  1. Incompatibility with citrix multiple vda

    In our company we have implemented Citrix for desktops with multiple servers that are responsible for offering sessions to users in a balanced way. The problem comes from saving the user data in %programdata% and not in the user profile. When the user logs in to another machine or it is regerated, we have to reconnect the desktop apps and configure the folder imports. It is impossible to work this way. The "easy" solution would be to bring the user information to your profile.

  2. Stempel - Vorgabe aus Indexfeld des Dokuments

    Hallo.
    Bei manuellen Stempeln kann man aktuell vorgeben welche Feldmaske oder Auswahlliste genutzt werden muss.

    Ich würde vorschlagen dass hier auch Vorgaben von den eigenen Indexfeldern des Dokuments möglich sind.

  5. To be able to move files to cold storage after a duration

    It would be interesting to have a second level of storage for long term storage and documents wich will mainly never be accessed anymore but need to be stored for 10 years for example.
    The file would be automatically transfered to this cold storage by setting a rule to move then after a duration.
    I have been inspired by the object storage offer of Scaleway, it would be interesting that Docoware offer a similar approach to their offers Object Storage (Standard) → Cold Storage (Glacier)

  7. Variablentyp Long64/IBAN-Prüfung

    Ich möchte im Workflow die Prüfsumme der IBAN überprüfen und ggf. eine Aufgabe generieren. Für diese Prüfung muss die IBAN umgestellt werden und verrechnet werden.
    Die beispielhafte Rechnung zur Validierung ist:
    98 - (249000050000460068130903252100 mod 97).

    Das geht aber leider nicht, weil die IBAN als String vorliegt und nicht in das Zahlenformat (Numerisch/Dezimal) umgewandelt werden kann, weil die Zahl zu groß ist.

    Ich brauche daher entweder einen Aktivitäten-Block, der die IBAN validiert, oder einen größeren Variablentyp.

  8. Terminate a task with a stamp

    The ability to terminate a task with a stamp. For example, in a company's AP workflow, maybe an invoice gets posted in their accounting software before it finishes the AP workflow and approval process in DocuWare. Permitted users would then be able to stamp that invoice in their task queue as something like "Posted" and it automatically takes the invoice out of the workflow and terminates the task.

    Al recibir documentos con certificados digitales incrustados, se debería de poder extraer los metadatos para poder realizar validaciones posteriores
    Esto lo solicitan clientes por temas de la Ley Crece

  10. Create a link on the login redirection page to take you back to the login prompt

    When a users gets signed out its common for them to want to use the browsers back arrow to get back in. This causes a funny thing with the session cookie that causes the users to get hung on the "redirecting to application page". It would be great if we had a link on that page that a stuck user could use to reload the application properly.

  15. Hallo Docuware, super wäre, wenn ich eine PDF aus einer E-Mail automatisch in einen DW-Importordner ablegen könnte.

    Mit der Abalge in einem DW-Importordner könnte die Importkonfiguration ohne Umweg durch den Briefkorb den Beleg automatisch in einen Workflow legen.

    Nach einem Update der Desktop Apps auf dem Server muss jedes Mal manuell der User für den Dienst angepasst werden. Nach dem Update läuft der Dienst immer als lokales Systemkonto.

  20. User Synchronisation V2 - unterschiedliche Attribute für Loginname und E-Mail Adresse konfigurieren

    Als Administrator muss ich selbst definieren können, welches Attribut als Loginnamen verwendet wird und welches Attribut für die E-Mail-Adresse herangezogen wird, denn aufgrund von Domaininhaber Einschränkungen kann nicht immer der UPN als E-Mail-Adresse verwenden werden.
    Der E-Mail Prefix kann nicht als Loginnamen verwendet werden, da Microsoft den User Principal Name zum Login anfordert.
