Linked documents based on table field.
Using a table field to record the information of the delivery notes / orders / etc linked to the invoice, it would be useful to be able to configure the linked documents based on the table field.

Begrenzung der Seitenanzahl von Intelligent Indexing in der Cloud aufheben, erhöhen oder individuell einstellbar machen
Aktuell liegt eine Begrenzung von Intelligent Indexing in der Cloud bei 20 Seiten. Ein Kunde hat sich gegen DocuWare entschieden, da der Kunde Rechnungen hat, die teilweise weit über 20 Seiten hinausgehen und bei denen es wichtig ist, dass alle Positionsdaten und Rechnungssummen von DocuWare ausgelesen werden. Hier wäre es hilfreich, wenn die Begrenzung von Intelligent Indexing selbst eingestellt werden kann. In der On Premise Variante ist das soweit ich weiß auch möglich.

Stempel - Vorgabe aus Indexfeld des Dokuments
Hallo.
Bei manuellen Stempeln kann man aktuell vorgeben welche Feldmaske oder Auswahlliste genutzt werden muss.Ich würde vorschlagen dass hier auch Vorgaben von den eigenen Indexfeldern des Dokuments möglich sind.

ability to export merge form
Sometimes the source file of a merge form needs to be edited. If the original source file is missing, there is no way to export it from the merge form section.
Add the ability to export (download) the source file from the Merge form section.

Dokumentenexport aus DocuWare Request
Bei Aktenübergabe möchte der Empfänger eines DocuWare Requests die Daten gesammelt mit einem Klick exportieren können. Eine Mehrfachauswahl in der Listenansicht funktioniert nicht.

in Briefkörbe Vorschauen Größe frei wählbar
wir haben täglich sehr viele Dokumente im Briefkorb. Leider sind die Vorschaubilder so klein, dass man kaum das Dokument erkennen kann.
Es wäre toll, wenn die Größe der Vorschauen frei wählbar sind (siehe Muster im Anhang)

Dokumente sollen auch geklammert werden können, wenn diese nicht im Briefkorb sind.
Momentan können nur Dokumente geklammert werden die im Briefkorb sind. Es soll aber auch möglich sein Dokumente aus dem Archiv zu klammern ohne sie wieder in den Briefkorb zu schieben.

DocuWare erkennt .jpeg Dateien nicht als .jpg
Stattdessen wird das Format als mit drei Stichen dargestellt.

Annotations - Copy Group of Annotations or All Annotations
There are occasions where a user needs to transfer a group of annotations to another page, and much time would be saved if we could copy either a group of annotations or all of the annotations on a page over to a different document or page. Would be a real time saver

Ordnerstruktur
Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit das User ihre Ordnerstruktur selbst erstellen können, ohne das sie dafür Admin Rechte bekommen.
Zum Beispiel, dass man unter Ordner einen Punkt "neu" einbaut und da drüber können sie dann Strukturen bauen, von den Feldern die sie sehen dürfen.3 votes -
To be able to move files to cold storage after a duration
It would be interesting to have a second level of storage for long term storage and documents wich will mainly never be accessed anymore but need to be stored for 10 years for example.
The file would be automatically transfered to this cold storage by setting a rule to move then after a duration.
I have been inspired by the object storage offer of Scaleway, it would be interesting that Docoware offer a similar approach to their offers Object Storage (Standard) → Cold Storage (Glacier)1 vote -
Possibility to give saved form a custom (dynamic) file name
At the moment there is no easy way to give saved forms an unique file name. It would be good to have a possibility to fill in a custom file name, with a possibility to use dynamic entries, such as timestamps.

Intelligent Indexing sollte Indexfelder/Kontierungstabelle automatisch in Abhängigkeit von anderen Indexfeldern befüllen
Vor der eigentlichen Ablage sollte das intelligent Indexing bestimmte Indexfelder automatisch ausfüllen können, in Abhängig von dem Füllwert aus anderen Feldern.
Das würde bedeuten das primäre Felder (z.B. Gesellschaft, Rechnungsjahr etc. ) automatisch hinterlegte bzw. angelernte Werte aus einer abhängigen Datenbank in sekundäre Felder (Kostenstelle, Buchungstext etc.) übernimmt.
Beispiel. Unsere Gesellschaften arbeiten mit Windkraftanlagen die eindeutige Anlagennummern haben.
Sobald das Int.Ind. die Gesellschaft erkennt, sollten es die zugehörigen Windanlagennummern (aus einer Datenbankliste) automatisch in die jeweiligen vorgesehenen Indexfelder, bestenfalls in die Kontierungstabelle übernehmen. Die automatische Übernahme/Ergänzung von Werten in der Kontierungstabelle ist sowieso sehr wünschenswert.Analog dazu wäre das automatisierte…

Select multiple Workflow steps to move them around in order to insert a new step
In Workflow Designer, if I need to add a step near the top of a workflow, I find I have to move each step below it down, one at a time in order for it to fit right.
It would be great to click and select multiple steps and move them together.

X to close dialogues jumps to the right... why?
When having multiple dialogues open in the DocuWare interface, they appear as tabs next to each other. Each tab has an x right next to the name of the dialog to close it. However, if there is only one dialog open, the X jumps all the way to the central divider why on keeping the tab layout so that the X so right there where it was before you closed the 2nd to last dialogue?

Fill keyword variable and/or table with REST response that contains an array
When using REST/POST to retrieve data from an external system the results frequently contain arrays of data. Allow the capture of the array data in to a keyword or table with the option to concatenate multiple properties of the into a single kw row. Currently if the result contains an array each item in the array or even each property of each item has to be manually mapped to a variable.

Show resolution of document in system index data
It would be helpful if the system indexes showed the DPI and pixels of a stored document as part of the document system indexes.

Workflowaktivitäten mit Tabellen können nicht bestätigt werden
In der Mobile App können keine Rechnungen freigegeben werden, sobald ein Tabellenfeld verwendet wird. Das sollte bitte schnellstmöglich implementiert werden. Vielen Dank dafür.
