Perform identification on every page scanned to dynamically select different processing configurations.
Improve batch scanning functionality to allow different configurations to be identified without having to perform different scan jobs. We have multiple automatic identification configurations working fantastic but still have to perform each separate configuration as an entirely different scan. We already have these identifying perfectly each time we scan without selecting a configuration. Scan config 1 with multiple separators and index that entire batch at once. Then without changing any scan settings send config 2 batch through and it identifies and splits and index correctly. Why can we not mix the batches together and when it encounters identification page/config 1…

Parrallel conditions
Amount of activity outputs depends on number of conditions.
If condition A is fulfilled a certain route is taken etc etc.For example. If 10 Document Types needs different actions it would promote efficiency. One does not have to do 10 different condition activities nor do you have to build 10 different workflows.

Im Web client die Überwachung bestimmter WF ausblenden
Es wäre super, wenn man die Überwachung von WF vorübergehend auch im Web-Client ausblenden kann, so wie es mit den Briefkörben funktioniert ohne den Controller aus dem WF löschen zu müssen. Gerade als Admin sehe ich wahnsinnig viele Aufgaben in der Überwachung, die mich aber temporär nicht interessieren. Ein schnelles Ein- und Ausblenden wäre hier hilfreich.

Systemvariablen (Benutzervariablen) sollten für den Zugriff auf Externe Daten verwendbar sein
Leider können Systemvariablen z.B. "Benutzer der Aufgabe" oder "aktuellen Benutzer" nicht bei der Funktion "Externe Daten" fürs Vorausfüllen von Fomulardaten im WF-Manager verwendet werden. Diese Variablen werden zwar im Konfigurationstool für das auszuführende Select angeboten, können aber von der Datenbank nicht ausgewertet werden. Somit wird kein Ergebnis zurückgeliefert. Dies wäre aber sehr hilfreich um zusätzliche Informationen (z.B. Abteilung des Benutzers) im Stempel darzustellen, ohne das diese vom Benutzer jedes Mal manuell erfasst werden müssen.

Allow end users to reorder and delete clipped items while a document is in workflow without having to turn on version management.
We have end users that clip documents in workflow all day. They make mistakes. There is not easy way to fix this without turning on version management and checking out the document. This also balloons the cabinet size for no reason...

Ablagedialog im Briefkorb als aktiv vorbelegen und nicht nur mit einem Symbol markieren
Bei einem Wechsel des Briefkorbs wird der letzte aktive Ablagedialog weiterhin ausgewählt, obwohl im Briefkorb der explizite zugehörige Ablagedialog angegeben wurde. Dieser wird auf richtig über das "Birnensymbol" angezeigt. Es wäre schön, wenn dieser nicht nur markiert wird, sondern auch als aktiv geschaltet würde, damit bei einem ´Klick auf "Ablegen" sofort der richtige Dia´log gewählt wird.

Der Text der beim Empfänger unter dem Haken angezeigt wird sollte farblich hervorgehoben werden.
Speziell Anwender die nicht oft Anfragen erhalten sehen an dieser Stelle oft "den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht". Dies liegt daran, weil man sich hier eher auf die Entscheidungen fokussiert.2 votes -
Mobile App
For the sales team, mobile Docuware could be a game changer for providing better customer service! Please add the ability to view my tray, share/send documents, and apply filtering options. The search option is great, but it would be valuable to see a list of documents.

Document trays is already planned for one of the next releases, sharing documents for one release further down. -
one click indexing off by default
would like to have one click indexing off by default for new users. Most users don't index much and they change fields by accident.

Smart Connect (Search) - unable to append files to the result list
Allow users to append files to result list from Smart Search. Now, the function "clip" is not present, when user is using Smart Search.

Fixe GUID für einen Workflow für eine Integration per URL-Creator
Im URL-Creator gibt es die Möglichkeit als IntegrationType "Workflow Task List" auszuwählen. Hier muss dann anschließend die Workflow GUID angegeben werden. Wenn ich das aber richtig verstehe ändert sich diese GUID mit jeder Anpassung im Workflow (neue Version). Habe ich also einen Workflow in dem sich oft etwas ändert (ist nicht bei allen Kunden so, aber bei vielen) muss ich jedes Mal auch die URLs anpassen die irgendwo im Umlauf sind...
Bspw. die URL für eine Ergebnisliste ändert sich auch nicht nur weil ich die Ergebnisliste anpasse. Es wäre hier gut wenn man eine konstante GUID für einen Workflow definieren…

Email Notification Link via Workflow
Currently Workflow Designer does not allow you to generate the link name from variables with in DW only so the only option is to hardcode it.
It would be nice to be able to use the filename and a date as the link in the email being received by end users. It gives more meaning that hard coding the word document and then followed by variables

List which Document Processing Configurations have Automatic Identification enabled
In the Configuration page, when viewing the list of Document Processing Configurations, it would be helpful if there was a column that showed which configurations had Automatic Identification enabled.

WEC - Sofortige Verbindung gleich nach dem Öffnen
Da der WEC keinen auto-refresh nutzt muss das erste Synchronisieren der Daten leider von Hand geschehen. Dies ist der erste Klick auf den WEC.
Die Verbindung sollte automatisch gleich nach dem Öffnen des WEC aufgebaut werden, ohne zuerst darauf klicken zu müssen.

Allow adhoc input for the AD Attribute I want to Synchronize with the User Sync Tool
In the Cloud Active Directory Sync tool there are only two choices for what attribute to sync to DW for the user name: sAMAccountName and userPrincipalName and they are hard coded into the tool.
I suggest that the attribute be a fill in box that allows me to select the attribute that I want to sync much like the on premise one does. I have accounts that use the employeeID attribute to be their DW username so that a filter can be set up for them to only see their document when they log in.

Restore "*Required" Field Errors Back To Webforms
Our DocuWare Cloud instance was recently upgraded to v.7. Since the upgrade, our webforms no longer display errors above the Submit button when *Required fields are incomplete.
In v.7, the descriptive language regarding fields that are incomplete (e.g. "errors") do not appear on webforms. Rather, the "Submit" button remains greyed out and cannot be clicked until the errors are corrected.
Sorry to say, without the helpful errors actually displaying on screen, our users cannot figure out why the Submit button won't light up. One of our webforms is very long and contains many *Required fields. The users simply cannot intuit…

DocuWare Printer-Einstellungen erfassbar beim Drucken
Beim Drucken mit DocuWare Printer soll das Druckformat mit übergeben werden können. Wenn vorher ein Dokumente ausserhalb von DocuWare auf einen physischen Drucker im A4 quer gedruckt wird, druckt nacher DocuWare Printer auch im A4-quer-Format statt hoch und es wird nur das halbe Dokument archiviert.
