Add keyword and table fields to document proccesing
When you are creating a new document template, sometimes you need to capture a list and the only option available is adding text fields line by line to a keyword field. This takes time to do it and sometimes the webpage times out. We need an option that allows you to grab the text from an entire colum and split it line by line so you can turn it into a keyword field.

Öffentliches Formular mit Virenschutz für Dateianhänge
in Docuware Forms kann man in einem öffentlichen Formular auch Dokumente mit anfügen. Selbst wenn hier nur PDF-Dokumente akzeptiert werden würden, kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass Viren von extern ins Docuware hochgeladen werden, da diese nicht geprüft werden können, bis das Dokument abgelegt wurde. Ein Online-AV-Schtz mit Feedback asu dem Formular heraus an den Anwender wäre mein Wunsch um das System frei von Viren zu halten

"Mehrere Indexbegriffe ändern" ignoriert die Abhängigkeitsprüfung ab Version 7
wir haben viele voneinander abhängige Kombinationsfelder in DW. Ab DW 7 durch "Mehrere Indexbegriffe ändern" wird die Abhängigkeit nicht mehr geprüft. Das ist sehr gefärlich und kann viele Daten Konflikt und inkonsistenz Daten verursachen.
Idee ist: die Abhängigkeitsprüfung läuft am hintergrund wie bei alte Version 6.x. Die Veränderung wird trotzdem akzeptiert obwohl die Abhängligkeitsprüfung Fehler entdeckt. Aber eine Meldung oder Protokoll wird mindestens generiert (oder an Admin geschickt), so dass die Admin die Daten Konflikt kontrollieren kann.

Mehr Treffer sollen in einer Auswahlliste angezeigt werden können
Wenn man eine große Auswahlliste mit über 100 Einträge anlegt, bekommt man allerdings nur die ersten 50 Ergebnisse angezeigt, in manchen Fällen verfehlt die Liste dann ihren Sinn.
Es sollte zumindest einstellbar sein wie viele Ergebnisse man angezeigt bekommen möchte2 votes -
Select List - Choose Variable Item Count Shown
The 50 item limit for return in a Select List can be an issue. For instance, I have a list of GL Codes where the users are not expected to know enough to type ahead and reference items that they cannot see. They need to see the whole list. Not the first time I've run up against this and seems like it might not be too much trouble to let us choose how many returns will show in the unfiltered list.

Verknüpfung mit einem Ordner aus dem Windows-Explorer-Client auf z. B. den Desktop, kann nach einem Neustart nicht mehr aufgerufen werden
Öffnet man den Windows-Explorer Client und zieht z. B. ein Archiv mit gedrückter ALT-Taste auf den Desktop, so kann man eine Verknüpfung mit dem Archiv erstellen. Wir nutzen dies dafür eine Archiv-Verknüpfung auf dem Desktop zu haben, um hierüber schnell Dateien ablegen oder Workflows starten zu können. Ist man im Projektgeschäft tätig und betreut z. B. bestimmte Projekte so ist es sehr nützlich sich mit den "Projekt-Ordnern" aus dem Windows-Explorer-Client eine Verknüpfung erstellen zu können um hierüber die Dokumente schnell ablegen und suchen zu können.

Add reading formats in the viewer
It would be useful that DocuWare can read VSD and video (mp4, avi, .. ) in the viewer.

AutoIndex document condition preview when running a schedule
It would be helpful when creating a scheduled Auto Index job if after your conditions were set a query would run to tell you how many documents would be updated. This would prevent accidental updates of mass documents where conditions were not set correctly.

Have scheduled email notifications
Have scheduled email notifications that don't rely on the trigger being new documents being stored or an index field changing.
If you do it using a scheduled workflow, it will send one email per document that matches the conditions.

Forms: Systemvariablen (Datum, Uhrzeit etc.) im Vorlagen Designer
Es wäre nützlich, wenn man bei den Formularen im Vorlagen-Designer auch diverse Systemvariablen wie z.B. Datum und Uhrzeit auf ein Formular drucken könnte und nicht nur Daten, die direkt im Webformular eingetragen wurden.

Dokumentverarbeitung | Datumsfeld befüllen aus mehreren Teilen
Leider ist es aktuell nicht möglich, in ein Datumsfeld ein Datum aus mehreren Teilen zu schreiben.
Es ist nur möglich, ein komplettes Datum (z.B. TT/MM/JJ) in ein Datumsfeld einzufügen.Dieses 'Feature' ist sinnvoll, da es oft Dokumente gibt, (Jahreslohnsteuerbescheinigungen von DATEV, z.B.)
die an einer Stelle das Jahr und an einer anderen Stelle den Zeitraum/Monat+Tag stehen haben.All diese Dokumente können zur Zeit nicht automatisch abgelegt werden, da das Datumsfeld falsch gefüllt wird.

Dynamically Update Workflow tasks assigned to roles
When a workflow task is assigned to a role, a task is simultaneously generated for every user who is a member of that role. This is problematic because when new colleagues are added to the role, they are unable to see workflow tasks that were created before they joined.

Forms "Zurück"-Button blockieren
DocuWare Forms sollte auf der Seite, die nach Absenden des Formulars ausgefüllt wird, die "Zurück"-Funktion des Browsers blockieren. Durch Klick auf Zurück kommt man wieder in zurück in das Formular, aber die Nummernkreise werden nicht weiter hochgezählt sondern bleiben wie bisher. Wird die Nummer im folgenden Workflow verwendet, kann das zu Fehlern führen.

DocuWare Import - Splitting Critiera - An OR Option
Would be great to have an OR option for spiitting criteria. Now you can only define AND criteria but the system would be much more flexible with the addition of an OR capability.

The max amount of given select list entries
The max amount of given select list entries (SelectListsMaxCount) should be set individual for the cloud organisation.
The maximum standard of 50 entries is reached quickly in normal operation.5 votes
