Rechte bei Vertretung zu vererben
Es wäre gut, wenn man bei den Vertreterregeln Rechte mit vererben könnte. Wenn ein Mitarbeiter oder Abteilungsleiter vertreten wird, erhält er automatisch die Dokumente von dem zu Vertretenden, aber nicht dessen Rechte diese Dokumente auch zu sehen.
Noch besser wäre es, wenn man beim Eintragen der Abwesenheit auch aussuchen kann wer einen Vertritt und diesem Vertreter für diesen Zeitraum die dazu nötigen Rechte mitgegeben werden.5 votes -
Ability to design texts shown in a WFM stamp
In some cases, if you show the texts of a keyword, the text grow width. It causes the stamp is few pleasant visibly. The config should be such the old stamps where you can enter a return of line for each element.

Filters in the task list should not be saved (or saved adjustably)
The filters in a task list are retained even after logging out, which can sometimes be useful, but often confuses users because not all tasks are displayed directly.
Therefore, the filter setting should not be saved permanently (like the filters in the search result list), or it should be adjustable per user, or selectable by a checkbox (e.g. next to the "Reset filter" button).2 votes -
the ability to create (filtered) webform select lists based roles and groups
we can curently use the fixed user list, but it would be nice if we can select a user based on the group or role they are connected to

Add the ability to link select lists to an index field of a File Cabinet in Forms
In Forms, select lists available are only the ones "manually" created as "single column" or "multiple columns".
It would be great to allow select lists based on an index field in a File Cabinet. For Example : select list based on an index named "Customer" in a dedicated File cabinet, which could be updated/populated via other datas' assignments in a WF, after sending the Form.
This way the select list would be always up to date, with no need to add manually a new entry in the "fixed" select list or update any csv file or FTP file as well.…2 votes -
Form behaviors - nested filter so AND and OR can be used in filter simulations
Please add the ability to nest searches in behaviors. The filter should work like an Auto Index filter where you can group a bunch of or statements together with a single AND statement.

Edit index data in a tray
Add the ability to edit index data in a tray. We can view it today but not edit. We should have same ability as in the Search Results Dialog.

Allow the ability to change the column display name in the WebClient Folder function. (linked with result list)
It is not possible to change the column name of the folder once created. To change it, you need to create a new folder profile again.
By linking the folder function and the result list, you can change the column name.

AutoIndex mehr als 1000 Zeilen
Es wäre eine Erleichterung wenn zur initialen Befüllung eines Hilfsarchiv auch mehr als 1000 Zeilen per AutoIndex übertragen werden können.

suche der Auswahlliste in der Stempelkonfiguration
Es wäre wirklich hilfreich, wenn man bei der Stempelkonfiguration des Feldtyps Auswahlliste auch eine Suchfunktion oder zumindest eine Filterung auf Einspaltige - / Mehrspaltige Auswahllisten hätte. Es ist aktuell sehr mühsam in dem wirklich kleinen Fenster nach der passenden Liste zu suchen - zumahl dort noch nicht mal eine Sortierung nach Namen o.ä. zu ersehen ist.

When Connect to Mail is configured to import only attachments have it ignore emails with no attachments
When Connect Mail is configure for import attachments only, it will not ignore email with no attachments. Connect to Mail will import all email and those with no attachments will considered a failure and be routed to the default tray, or, have a rule in out look to move email to a different folder and it monitored.
Connect to mail should ignore email with no attached if only attachments are needed. This will help with improving deployment and eliminate clean up maintenance for support people.

Es wäre schön wenn man in der Produktübersicht nach Usern suchen könnte um zu sehen, wer welche Lizenz hat und sie neu vergeben zu können

Incompatibility with citrix multiple vda
In our company we have implemented Citrix for desktops with multiple servers that are responsible for offering sessions to users in a balanced way. The problem comes from saving the user data in %programdata% and not in the user profile. When the user logs in to another machine or it is regerated, we have to reconnect the desktop apps and configure the folder imports. It is impossible to work this way. The "easy" solution would be to bring the user information to your profile.

Dateinamen beeinflussen beim Drucken mit dem DocuWare Printer
Wenn man mit dem DocuWare Printer aus Programmen heraus Dokumente z.B. in den Briefkorb druckt, wird als Dateiname teilweise der gesamte Pfad verwendet, wo das Dokument auf Dateiebene zu finden ist und nicht der eigentliche Dateiname selbst. Es wäre gut, wenn es bei der Printer Konfiguration eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit für einen dynamischen Eintrag geben würde, bei dem man den tatsächlichen Dateinamen auf Dateiebene auswählen könnte.

Allow the ability to change column order of table fields in Result and List Result dialogs
The column order of table fields are adjustable in the store dialog, workflow tasks and the index dialog, but I can not re-order them in the Result dialog or the List Result dialog.

Direkte Zuweisung von Ablagedialogen zu Briefkörben
Viele Benutzer haben aus diversen Gründen Berechtigungen für eine Vielzahl an Ablagedialogen. Da einerseits Briefkörbe jeweils in festen Teams genutzt werden, aber auch ein User mehreren Teams angehört, andererseits das Intelligente Indexing in einem Briefkorb fest einem Ablagedialog zugewiesen wird, arbeiten viele Kollegen in mehreren Briefkörben, in welchen sie eine ganze Liste an Ablagedialogen angezeigt bekommen.
Nicht nur aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit, sondern auch, damit die Dokumente aus einem bestimmten Briefkorb auch immer über den passenden Ablagedialog verarbeitet werden, sollte es möglich sein, die Ablagedialoge abhängig vom Briefkorb einzuschränken bzw. diese direkt Briefkörben zuzuweisen.12 votes -

DocuWare Cloud - Export User Lists with License Type
It is common for clients to want a list of their users by license type for cloud systems. There is no good way to provide this list to clients. The Product Overview page does not print in a way that delivers all of the page's content and in most cases clients would prefer a CSV export anyways. In the API there isn't a flag that I've found to indicate Named or Workflow seats, either, so not able to develop my own process to do this job. Workflow-Designer Aufgabe - Kopieren von Entscheidungen
Es wäre schon wenn die Entscheidungen einer Aufgabe kopiert werden können.
Beispiel:
Es gibt in einer Aufgabe die Entscheidung "Freigeben" und eine "Freigeben mit Zweitprüfer"
Beide sind erstmal fast identisch, nur das bei der zweiten noch ein weiterer User angegeben werden muss.Dann würde ich gerne nur einmal alle Auswahlmöglichkeiten in der Entscheidung konfigurieren müssen. Dann einmal diese Entscheidung kopieren und für den Zweitprüfer erweitern können.
