DocuWare Cloud - Auswahl der zu installierenden DocuWare Desktop Apps pro Benutzer
Bei der DocuWare Cloud Version sollte es möglich sein, als Administrator festzulegen, welcher Benutzer welche DocuWare Desktop Apps installieren darf.
So verursacht beispielsweise die Installation vom DocuWare Local Data Connector Probleme mit Fremdsoftware. Die Installation dieser App, sollte nicht an betreffenden Clients möglich sein.

C2Mail: Bilder in Email nicht als separater Anhang importieren
Ähnlich wie bei Connect2Outlook wäre es hilfreich auch hier eingebettete Bilder nicht als separater Anhang zu importieren.

Kontingentwarnung per E-Mail versenden
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich dem Kunden oder dem Partner eine automatische Info zu senden sobald das Kontingent z.B. nur noch 100 Dokumente beträgt. Hier wäre es sinnvoll wenn man entweder im Partner Portal oder in der DW Konfiguration eine Benachrichtigung aktivieren könnte damit der Kunde nicht ohne Intelligent Indexing arbeiten muss.

Replacing attached file
Sometimes we need to replace a file totally with other format file. For example, we search and find one document and after that we want to replace the attached file totally. we want to replace for example jpg file with word file.
With check-in and check-out and clip may be it is possible but it is not easy and complicated.
How we can replace attached file?Best Regards

Herunterladen von mehreren Dateien mit/ohne Anmerkungen einzeln oder als ZIP
Das herunterladen von Dateien ist schon immer schwierig. Nun hat man sich entschlossen, dass mehrere Dateien mit Anmerkungen nur noch als eine große PDF heruntergeladen werden können.
Der Versand per Mail geht aber als Einzeldateien. Schön wäre es doch, wenn der User das selbst bestimmen könnte, was er haben will.4 votes -
Hostname/IP in Lizenzübersicht erweitern, Clientlizenz deaktivieren
die Lizenzübersicht in der DW-Administration zeigt schon viel, ich vermisse aber die Information von wo aus sich ein Client verbindet:
Eine IP/ein Hostname wäre echt gut.Die Möglichkeit einen Client zu "kicken" wäre auch hilfreich.

DW Printer soll in File Verzeichnis ablegen
Es sollte möglich sein anstatt auf einem Drucker weiter zu drucken das Dokument auch in ein Verzeichnis Abzulegen. Whalweise dann auch mit und ohne Briefpapier
Konkreter Anwendungsfall Kunde versendet seine Rechnungen per Epost die PDFs müssen dazu in ein Verzeichnis abgelegt werden.

Speed Up Cloud Imports
When uploading to the Cloud, there isn't a way to prevent OCR process occurring. Only with On-Premise, is there a selection for "RUN AUTOMATIC TEXT AND BARCODE RECOGNITION ONLY IF REQUIRED". It is seen if this is not checked for On-Prem, imports are slowed. DocuWare has stated by default, Cloud always performs this task and slows the process.
Please provide the option for Cloud.

Add a feature
Add a feature to the DocuWare Administration to block access to the DocuWare system with the .NET API for particular users. Any user who has an account on DocuWare system can get access with API. I would like to have a possibility to block it.

Ability to type in multiple index entries to a keyword field at once
There should be a way to add multiple entries separated by a delimiter when adding entries to a keyword field. Currently you have to add them one by one hitting the + in between. This is horrible for the user when they have 50 plus entries. There are ways to do this in the background with a comma delimited load file so there should be a way to do this via the Web Client.

Change the max limit of results to more than 10K
When doing a blank search I want to determine how many documents are in a cabinet, it maxes out at 10K and also provides different numbers every time I search.
Why does this most basic feature not already exist? Has no one else ever wondered how many docs are in a cabinet?

Increase the result view limit for tray and search.
Currently only can view 100 documents, we need more , We use documents with more than 2000 sheets.

Allow Windows login to specify user
Currently Windows Login only automatically logs you in as whatever account you're currently signed into the Windows session with. It would be great to also allow an option to specify a different windows user. This would be highly beneficial for IT admins who need to jump from account to account, like admin or SA accounts vs personal accounts.

Dynamische Entscheidungen in Aufgaben
WorkFlow Manager: Nicht immer benötigt eine Aufgabe alle Entscheidungen bzw. eine ganz spezifische Entscheidung. Ich wünsche mir dass man je Entscheidung festlegen kann wann diese in der Aufgabe eingeblendet wird. Ähnlich den Auslöser-Bedingungen des WorkFlows selbst.
Jeder Anwender sieht so immer die Summe aller Entscheidungen, welche man irgendwie bei dem jeweiligen Aufgabenschritt benötigt - auch wenn diese etwa aufgrund des Status des Dokuments, der betroffenen Abteilung, dem Ergebnis einer externen SQL Abfrage usw. keinen Sinn machen.
Wir behelfen uns heute damit, dass wir im Extremfall die Aufgabe mehrmals erstellen (mit vorgelagerter Bedingung), aber wir alle wissen wie aufwendig es ist…

Kommentare in Word im DocuWare Vorschau anzeigen
Kommentare in Word Datei wird momentan nicht in DocuWare Vorschau angezeigt. Man muss über "Bearbeiten" die Word Datei in Office Anwendung öffnen, dann sieht man erst die Kommentare. Bitte die Funktion "Anzeige von Word-Kommentaren im DW Viewer" umsetzen.

Funktionen in Aufgabenlisten konfigurieren
In Ergebnislisten kann man Funktionen konfigurieren. Z.B. das Downloaden, Drucken etc. verbieten oder erlauben. In einer Aufgabenliste des Workflows kann man diese Einstellungen leider nicht vornehmen. Es wäre toll, wenn man auch dort die Möglichkeit hat Menüpunkte auszublenden, z.B. dass man nicht mehr die Möglichkeit besitzt eine „Anfrage“ zu senden.

Administrator: Performance Indicators
It would be nice to have a dashboard in the admin tool with key performance indicators, such as Documents stored for the day, Maximum concurrent users, Number of registered users, # inactive users that didnt use Docuware in 3 months), current logged in users, data in for day (vs historical average), data out for day (vs historical average), Available storage (with estimated time before storage is full), Available resources, Critical errors (servers, workflows, etc.)

Aktuellen Benutzer einer Workflow-Aufgabe in Indexfeld schreiben lassen
Wir starten einen Workflow mit der Zuweisung an eine Vertretungsregel, an die die nachfolgende Aufgabe gehen soll.
Gleichzeitig möchten wir, dass der Benutzer, welcher hinter der Vertretungsregel steht, in ein Indexfeld geschrieben wird, da wir dieses für eine Suchliste benötigen.
Dies ist derzeit allerdings nicht möglich. Den Benutzer einer Aufgabe kann man erst dann in ein Indexfeld schreiben, wenn dieser eigenständig eine Aufgabe ausgeführt hat.
In unserem Anwendungsfall handelt es sich um einen Workflow im Einkaufsprozess. Der Projektleiter stellt eine Materialanforderung über den Workflow an den Einkauf. Beim Projektleiter erscheint jetzt eine Liste "Warten auf Bestellung" in der alle Materialanf.…
