1. Configuring a third party IdP for Oauth 2 API Authentification

   It would be nice to be able to configure the third party authentifcation software which is trusting the connection while connecting in Oauth 2.
   Instead of using Docuware Identity the token could be release from an IdP like Ping Federate.
   Also, it would be nice to be able to use clientcredentials instead of password for the granttype method.

2. Ich schlage vor, die folgende Filtermöglichkeit in der Suche anzubieten: "Datumsfeld" = leer

   Wir befüllen ein Feld "Zahldatum". Es wäre hilfreich wenn ich bei der Suche nur Ergebnisse anzeigen lassen könnte, bei denen das entsprechende Datumsfeld leer ist.
   Somit hätte ich eine Liste aller unbezahlten Rechnungen.

3. Audit log event - Export CSV from Results Dialog

   Hi,

   There's no audit log event in DocuWare when you export a CSV file from a results dialog. There are for opening, editing, emailing, downloading documents but not the metadata that links to them which might be GDPR related.

4. The "Force SSO" options should actually force SSO

   When you setup a user to the option "force SSO" then it should automatically use SSO and not just "force" them to click on "use microsoft" .. if the option is force then it should automatically try to use SSO first..

5. ZUGFeRD-Standard umsetzen für Zeilen-Import

   Die XML-Daten aus den Header von ZUGFeRD 2.2 können schon gelesen werden. Es fehlen aber die Zeilen-Informationen. Diese können mit "Dokumentverarbeitung" zwar eingerichtet werden, werden dann aber nicht in den Beleg nach DocuWare übernommen. Das ist in 2024 schon sehr wichtig, dies in DocuWare zu integrieren.

6. Ability for Azure AD User Sync not to overwrite usernames once they have been manually adjusted

   In User Sync V2 Tool, which is the only available option for user synchronization in DocuWare Cloud, when synchronizing the users with Azure Cloud, you can only use the UNP and the EmailPrefix for usernames in DocuWare. Those two attributes contain the same data and are not at all user-friendly options for usernames to work with. When you adjust the usernames manually to get usable usernames in DocuWare, the next time the Sync job runs all the usernames are being overwritten. Overwriting the usernames practically does not allow using anything other for username in DocuWare apart from the e-mail prefix.
   Please, think of a way to use the Azure AD users in DocuWare with user-friendly names or at least, think of a way to configure the User Sync V2 Tool not to update the usernames of already created users.

7. Möglichkeit Dokumente passwortgeschützt zu versenden aus dem Workflow

   Für die Personalverwaltung wäre es super Hilfsmittel, wenn z.B. Gehaltsabrechnungen aus einem DocuWare Workflow als verschlüsselte PDF oder alternativ in einer verschlüsselten ZIP Datei per E-Mail versendet werden könnte. Aus Gründen des Datenschutzes dürfen z.B. Gehaltsabrechnungen nicht unverschlüsselt per E-Mail verschickt werden.

    Da einer meiner Kunden an der Grenze der Felder liegt, wünscht dieser sich weitere Felder.

    Da dieser Kunde immer mehr Felder verwendet wird, wird ein einmaliges erweitern der Felder nicht lange halten.

    Damit nicht jedes mal auf eine Erweiterung der Felder gewartet werden muss, liegt es nicht Fern die Felder selbst anzulegen.

    Dies Feature ist bei dem Kunden und auch bei mir den DSC sehr erwünscht.

    E-Mail in der Kurzform:
    Hallo Herr Renger,

    wir benötigen weitere Intelligentes Indexing Felder, da uns die momentanen 14 Textfelder nicht ausreichen.

    Wir nutzen diese momentan wie folgt:

    Eingangsrechnungen werden bei uns pro Niederlassung im Archiv abgelegt. Jede Niederlassung entscheidet hierbei separat, in welche Abteilung der Beleg zur Prüfung muss. Somit haben wir neben den normalen Eckdaten einer Rechnung, welche intelligent ausgelesen werden, auch ein intelligentes Textfeld pro Niederlassung konfiguriert, wodurch die richtige Abteilung für die verschiedenen Belegtypen automatisch vorgeschlagen wird.

    Problem daran:

    Wir haben mehr Niederlassungen, als es Textfelder gibt. Eine Niederlassung muss bereits auf die automatische Bestimmung der Abteilung verzichten. Mit weiterem Wachstum unserer Firma, werden es noch mehr Niederlassungen und somit besteht ein großer Bedarf an weiteren Feldern. Hier wäre es langfristig wünschenswert, wenn neue Textfelder hinzu kämen. Noch besser wäre natürlich, wenn jeder DocuWare Kunde sich diese Felder selbst frei konfigurieren könnte und somit nicht an eine Maximalanzahl gebunden ist.

    Auch in anderen Anwendungsfällen stoßen wir mit den limitierten Textfeldern an eine Grenze. Hier konnte bisher zwar drum herum gearbeitet werden, aber mit fortschreitender Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse sehen wir langfristig ein Problem darin und hoffen daher auf eine schnelle Lösung.

13. Dialog template

    In some systems, there are a lot of dialogs. Ordering the fields could be difficult and the technician could make a lot of mistakes. It could be nice to create dialog template, so the new dialogs could be automatically order with that template.

    When a change is made on a workflow, a new version is created. A lot of documents are in an older version. It could be nice to migrate those tasks into the new workflow version.

18. Anfragen senden - E-Mail verbessern

    Bei der Funktion "Anfrage senden", sollte der Absender der Aufgabe in der E-Mail auto. aufgeführt werden.

    Wenn ein eigener Betreff ausgewählt wird, ist in der E-Mail nicht mehr sofort ersichtlich, welche DocuWare Benutzer die Anfrage gestellt hat.

    Beispiel:
    Aufgabe zugewiesen durch: DocuWare Benutzername

19. DW Dsesktop Dependencies need to be upgraded.

    For DW Desktop to work properly, MS visual c++ redist 2010 needs to be installed.
    This product is EoL and EoS from Microsoft years ago. This poses an security risk.
    And larger companies escpesially, do not want to have old outdated components installed.

20. Add more options to table-type field in forms

    In forms: enable validation and make a table-type field (or the columns that make it up) mandatory or not.
