DocuWare und Microsoft Copilot Integration
Wir arbeiten mittlerweile viel mit Copilot und fassen damit bspw Dokumente zusammen oder suchen passende Informationen in den Dokumenten. Schön wäre es, wenn Copilot auch auf die Dokumente in DocuWare zugreifen könnte. Aktuell laden wir die dafür immer runter. Ist hierzu etwas geplant?

Einzelpositionen der E-Rechnung in Tabelle auto. indexieren bei Ablage
Ab 2025 gibt es eine Annahmepflicht bzgl. E-Rechnungen (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung). Dadurch ergeben sich auch neue Möglichkeiten der Rechnungsautomatisierung.
DocuWare kann bereits bei der manuellen Ablage Werte in Tabellen aufnehmen.
Durch die E-Rechnungsformate wäre es von Vorteil, wenn DocuWare bei der Ablage auch auto. die Einzelpositionen der E-Rechnung in Tabellen indexieren könnte (Dokumentverarbeitung). Eine E-Rechnung mit bspw. 50 Einzelpositionen könnte damit schneller geprüft werden.

Invoice Date - Option to restrict dates
It would be useful to have the option to restrict the invoice date when storing, to a particular range of date. ie the financial year.

Druckbereich auswählen (Seite von bis)
Es wäre schön, wenn man beim Drucken aus DocuWare nicht nur das gesamte Dokument oder nur die angezeigte Seite drucken könnte, sondern auch einen Druckbereich auswählen könnte.
Ala drucke mir Seite 5-9 aus insgesamt 15 Seiten auswählbar im Client und nicht über Umwege.

Allow continuous scrolling through Documents like in other PDF readers
In many PDF readers, including the ones baked into many web browsers, seamlessly scroll through the displayed document. It would be useful to have a setting that enables DocuWare's viewer to behave more like those viewers.

Add possibility to change timeserver for signatures in Stamps
In Switzerland, there is a legal requirement, when timestamping a signature on a stamp, that a Swiss certificed server should be used. We would like to be able to specify this timeserver in the stamp with signature configuration, and be able to count how many stamps with signature have been made over a period

Allow the use of Multi-Column Select Lists in Folder Dialog advanced settings
When creating a nested folder structure, it would be more convenient to allow for multi-column select lists such that we can specify what named folders in layer 2, for instance, exist in a given folder in layer 1:
For a structure:
F1 | F2
a1 | b1
a1 | b2
a2 | b3In folder a1, there are folders b1 and b2, and in folder a2, there is a folder b3.

Ablage aller E-Rechnungsspezifikationen mit einer einzigen Konfiguration
Es sollte möglich sein, eine globale DocuWare-Konfiguration für die Erkennung aller E-Rechnungsspezifikationen zu erstellen. Der DocuWare-Support hat uns bestätigt, dass aktuell für jede Spezifikation eine eigene Konfiguration angelegt werden muss – selbst wenn sich diese nur minimal unterscheiden.
Das ist sehr aufwendig in der Konfiguration und bei der Ablage. Für den Benutzer ist ohne Hilfsmittel nicht erkennbar, um welche Spezifikation es sich handelt und welche Ablage gewählt werden müsste.

concatenate form fields in indexes and merge fields
There is another post for date calculations in forms that is also important but my problem is that I am trying to idiot proof my forms because people can't seem to enter the date correctly. I realize that this is a PEBCAK (problem exists between chair and keyboard) problem but my fix to it is that I index the day of birth with a select list of 31, the month of birth with a select list of 12 and a year of birth. Then in a workflow I put them all together as a date. It is a bit obnoxious.…

User Management screen have a filter on the ACTIVE column
On the User Management screen have a filter on the ACTIVE column so that you can see only ACTIVE or only INACTIVE users. Will make managing the list of users easier especially when checking if any ACTIVE users have left the company and need to be marked INACTIVE.

API methods to create roles / groups / File Cabinet
Hi,
I need to create roles / groups and File Cabinets easily and quickly. To do so it would be nice to have the API method.
I know it's not recommend to use the method I can found in the web browser (for instance : DocuWare/Settings/SettingsService.svc/jwt/SaveRole).
I kind of understood that I need to get the token with the grant type "authorization_code" to use such kind of request. I understood that you are not willing to give that method to the community yet.
In my current project I had the idea to have an Axon Ivy over Docuware to materialize…

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Add User ID to Audit log tables
As it stands, when a user changes their name in DocuWare, the Audit logs track their updates using the new name (under the "userInitiated" field). However, there is currently no way to connect what a user did before the name change to what they did after.
For instance, if a user, "admin", changes their username to "admin2", there is technically no way, in the audit tables, to determine if these two names refer to the same user. Adding a user id column to the database would remedy this.

Connect a resultdialog to a Document Tray
If you store a document via de Connect 2 outlook for instance (or copy form a file cabinet) and you have indexes entered (manually or intelligent indexing) you want to see the indexes in the listview. Is it possible to assign a result dialog to a Document Tray? This will give a confguration option that will help de users to process the documents faster.

Connect to Outlook - from Outlook mobile application (watched folder)
Guten Morgen suzammen,
We have received a number of customer feedbacks expressing the need to be able to benefit from the "Connect to Outlook" functionalities from their "Outlook" mobile application (if only to use the watched folder).
Without an add-on on the Outlook mobile application, users who wish to send invoices received by email to storage from their mobile device (Outlook app.) must have their computer with Outlook and Desktop Apps running so that the documents can be imported.
Do you have a development planned along these application in your roadmap ? If not, could you add it ?

Can we look at offering SFTP instead of unsecured FTP? There are many opportunities where i have sensitive or confidential information contained in .csv files that need to be processed but cannot be due to the lack of security in this area.

Add more advanced calulations with If Statements

We should be able to have if statments in Arithmetic Calculations. Ex: I have a Home Miles box that should be subtracted from Total Miles when the person went from Home to a location or went to Home from a location.
I know this can probably be done in Workflow but we really would like to calculate from the form itself.

Indexwerte direkt in Ergebnistabelle ändern
Indexwerte soll man in der Tabellenansicht ändern können, ohne das Dokument öffnen zu müssen. Man klickt z.B. einmal auf Status und kann diesen sofort ändern.
