Es wäre schön, wenn nach erfolgtem Request eine automatische EMail an einen Adressaten gehen könnte, welche einen Link zu dem ZIP File enthält.

Termin-Einladung per E-Mail aus WF-Manager versenden
Gewünscht ist eine neue Option um im Workflow-Manager automatisch Termin-Einladungen (ICS-Datei) zu versenden

Give the view of both pages on screeen instead of clicking the second page to see it
right now you see one page but can you change to layout to show 2 pages?

Benachrichtigung, wenn jeder User aus einer Vertretungsliste abwesend ist
Es sollte geprüft werden ob alle Personen einer Vertretungsregel abwesend/anwesend sind.
Somit kann das Problem einer Aufhebung der Vertretungsregel nicht passieren.
In unserem Beispiel: Beide User waren im Urlaub, der Beleg erscheint Kommentarlos, in den Aufgaben bei dem eigentlichen User3 votes -
Admin should have the ability to take ownership of configurations like printers, import jobs, etc...
Users can create their own configurations for trays, printers etc. However, the Admin can't even see those configurations which makes the system rather difficult to administrate. It would be much better if the Admin can see all the different configurations and, also, if needed take ownership. This could be linked with an automated email to the original owner of the configuration so that they are aware.

Beschleunigung der Anmeldung in Docuware
Die automatischen Anmeldung in Docuware für die APP ist ist derzeit ausgeschaltet. Mit aktivierter automatischer Anmeldung benötig Outlokk ca 4-5 Minuten für den Start. Ohne automatisch Anmeldung ca 30 Sekunden. Wie kann die Anmeldung beschleunigt werden?

Using an External MSSQL Server during Install
During install when using a database version not supported the error reported by the installer is that it can't connect to database. It leads to a troubleshooting that MSSQL has the correct username/password and certain features installed. When looking at the setup logs the error is being trapped that X version of MSSQL is supported. If the error being trapped in a log was displayed back in the installer would assist in troubleshooting and documentation during installs.

Have the ability for a workflow to write data to different merge forms
When a document is submitted from a Form to a Workflow, currently you can only write back to a single merge form. However if the eForm has multiple merge forms you cannot write the data to multiple merger form.
it would be helpful if a workflow could write back data to multiple merge forms that are part of a single web form.

Form Only Store Dialogues
Can you please make it so it is possible for people who have permissions to see a form able to store that form without having to assign them the store dialogue that is then visible in the web client. We have loads of customers that want users to be able to save forms but don’t want the user to have a whole load of store dialogues in the web client for the relevant cabinets. I guess the simple way would be to add a tick box to a store dialogue to ask if this was for forms use only so…

Possibility to click hyperlink inside document viewer
Possibility to click link inside the stored document. For example, if you have www.google.com inside your stored document, at the moment is not possible to click this link by document viewer.

In den verfügbaren Systemvariablen fehlt in meinen Augen die Möglichkeit direkt die E-Mail-Adresse des aktuellen Benutzers wählen zu können

Dialoge angleichen
Wenn man sehr viele Dialoge (egal ob Suche, Ablage, Liste, Ordner, Ergebnis) hat und dann der Kunde/Anwender eine Änderung (andere Reihenfolge, neues Feld etc.) wünscht, dann muss jeder einzelne Dialog angefasst werden.
Schön wäre es, wenn es eine Funktion gäbe, mit welcher man ALLE Dialoge auf Basis eines ausgewählten Dialoges angleichen kann und dann alle Dialoge die selbe Reihenfolge, die selben Bezeichnungen und die selben DB-Felder haben.

Die Viewer Integration soll genau wie im WebClient sein und nicht als extra pop Up Fenster. Bei vielen Ergebnissen ist das pop Up zu unübersichtlich

DocuWare Import Service Needs Error Notification Capability
The DocuWare Import Service desperately needs some kind of email notification to alert administrators when documents are not going into the system. I have been having an issue lately (I am working with support on this) where documents coming in through the import service are erroring out with a 401 error. I have no way to know this is happening without manually checking the import history or my users telling me there is something missing. Admins need some way to know there are issues so they can be resolved in a timely manner. Unresolved issues lead to users losing confidence…

Dokumente nach dem Scannen zuschneiden
Da die Dokumentengröße sich zur Zeit auf die gängigen DIN-Formate beschränkt, wäre es wünschenswert die Scans im Nachgang beschneiden zu können. Alternativ wäre eine automatische Formaterkennung in der Desktop-App oder eine Möglichkeit eigene Formate einzugeben.

Ability to set users to only be able to download documents in PDF format irrelevant of their original format they was unloaded in
The document will still be stored as it was uploaded however certain groups that are read only would only be able to download PDFs

Farbe der Stempel
Etwas mehr Auswahl der Farben bei Stempeln wären nicht schlecht.
Da gelb so gut wie nie zum tragen kommt sind es nur 4 unterschiedliche Farben die man nutzen kann. Das ist etwas wenig.26 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Spalte in Listenansichten fixierbar machen
Bei Listen mit vielen Spalten ergibt sich aktuell das Problem, welches man auch in Excel kennt, irgendwann kann man nicht mehr sehen auf welcher Spalte man eigentlich steht.
Es wäre Klasse, wenn man in der Konfig von Listen sowohl im Bereich "Ergebnislisten" als auch tatsächlichen "Listen" einzelne Spalten fixieren kann, die dann am linken Bildrand permanent sichtbar bleiben während alle anderen Spalten mitlaufen.

Nummernkreis - Zählverhalten Formulare
Die Nummernkreise zählen leider schon beim Öffnen eines Formulars und nicht erst beim Senden.
Daher kommt es bei vielen abgebrochenen Formularen zu einer erheblichen Diskrepanz zwischen aktuellem Wert und tatsächlich eingegangener Formulare.
Ein verlegen der tatsächlichen Nummerierung auf den Senden Button des Formulars wäre sehr hilfreich.16 votes
