Comment Marker on workflow steps
Especially during the creation of more complex and lengthy workflows, it would be good to have an option for a comment on the different workflow step-tools. Similar to the red circle with the !, there could be a little marker, showing the admin that there is a comment on that box. The comment could then be used to leave hints on what needs to be changed in future versions of the workflow.

Briefkörben feste Ablagedialoge zuweisen
Für die korrekte Ablage von Dokumenten aus Briefkörben wäre es gut, wenn man einem Briefkorb einen festen Ablagedialog zuweisen könnte.

Gestaltung von Stempeln...
Es wäre ganz große Klasse, wenn man in den Stempeln Attribute wie u. A. #username, #date oder #time wahlweise über oder unter der Stempelgrafik platzieren könnte. Mich nervt es unendlich, wenn diese Attribute bei meinem Unterschriften Stempel nur über meiner Signatur stehen. In beinahe allen Dokumenten die ich signiert erhalte steht zuerst die persönliche Unterschrift und darunter dann der ausgeschriebene Name, Datum und Uhrzeit. Dies steht nur in den seltensten fällen darüber. Es wäre wirklich klasse, wenn man diese Option / das Feature bei der weiteren Entwicklung berücksichtigen könnte. Vielen Dank schon einmal vorab.

Index filter hierarchy rights Project > Document
We need project or folder hierarchy rights management.
If user is added to index field on 'project' document that user
should have rights to project documents linked to this 'project' document.This can be configured with free sql statement on index filter rights but requires join statements which are put in where clause so there is a big performance penalty.

Add ability to invoke another workflow from a current workflow
Would be awesome if you could have a module that would start another workflow. It would make large workflows easier to design and keep them cleaner. I know that you can do this by using modified index and such but I always run into issues with that and workflows starting when they shouldn't. Would be a lot better if you could just create workflows and then call them when needed within another workflow.

Make workflow dialog field behaviors like form behaviors
In docuware forms you can set up field behaviors based on other fields and such for example you could have a checkbox for a married status that reveals or hides a field for maiden name. I would like to do that with workflow dialogs. For example If I have a document that was created with a form and has keywords indexed I would like to hide items in the workflow dialog that don't apply to that document. In my case I have a form to request therapy evaluations. There are 7 check boxes on the form and there is no…

Abschaltbarkeit der Welcome-Mail bei Usersynchronisation
Das Tool DocuWare User Synchronisation stellt derzeit die einzige Möglichkeit dar, Nutzer aus einem AD in Cloud-Systeme zu kopieren, um viele User automatisiert anzulegen. Dabei versucht das Tool grundsätzlich E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen zu verschicken. Diese sind von einigen unserer Kunden aus diversen Gründen unerwünscht (Testbetrieb usw). Es sollte hier analog zur manuellen Anlage eine Möglichkeit geben diese Mail abzuschalten. Beim Sync auf Onpremise-Systemen ist diese Mail darüber hinaus völlig unsinnig, da Sie dem Konzept eines Single-Sign-On (welcher auch in der Cloud zukünftig möglich werden sollte) widerspricht.

1 Briefkorb mit mehreren IntelligentIndexing-Ablagen verwendbar
derzeit funktioniert ja pro Briefkorb nur 1 IntelligentIndexing-Ablage. somit muss man für jede IntelligentIndexing-Ablage je 1 Briefkorb machen, was es für den User natürlich unübersichtlich macht, wenn man bspw. 10 IntelligentIndexing-Ablagen hat und somit 10 Briefkorbe managen muss.
hier wäre es effizienter und übersichtlicher bei 1 briefkorb mehrere IntelligentIndexing-Ablagen verwenden zu können

Erweiterung OCR-Konfiguration
Es kommt hin und wieder vor, dass wir für Kunden die Konfiguration des Imaging-Workers anpassen müssen. (z.B. um die Neu-Erstellung des OCR-Textshots zu erzwingen.)
Dies ist allerdings relativ komplex und es gibt auch keine Dokumentation für die notwendigen Parameter bzw. Änderungen.
Außerdem wird bei einem Update diese Änderung wieder überschrieben und auch die Erstellung einer Override-Datei birgt dabei gewisse Risiken.Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn in der Konfiguration die Möglichkeit bestünde diese Einstellung direkt vorzunehmen und vor allem auch optisch sichtbar zu machen. Perfekt wäre es zudem, wenn diese auch in den OCR-Profilen hinterlegt und ausgewählten Archiven zugewiesen werden könnten.

Comments section in the workflow
Some of our Workflows can get long and complicated, and for support reasons would be great to have a "Comments" node that isn't connected to the actual workflow, but simply displays in the viewer window. This way we can see at a glance what certain nodes are doing
7 votesThank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Im Workflow generierte Mails indexiert ablegen
Im Workflow direkt anhaken, dass die dort generierte Mail mit bestimmten Indexdaten abgelegt werden soll. Andernfalls ist der Mailinhalt nicht nachvollziehbar, da man in der Workflowhistorie nur sieht, dass eine Mail verschickt wurde, aber nicht den Inhalt von dieser. Außerdem wäre dies hilfreich, um einen Vorgang vollständig nachvollziehen zu können, wenn alle Dokumente dazu im System zu finden sind.

Add Instructions to Store Dialogs
I have customers with multiple store dialogs that get confused on what each dialog does. It would be good to have a box at the top of the store dialog that says what the dialog does and maybe what workflow it would kick off.

Print the user authorisations directly from DW.
Please add a function to print the user authorisations directly from DW. A requirement from auditors is to get that print directly from the application. As a SOX company were are audited every 3 months on authorisations set up. Auditors always ask to get that list directly from our applications

Add data validation to store dialog
Have the ability to make validations and rules to a store dialog. It is important to prevent storing duplicated invoices for example.
The REQUIRED or not field is very basic validation. Forms already has field validation.

Have scheduled email notifications
Have scheduled email notifications that don't rely on the trigger being new documents being stored or an index field changing.
If you do it using a scheduled workflow, it will send one email per document that matches the conditions.

Dokumentverarbeitung | Datumsfeld befüllen aus mehreren Teilen
Leider ist es aktuell nicht möglich, in ein Datumsfeld ein Datum aus mehreren Teilen zu schreiben.
Es ist nur möglich, ein komplettes Datum (z.B. TT/MM/JJ) in ein Datumsfeld einzufügen.Dieses 'Feature' ist sinnvoll, da es oft Dokumente gibt, (Jahreslohnsteuerbescheinigungen von DATEV, z.B.)
die an einer Stelle das Jahr und an einer anderen Stelle den Zeitraum/Monat+Tag stehen haben.All diese Dokumente können zur Zeit nicht automatisch abgelegt werden, da das Datumsfeld falsch gefüllt wird.

To bypass an empty line in the table field with mandatory field at storage
When we store a document with a table field contains required fields, if we have a line empty, we have to delete the line to be able to store because fields are missing. it would be useful that docuware bypass the empty lines and deletes them
