Get xml file with invoice importacions
It would be a good option to be able to scan files to Docuware and automatically generate an xml file to be able to work this file in other systems

Add the field "Assign_to" in notification configuration
It's actually only possible to subscribe a fix user or a field containing an email address.
I will suggest to add the possibility to use the "Assign_to" field as dynamic field so that we can configure one email notification for all assignee.3 votes -
Hinweis auf bestimmte Dokumentenpassagen
Bislang besteht nur die Möglichkeit wichtige Textpassagen in Dokumenten farblich zu markieren. Mehrseitige sehr umfangreiche Unterlagen können jedoch nicht alle einzeln auf der Suche nach relevanten farblich gekennzeichneten Informationen z.B. für die Rechnungsprüfung durchgeblättert werden.
Die Gefahr besteht, dass wichtige Informationen aufgrund des Vielzahl an Seiten untergehen.
Der jeweilige Sachbearbeiter sollte die Möglichkeit haben auf bestimmte Textpassagen oder Auszüge/Stellen im Dokument hinweisen zu können die auch für Dritte relevant sind und beachtet werden müssen.
Diese Hinweise sollten frei benannt werden können mit Schlagwörtern wie z.B. „Nachlass“ oder „RE-Prüfung“ – oder ggf. über eine fest definierte Vorauswahlliste.

Mobile-App mit Annotationen
In der Mobile-App sollte auch die Möglichkeit zur Erstellung von Anmerkungen auf Dokumenten gegeben sein. Ohne diese Funktion ist die App für unseren Außendienst weniger hilfreich als erwartet.

Funktion zum automatischen Klammern
Wenn sich eine Überzahl an Dokumenten im Briefkorb befinden ist es oft mühselig die passenden Dokumente zu erkennen. Hierbei wäre es hilfreich wenn ich direkt nach einzelnen Indexfeldern sortieren kann, oder wenn ich über einen Button automatisch alle Dokumente klammern könnte, die bei einem bestimmten Indexfeld den gleichen Eintrag haben. Noch hilfreicher wäre es, wenn ich direkt bei der Konfiguration eines Briefkorbs, diese Funktion einstellen und verändern könnte. Wenn sich also für jeden Briefkorb ein anderes Indexfeld definieren ließe. Ob diese Funktion manuell gestartet werden soll, oder auch die Funktion nach dem Drucken automatisch abläuft, sollte zeitlich wenig unterschied machen.

Desktop Apps Verbindung per Script setzen
Es wäre vorteilhaft, die Verbindungseinstellungen automatisch scriptgesteuert zu verteilen. Insbesonders für Kunden, deren Angestellte zwar die Desktop Apps z.B. wegen Printer, bzw. Edit & Send verwenden, aber nicht direkt in DocuWare arbeiten, sondern diese nur über Integration nutzen.

Ability to Publish Workflows from a Test Environment Directly into Production Environment.
When workflow designers have a produced and validated a workflow in a Test environment their should be a "publish to production" feature into a Production environment

Workflow Controller tasks in separate tabs, please
In DocuWare 7 the tasks which ran into an error (assigned to deleted user, or so) now pop up as tasks for the workflow controllers! That is really good, but it would be nice to have those tasks in a separate tab so that the controllers, who are usually rather busy users on the workflows (accounts payable team, etc) can easily differentiate between their normal tasks and the ones they have been assigned to because of their "Controller" role.

give workflow designers the ability to customize font styles in workflow tasks
It would be great if we could customize the font that displays Descriptions in workflow tasks. I'm using those to give users additional information so they can make the proper decision (eg. error messages or data validation messages like "DocuWare has detected a duplicate invoice with such-and-such information", etc) and it would make these much more effective if we could make the more critical pieces of information stand out a bit, either by making them boldface, a larger font size, or a different font colour.

Log which duplicate import configurations are found
When using automatic identification on Import/Printer/Scan configurations, sometimes a document may match multiple configurations, and rerouted to the default inbox. The log file mentions that "more than one configuration was found" but it doesn't tell us which ones it matches. Troubleshooting requires opening each configuration and checking the identification settings. This is very time consuming if there are many import configurations.

Allow processing import configurations via an autoindex workflow
Sometimes when mass importing you find an import template needed to allow for changes in labeling or location of data. It may be that an entirely new template needs to be created.
It would be amazing if you were able to send documents that already exist in DocuWare into a processing queue that would run another recognition on the document(s). By applying a filter you would limit it to only run on documents that you want to process.

Keep viewer open when clipping a new document
Users would like to be able to see the original document when clipping a new one. Currently the viewed document closes as soon as the tray opens for selecting a document to clip. The stored documents have a number and the new ones in the tray have that same number. All the numbers look similar, so currently behavior requires that the user memorize which number is to be selected. With many documents in the tray and frequent phone calls and interruptions they can make mistakes, which then are hard to fix because clipped documents cannot be easily edited.

Änderung an der automatischen Briefkorbanlage
Aktuell ist es in DocuWare 7 so, dass bei der automatischen Briefkorbanlage der Briefkorb immer den Namen "Inbox" bekommt, und diese auch in der DWData mit fortlaufender Nummer als Tabellen angelegt werden.
Ein Administrator tut sich so immens schwer, bei einer größeren Anzahl von Usern = Briefkörbe, einen bestimmten Briefkorb in der Administration zu finden.
Daher schlage ich vor, dass der automatisch angelegt Briefkorb den Namen des Benutzers bekommt, und wenn das in der Datenbank möglich ist, auch die Tabellen entsprechend so anlegen, dass man wenigstens beim Standardbriefkorb den Benutzer von Haus aus erkennen kann.
Ein Schmankerl wäre dann auch…

ZUGFeRD
In DW 7 fehlt ZUGFeRD beim DocuWare Printer. Gerade im Hinblick, dass ab 2020 die digitale Rechnung Pflicht wird, ist es nicht verständlich, dass diese Funktion in DW7 nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Es ist damit auch ein wesentliches Verkaufsargument weg.

Sortierung nach Datum in Ordnerstruktur
In Ordnerstrukturen sollte es möglich sein, nach Datums-Feldern, die als Dokument-Eigenschaft angezeigt werden, auf- und absteigend zu sortieren.

Autoindex should log when run by file cabinet event
Autoindex does not log when it runs based on a file cabinet event. When it is run manually or by a schedule, a log is created, but not when run by file cabinet event/triggers. We need to be able to log all Autoindex events.
