen, da es sich farblich kaum hervorhebt. Somit kann der User nicht auf Anhieb erkennen, ob Daten gefiltert oder ungefiltert angezeigt werden. Dies führt beim User oft zu Verwirrungen. Ein simpler Trick: Einfach das Filtersymbol rot einfärben (in unserer cloud-Version haben wir dies mittels CSS Override umgesetzt.
Das klappt einwandfrei und der User hat den schnellen Überblick

Add document capture datetime as index field
Sometime customer needs to know when document is captured - arrived in Document tray. Now when document is stored this infromation is not accessible and customer not have way to check how long time document was in document tray before stored. In some situations it would ne neccessary to keep this value as system entry data.

Please add Document File Name as an Exportable Field.

Better workflow response when unsecured webservice request is sent
Please return something else other than just "An error occurred while sending the request." when the connection to external webservice is unsecured (no cert or not valid cert). Something like "The request was aborted due to unsecured communication with the web service". would be nice.
When troubleshooting, sometimes it's very hard to differentiate if the request was aborted because of blocked IP from DocuWare or if the web server has invalid SSL cert.

Size of document with arithmetic expression or by direct assignments
Allow the "Size of document" with arithmetic expression or by direct assignments to use it directly in the Workflow Designer.

Workflow fields only display on stamp if populated
If you are putting a stamp on a document, and it has multiple fields in the decision, you are always forced to put those decisions on the stamp. Make a way where if the field is NULL the line/field doesnt populate on the stamp. This would help avoid clutter

Stempel mehrfach hintereinander setzen
Szenario:
Lieferscheine sollen mit der DocuWare App bearbeitet werden. Der Lagermitarbeiter bestätigt hierfür mit einem Stempel die Position auf seinem Tablet, dass die Ware geliefert wurde.
Wunsch:
Es wäre schön wenn Stempel in der mobilen App auch mehrfach gesetzt werden könnten, so wie es im Webclient ist. Aktuell muss der Stempel immer bestätigt werden und kann nicht mehrfach gesetzt werden. Evtl. könnte dem Benutzer einfach ein Hinweis gegeben werden, dass er nun einen Stempel benutzt der mehrfach hintereinander gesetzt werden kann um ihm das bewusst zu machen.4 votes -
Allow users to approve tasks by replying to the email notification.
Our upper management users tend to have many requests that require their approval in DocuWare. It would be more efficient to allow them to approve the task simply by replying to the email notification with "Approve", "Yes", "Y", or something relating to that so that they do not need to log into DocuWare each time.

In Ergebnisliste solle Werte mittels Quick-Button kopiert und in Arbeitsspeicher geladen werden (siehe Screenshot).
Hierdurch könnten Inhalte schnell und einfach kopiert werden und in andere Anwendungen eingefügt werden.(tags: Quickbutton, Button, copy, kopieren, einfügen, paste, Ergebnisliste, Zelle, Zelleninhalt, ram, Arbeitsspeicher)

in Tabellenfelder sollen URL anklickbar sein. Somit könnte innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf divere Dokumente mit nur einem Klick zugegriffen werden (siehe Screenshot)

Tabellenfelder im Workflow verwenden
Es wäre wünschenswert, dass man generell Tabellenfelder in einem Workflow mit einbinden kann. So kann verhindert werden, dass man kein zusätzlichen Workflow braucht zum Auslesen der Tabellendaten in Stichwortfelder. Wir haben aktuell den Case, dass wir Belastungsanzeigen unserer Bank ablegen und der Kreditorenprozess erst dann weiter geht, wenn die Belastungsanzeigen korrekt abgelegt sind mit Angaben von bsp. Rechnungsnummern. Diese möchten wir jedoch anhand der Tabelle im Workflow verwenden was aktuell leider nicht geht.

In the webclient, we would like to have a mark ensuring that the document is signed by a certificate.
When we preview a document in docuware web client, there's no sign or stamp ensuring that the imported docuement has been signed by a certificate.

es sollten Summenfelder in Dialogen geben
Wir haben Listen Dialoge gebaut die alle Rechnungen des laufenden Monats anzeigt nun wäre es Mega Hilfreich, wenn wir bei den Rechnungen die Beträge addieren könnten, also eine Art Gesamtsummen in Dialogen

allow landscape webforms
Currently, when web forms are created the output has 2 options A4 and Letter. When we submit PO requests we use a table field that would be a lot easier to read if we could at least print in landscape. It would also help if we could change the width of the columns in table fields but with table fields, landscape would be a nice option.

Automatic identification import job failed to selected inbox
Use 1 named account for DocuWare Desktop Connection in file server. Got different projects using automatic identification document processing import job, when failed, it will transfer to this 1 named account default inbox.
Which is undesirable when different group of people involve different projects.Should have an option to choose which inbox whenever automatic identification failed.

Unclip using DocuWare Platform API Webservice
The webservice currently allows you to "Clip" documents. We would like the ability to "Unclip" and restore individual documents.
Currently, we are clipping several documents in workflow designer with the DW Platform API (Cloud system), Sending the clipped document to DocuSign for multiple signatures. We would like to unclip after DocuSign returns the packet, index each document accordingly and store as individual documents again.
