Support for ISDOC e-Invoice variant of EU standard EN 16931 (EU Directive 2014/55/EU)
Docuware supports some EU variants of e-Invoicing.
Please add support variant for Czech Republic called ISDOC

It can be 3 types:
XML file with extension (suffix) *.isdoc
XML file with attachment (archived in ZIP) and extension *.isdocx
PDF file with embedded XML data, extension *.pdfExtension ISDOC is similar to XRechnung variant.
Extension PDF is similar to ZUGFeRD.Suppliers can choose if they send to customer *.isdoc or *.isdocx or *.pdf.
If supplier sends ISDOC compatible invoice, most of them use *.isdoc (some use *.pdf with embedded XML data).

Für eine schnelle Bearbeitung, bzw. Stapelbearbeitung wäre es wünschenswert, wenn statt dem folgend beschriebenen Ist-Zustand ein Soll-Zustand umgesetzt werden könnte!
[IST]: In dem Bereich "meine Aufgaben" sehe ich gelistete Vorgänge, die ich zu Bearbeiten habe. Um jeweils die Vorschau zu sehen muss ich einen Doppelklick für jeden einzelnen vernetzten Beleg durchführen. Das ist insgesamt umständlich und sehr Zeitaufwändig.

Add ability to configure width of individual columns in Form tables
Some fields, like those with Number and Date types, do not require as much space as Text fields. Likewise, text fields (and Dropdown fields to a lesser extent) may require more space than allocated when the form is initialized.
Instead of having each user manually adjust the widths of these columns (see https://knowledgecenter.docuware.com/docs/forms-designer?highlight=People%20who%20fill%20out%20the%20form), there should be an option for the form designer to pre-set column widths for this element.

Ergebnislisten Optionen Workflow identisch zu Archiv
Es besteht ein Unterschied in den Kontextmenü Optionen derselben Ergebnisliste zwischen Archivsuche und den Workflow Aufgaben.
Es sollten im Workflow die identischen Funktionen, erweitert um die Workflow Spezifischen, wie im Suchergebnis verfügbar sein. z.B. das Senden an Ablagedialoge (Kopieren, Direkt Kopieren etc.)Im Hinblick auf neuen WF Designer, hier gab es noch keine Möglichkeit eine spezifische Ergebnisliste in der Beta auszuwählen.

Benachrichtigung bei fehlgeschlagenen Import Jobs
Es wäre wünschenswert, eine Benachrichtigung zu implementieren, die darauf hinweist, wenn Dokumente in den Import-Jobs aufgrund eines Fehlers nicht verarbeitet wurden. Derzeit ist diese Information nur in der Historie der Desktop-Anwendungen ersichtlich, was leicht übersehen werden kann.

Betreff: Feedback zu benötigter Funktion – Bessere Datenerkennung bei variierenden Feldbezeichnungen
Sehr geehrtes DocuWare Support-Team,
vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Ich verstehe, dass die gewünschte Funktion derzeit nicht verfügbar ist, möchte jedoch betonen, warum sie für uns wichtig ist.
Aktuell erkennt DocuWare Feldbezeichnungen nicht zuverlässig, wenn sie in unterschiedlichen Schreibweisen vorkommen. Ein Beispiel dafür sind:
Lieferscheinnummer, Lieferscheine Nr., Lieferschein (Lieferscheinnummer)
Auftragsnummer, Auftrags Nr., Auftrag-Nr. (Auftragsnummer)
Da DocuWare diese Variationen nicht korrekt zuordnet, werden Werte oft nicht richtig extrahiert. Das führt zu manuellem Mehraufwand.Eine mögliche Lösung wäre:
Die Möglichkeit, mehrere Begriffe als Anker für dasselbe Feld zu definieren.
Unterstützung von regulären Ausdrücken (RegEx) oder anderen intelligenten Regeln zur besseren Erkennung.

Allow selection of multiple fields and merge forms in docuware forms.
I have an enrollment form that fills out several merge forms. Some of the merge forms are recreated on a monthly bases and resubmitted. It would be nice if I could easily make the original form and then copy it and highlight all the stuff I don't need and delete it at once rather than each and every item. It would also be nice if I could use the original workflow with these merge forms as well. This could also be used to select several items and change the behavior all at once for those of us who forget to…

Vorherige Workflow-Aktivität wieder öffnen wenn Dokumentverknüpfung geschlossen wird
Wird aktuell aus einer Workflow-Aktivität eine Dokumentverknüpfung aufgerufen (bspw. Projektmappe), öffnet sich ein weiterer Reiter unter "Aufgaben".
Wird der Reiter mit der Dokumentenverknüpfung geschlossen, öffnet sich immer die Workflow Aufgabenliste des in der Reihe letzten Workflows.Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn beim Schließen der Dokumentverknüpfung wieder die letzte Workflow-Aktivität geöffnet wird. So muss bei vielen Workflow-Instanzen nicht erneut gesucht werden.

Enhance the User Sychronization v2 tool to be able to handle larger LDAP customers.
since the v1 User Sync tool, that worked in large LDAP accounts, was removed from v7.10, large LDAP User Sync's cannot be done. It fails. This needs to be updated/replaced with a tool that can handle large LDAP or change the way it extracts the information.

Numeric Data Type in Table Fields
Either allow casting of cabinet numeric fields to decima in workflow tables or allow numeric data types in table fields. This discrepancy between allowable data types limits the filtering of data in tables.

Stop workflow from Workflow Designer "Active Instance" tab
Please add the option to stop the workflow in this tab, We only have Continue option; this may lead to an infinite loop

Stop workflow from workflow designer Waiting Instances tab
In Workflow designer, there is an option to stop a workflow from "Active Instances" tab, why is the same is not available in the "Waiting Instances" tab. We only have Continue Action. this may lead to infinite loop sometimes as you continue, condition is not fulfilled in the workflow and come back to Waiting Instance.

Übersicht der verwendeten Desktop Apps Standardverbindung pro Benutzer
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man in der DocuWare Administration/Konfiguration die aktuell verwendete Webverbindung bzgl. Desktop Apps der einzelnen Benutzer einsehen könnte.
Bei mehr als einer aktiven Webverbindung ist es aktuell ohne zutun des Benutzers nicht möglich herauszufinden, ob ein Benutzer die Desktop Apps mit der Webverbindung A, B oder C verbunden hat.
Es könnten so Supportfälle (z. B. Umstellung einer Webverbindung) vermieden werden.

Änderung von Werten in Stichwortfeldern
Ich möchte Stichwortfelder bereinigen und vermisse eine Funktion um falsche Werte durch richtige zu ersetzen. Da die Stichwortfelder neben den falschen Werten auch verschiedene andere Werte enthalten, ist ein pauschales Ersetzen der Inhalte nicht möglich.

Enable to use the default select list values when using a Japanese Keyboard.
*Entering numbers for example “１２３４” as the whole width version(全角) into numeric or decimal fields and hitting the spacebar would enter into the field as “12341234...”. Try entering a number by letting that number selection menu open, and press space bar and arrow keys. Using numpad, numpad area on the regular keyboard or numbers on the top of the keyboard all same behavior.
Using numbers on the top row on the keyboard:
1 Enter １２３４ as the whole width version(全角)
2 hit space bar: empty

Enable selection of dialog fields for pre-filling table columns with remaining amount in Workflow Designer
Currently, in Workflow Designer, it is possible to pre-fill columns in a dialog table with the remaining amount by referencing a system or index field that holds the total amount. However, it is not possible to use a dialog field for this purpose.
To improve flexibility and usability — especially for scenarios like account assignment in an incoming invoice workflow — it should be possible to select a dialog field as the source for the total amount. This would allow the remaining amount to be dynamically calculated based on user input at that specific workflow step.1 vote
