SNS OCCAR NO.
It would be really helpful for the whole community to be able to track in real time the value of the SNS OCCAR number pretended for their division, and to add an alert that informs the user after a week, for example, of any missing SNS OCCAR number.

Kurzzeitige Verbindungsabbrüche erkennen
Wenn eine Datei geöffnet ist und dann ein kurzzeitiger Verbindungsabbruch < 60 Sekunden erfolgt, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn Docuware erkennt, dass es sich um einen kurzzeitigen Abbruch handelt und die Verbindung sowie die Dokumentsperre umgehend wiederherstellt.
Insbesondere im Home Office kommt dies häufiger vor. Das Dokument wird dann als lokale Kopie gespeichert und es kommt in scheinbar willkürlichen Zeiträumen die Abfrage, ob diese Kopie hochgeladen oder gelöscht werden soll.

Document Fields for User-Level use
Currently fields are at Document Level, changes made to these fields are visible to all Users,
In the case, where a user is working through a large query spanning multiple documents, it would be nice if we could avail a user-only fields relevant to that user only, where they could add a comment, or simply flag the document in a result list, then later be able to search/filter on these user fields. Values for User A would not be seen by User B, and vice versa. Once done, have the ability to mass reset flags in a result list.

CRLF Delimited Value Search against a search field
Sometimes we are presented a list of Invoices / POD's we need to search for, Using the current method you have to separate the values with OR, ie. Doc1 OR Doc2 OR.... (upto 7) It would be nice to paste in a CRLF delimited list into the search box for 2~200+ items

Change where the SID is stored for Desktop Apps when using the Cloud version
Would it be possible to change the “secure” user folder area that contains the SID folders from %programdata%\Docuware\Desktop\Secure and move that into a user area maybe under %appdata%\Roaming? The reason to do this is because the user data ends up being placed outside of areas that can be virtualized, leading to the docuware software not retaining the connection when utilizing fresh desktops.

Move "Touch mode" button all the way down PLEASE!
Please move the "Touch mode" button under or above "Help and info". It happens every day that I click on that and in the last 2 years I never used it and 99% of all our users dont use it as well.

Dokumente über WEC Ablage Versionieren
Bei der Ablage über den WEC (Speichern unter / Drag & Drop bzw. Copy & Paste) könnte eine Prüfung erfolgen, ob im Ziel-"Ordner" bereits eine Datei mit dem gleichen Namen existiert. Ist dies der Fall, wäre es wünschenswert, dass eine Auswahl erscheint
1. Ablage der Datei unter neuem Namen

Turn off forms tab in web client
I would love the option to turn off the forms tab in the web client. It's honestly quite confusing and inefficient since it shows every from published or not. We do not create forms for everyone to use and employees often fill out the wrong form or can't find what they're looking for. We also have an intranet site where we publish form links.

Ordner im WEC verschieben
Verschieben von Ordnern im Windows Explorer Client ebenenübergreifend. Aktuell kann man Ordner nur auf der gleichen Ebene verschieben, andernfalls kommt eine Fehlermeldung: "Um Inkonistenz innerhalb der Indexdaten zu vermeiden, können Ordner nur auf gleicher Ebene verschoben werden". Wünschenswert wäre eine Option dies zu erlauben und die Indexwerte wie bei der Ablage in allen Ebenen überschreiben zu können.

Hyperlinks in Stichwortliste
Zur Prüfung von mehreren Dokumenten in einem Workflow wäre es hilfreich, einen Verweis in einer Stichwortliste programmatisch zu generieren. Auf diese Weise könnte man auf eine Vielzahl von zugehörigen Dokumenten verweisen und diese bequem aufrufen. Auch könnten damit Links zu anderen Anwendungen im Workflow ermöglicht werden

A sync log feature that only logs the failed doc ids and not anything else
Add a user-friendly feature for the sync logs only to get the doc ids for the failed documents. Debug mode seems to get the doc ids; however, it can pick up on other errors that may make it difficult to find only the failed doc ids. If there's a way only to get the failed doc ids, that'll make it easier for the end user.

Formulare aufteilen in mehrere Schritte
Bei besonders langen und komplexen Formularen ist es erforderlich der Übersichtlichkeit diese in kleineren Schritten auszufüllen. Jetzt kann ich nur bestimmte Elemente durch Feldverhalten ausblenden. Ich dachte vielmehr an einen Block mit Stammdaten, danach weitere Details etc.

Weitere Felder bei Anfrage senden
Es wäre super, wenn für den Absender der Anfrage, weitere Informationen ersichtlich sind. Man soll weitere Felder hinzufügen können, genau wie dies bei den Workflow-Aufgaben der Fall ist.
Die Ansichts- und Informationsmaske müsste optimiert werden.1 vote -
Autoindex LDC queries inefficient
The LDC queries currently use ALL fields in the WHERE clause as opposed to a Primary Key. This has the potential to cause overflow errors when using an external source.
The match code field could be used as a primary key or you could certainly provide us the ability to designate a primary key.

Mit Tastenkombination zu gewünschten Indexfeld springen (m Viewer)
wir verwenden täglich die Indexfelder im Viewer um Werte auszulesen oder zu ändern. Da wir zum Teil über 100 wichtige Indexfelder haben, ist die Suche nach dem richtigen Feld recht schwer.
Es wäre praktisch, wenn ein ein Eingabebereich (oder Tastenkobination) vorhanden wäre, in der anschließend das gewünschte Indexfeld eingeben kann. Anschließend scrollt DocuWare automatisch zum passenden Indexfeld.

Möglichkeit der Verwendung von Variablen/Feldern in der Aufgabenbeschreibung.
In der Aufgabenbeschreibung wäre es nützlich, Werte aus einer Variablen oder einem Indexfeld eingeben zu können.
Dies würde es Ihnen ermöglichen, eine vollständigere Beschreibung der auszuführenden Aufgabe zu erhalten und die richtige Entscheidung zu treffen, ohne verschiedene Entscheidungen auswählen zu müssen.Wenn ich zum Beispiel im ersten Schritt des Arbeitsablaufs eine Notiz in die Aufgabenbeschreibung aufnehmen könnte, könnte der Vorgesetzte zwischen den beiden Entscheidungen wählen, ohne die Notiz des Bedieners in der ersten Entscheidung lesen und sie in der zweiten Entscheidung ablehnen zu müssen.
Das wäre für den Endbenutzer sowohl optisch als auch in der Handhabung angenehmer.

Ability to design texts shown in a WFM stamp
In some cases, if you show the texts of a keyword, the text grow width. It causes the stamp is few pleasant visibly. The config should be such the old stamps where you can enter a return of line for each element.

Allow the ability to change the column display name in the WebClient Folder function. (linked with result list)
It is not possible to change the column name of the folder once created. To change it, you need to create a new folder profile again.
By linking the folder function and the result list, you can change the column name.
