1. Attached annotated documents to Work Flow Email

   The final step in one of our workflows is to send the fully stamped document to an external user for final processing.

   Attaching the document currently only sends the original document. I considered adding "merge layers" to the process in final stage but unable to add this as "document has been signed"

2. I have users that would like to draw circles as well as squares with annotations

   Several Users would like to have a circle illustration tool in addition to the rectangle that is already available in annotations

   Thank you for your contribution. Your idea is already available. Maybe the circle tool is not visible. Please to got Profile & Settings —> Viewer and look in the annotations area.

3. Electronic signature

   420/5000
   There is an increasing need to add this to systems that handle documents. In older versions we had these certificates linked to the electronic stamp, I would like to have the functionality of stamping a document showing the installed certificates / token to link this in the document, this would solve major problems in the flow of documents in companies. Thank you!
