Connect to Outlook
Bei E-Mail Ablage über Connect to Outlook sollen bei Ablage mit Option "Anhänge zuerst anzeigen" die Anhänge nach Größe sortierbar sein, und zwar der Größte zuerst. So könnte, annehmend der relevante Anhang ist die größte Datei, der relevante Anhang (das Dokument) zuerst angezeigt werden und häufig vorhandene Marketinggrafiken rückten in den Hintergrund.

Im Workflow Manager 2 bis n GRUPPEN MIT Mehrfach-Auswahl
Im Workflow Manager benötige ich eine Zuweisung zu 2 bis n GRUPPEN MIT Mehrfach-Auswahl für die nächste Zuständigkeit. Auf User-Ebene geht dies indem ich "User einer Gruppe" und "Mehrfach-Auswahl" erlaube.
Auf Gruppen-Ebene kann ich nur eine einzelne Gruppe auswählen, brauche aber eine Mehrfachauswahl für die nächste Zuständigkeit z.B.sind die Abteilungen Buchhaltung, Geschäftsleitung, Technik GLEICHZEITIG mit der Aufgabe betraut.
Vorschlag: Eine Gruppenliste, die wie eine Vertreterliste (aber ohne Rangfolge) definiert werden - s. Bild6 votes -
Keep Entries or Store All for the Connect to Outlook Plugin
When trying to store emails with a store dialog, there is no "Keep Entries" or "Store All" that functionality would be very useful when dealing with large amounts of email.

Allow for Duplicate Detection from the Tray
Intelligent Indexing already captures information like the Vendor and Invoice Number. Why not allow for Duplicate Detection starting with the Tray. Even if the Related link is made available, that would be helpful

Ability to hide or disable Out of Office
The IP Preconfigured Solution does not use the built-in Out of Office feature found within each users' Profile & Settings. Please allow the ability to disable or hide this feature.

Enable clickable URLs in index fields other than text-type fields
Currently, URLs in text-type index fields can be recognized as links and clicked to open the target page.
We would like the same functionality to be available in index fields other than text-type fields, especially table-type and keyword-type fields, so that users can click URLs directly in those fields as well.

Extending the (REST) API to be able to use an Edit dialog while Updating Index values
When storing data via the REST API, you can use a Store Dialog. With this dialog you can make sure data is being stored correctly via all the rules and selection lists etc. that are configured in the dialog. (to prohibit other values to be put in)
What however is a massive shortcoming is if you want to update index values. In this case you are not able to use a dialog. This means an API Update Index command can send incorrect data into the system, even though you have configured all kinds of business logic in DocuWare. This means…5 votes -
Instead of clipping the file uploaded in the form, register it as a separate document in the same cabinet as the form's storage location, us
It would be helpful if, during form configuration, users could choose whether to save attached files as clipped documents or register them as independent documents.

nahtlos scrollen im Viewer
Beim Scrollen mit dem Mausrad im Viewer springt die Anzeige von Seite zu Seite. Wir haben nun eine Kundenanfrage nach einem nahtlosen Scrollen erhalten (ähnlich wie in MS Word), sodass die einzelnen Seiten im Viewer untereinander erscheinen.

Add functionality to display formatting from the "Review Changes: Markup All" feature in Microsoft Word
As of DocuWare 7.11, DocuWare is only able to display "Simple Markups" from Microsoft Word, even if Markup All is selected.

Ausgrauen des Feldes oder Meldung, wenn kein Verknüpfte Dokumente gefunden wurden
Es geht um die Dokumentenverknüpfung. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Verlinkung nur dann angezeigt werden kann, wenn auch tatsächlich Dokumente da sind. Oder aber es soll eine Meldung kommen beim Klick auf den Link.

E-Rechnung Formate automatisch erkennen
Es ist nicht praktikabel in Outlook für die verschiedenen E-Rechnungsformate eigene Ordner anzulegen. Es wäre sehr wichtig, dass Docuware selbst erkennt welches Format vorliegt und dieses entsprechend automatisiert verarbeitet.

Benachrichtigung bei fehlgeschlagenen Import Jobs
Es wäre wünschenswert, eine Benachrichtigung zu implementieren, die darauf hinweist, wenn Dokumente in den Import-Jobs aufgrund eines Fehlers nicht verarbeitet wurden. Derzeit ist diese Information nur in der Historie der Desktop-Anwendungen ersichtlich, was leicht übersehen werden kann.

DocuWare und Microsoft Copilot Integration
Wir arbeiten mittlerweile viel mit Copilot und fassen damit bspw Dokumente zusammen oder suchen passende Informationen in den Dokumenten. Schön wäre es, wenn Copilot auch auf die Dokumente in DocuWare zugreifen könnte. Aktuell laden wir die dafür immer runter. Ist hierzu etwas geplant?

Can we look at offering SFTP instead of unsecured FTP? There are many opportunities where i have sensitive or confidential information contained in .csv files that need to be processed but cannot be due to the lack of security in this area.

Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man (ähnlich zu Dokumentverknüpfungen) aus einem geöffneten Dokument in die aktiven Workflow-Aktivitäten springen könnte.

API methods to create roles / groups / File Cabinet
Hi,
I need to create roles / groups and File Cabinets easily and quickly. To do so it would be nice to have the API method.
I know it's not recommend to use the method I can found in the web browser (for instance : DocuWare/Settings/SettingsService.svc/jwt/SaveRole).
I kind of understood that I need to get the token with the grant type "authorization_code" to use such kind of request. I understood that you are not willing to give that method to the community yet.
In my current project I had the idea to have an Axon Ivy over Docuware to materialize…

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Ich schlage vor, dass bei der Kontierung eine Autovervollständigung eingeführt wird, anstelle von Auswahl über die Auswahlliste
bei der Kontierung ist es immer erforderlich die Eingabe über die Auswahlliste zu vervollständigen, obwohl beispielweise im Feld "Konto" das Sachkonto komplett eingegeben ist, muss für Docuware die Bestätigung incl. Sachkonto-Bezeichnung erfolgen.

A new type of activity allow to jump to a task present inside the workflow from a trigger (index value).
