1. mehr Sicherheit beim anmelden an Sicherheitsarchive

   Sicherheitsordner Zugang
   Der Zugang zu den Sicherheitsordnern sollte nicht über die "normale Anwendung" mit dem normalen Passwort möglich sein. Beziehungsweise sollte es die Möglichkeit geben den Zugang zu den Sicherheitsordnern mit einem anderen Passwort abzusichern. Als Option in der Administration kann ich mir das gut vorstellen.
   Außerdem geben wir das Zugangspasswort nicht an die Mitarbeiter raus. Es wird hinterlegt auf deren Rechner somit kann niemand unkontrolliert auf das Archiv zugreifen. Wenn ich nun für einige Mitarbeiter ein Sicherheitsarchiv habe, könnten diese sich separat innerhalb der Weboberfläche dafür anmelden.
   Ich gebe ja auch nicht jedem Mieter im Haus einen Generalschlüssel damit er überall rein kann.So kann ich neben der Benutzerberechtigung auch noch Kontrolle ausüben über eine optionale Passworteingabe (2FA).

2. mehrspaltige externe Auswahlliste als "Auswahlliste als leere Ordner verwenden" verwendbar

   Für ein Feld wird eine gefilterte Auswahlliste (extern, 2-spaltig) verwendet.
   Weiterhin wurde eine Ordnerstruktur angelegt. Hier wurde im Indexdialog auch die gefilterte Auswahlliste verwendet. Im Dialog "Auswahllisten als leere Ordner verwenden" soll die betreffende mehrspaltige externe Auswahlliste ebenso verwendbar sein. (gefiltert)

3. API to return all file cabinets with users and rights

   As requested by external auditors, we need to develop a report to list all file cabinets with users and rights assigned. According to the support analyst in SR-138877-R8P1T, the only available solution using existing API's is to connect as each user and run the existing classes and methods. However that solution is not possible as per company policies users are not allowed to share their credentials.

   We were able to get the file cabinets and the rights for the connected user only with the code below, but it is necessary to get the same for all users and all file cabinets.

4. Gliederung der Autoindizes

   Wenn man für ein Projekt viele Autoindex Konfigurationen braucht wäre es praktisch diese gliedern zu können je nach Archiv oder nach bestimmtem Stichwort ö.ä.
   Sonst wenn die liste lang wird, kann es schnell unübersichtlich werden.
   Eine Art Ordnerstruktur wäre da hilfreich :-)

5. Ability to assign more than one Behavior per field in form designer

   currently only one behavior is allowed to be assigned per field. The ability to assign multiple behaviors would allow a greater number of options for configuration.

6. Alert for a Global Tray when documents get added

   Would be super helpful if you can send an email alert to a specific address when new files were added to the tray. we have a an assigned employee that files our docs for us and an alert would be helpful to know files have been added to files, rather than having to keep checking the tray every 1/2 hour manually.

9. To be able to see the complete history of a document not only that of the task workflow

10. DocuWare Cloud Desktop Apps has to support install on AWS EC2 environment.

    Currently, Desktop Apps is not supported for AWS EC2 environment.

    As our customers, they need to prepare a Client PC for folder monitoring. As a customer's IT policy in their company, a terminal PC that always starts cannot install on company.
    They want to have a PC for that in a cloud such as AWS outside the company.

11. Anmerkungsebenen verschmelzen in den Berechtigungen ausschließen

    In den Archivberechtigungen lassen sich Rechte für die Anmerkungen vergeben. Mir fehlt jedoch die Möglichkeit dort das Verschmelzen der Anmerkungsebenen auszuschließen.
    Speziell, wenn im Workflow ein beschreibbares Webformular existiert, macht ein versehentliches verschmelzen eine Weiterbarbeitung durch den Workflow unmöglich.

12. freeze columns in table field

    I have a table field that has a column for every day of the month that keeps track of therapists sessions with clients. A workflow assigns them a task and at the end of each session they put the time in for that client for that day. The issue is that by the middle of the month they have to scroll over and the client name is off the page. It would be nice if they could keep the column on the far left and still scroll over to the columns on the right like a spreadsheet.

13. Allow DocuWare Printer to be installed for USA with Letter as default

    It make sense to allow or set the default paper size to LETTER for all USA installations. This could be auto-sensed by the installer or a check box on the selection screen.

    Bothe manual and silent install methods should have this feature

14. Aktivität E-Mail im Workflow - Möglichkeit Anhänge mitzuschicken

    Toll wäre es, wenn man innerhalb der Workflow-Aktivität "E-Mail" externe Dateianhänge hochladen und mit verschicken könnte.

    Beispiel: Das Warenwirtschaftsystem generiert eine Auftragsbestätigung die via API an DocuWare übergeben wird. Diese Auftragsbestätigung soll nun via DW Workflow an den Kunden geschickt werden. Der Kunde möchte aber nun, dass neben der Auftragsbestätigung auch seine firmenspezifischen "Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen" (AGBs) mitgeschickt werden. Wenn man die als PDF innerhalb der Aktivität mit angeben und mit schicken könnte, wäre das fein.

    es kommen aus verschiedenen Bereichen Dokumente im Briefkorb an, die dann abgelegt werden soll. Um sie richtig abzulegen muss ich wissen, was der Inhalt ist. Die Vorschau ist zu klein. Man muss jedes Dokument öffnen und dann ablegen

16. Allow turning off Quick Copy function

    The Quick Copy function can be useful but it is not always desirable and can lead to errors if people make unnecessary copies of documents. It should be possible to turn this function off for specific users or roles.

17. Lizenztyp Concurrent / Named konfigurierbar per User / LDAP-Sync

    DocuWare Named Lizenzen können in der DocuWare Administration in Concurrent Lizenzen umgewandelt werden. Betreibt man ein System im gemischten Modus, d. h. einige Concurrent-Lizenzen, einige Named-Lizenzen, ist es allerdings immer so, dass neu angelegten Benutzern automatisch eine Named-Lizenz zugeordnet wird solange solche "frei" sind. Dies ist administrativ betrachtet sehr zeitraubend und fehleranfällig, da immer wieder geprüft werden muss, welche Lizenzen noch frei sind. Es sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen, den Lizenztyp bei der Erstellung eines Users auswählen zu können, dies sowohl bei der manuellen Erstellung wie auch bei Erstellung über LDAP Sync auf Konfigurationsebene.

18. Stempel entfernt werden können

    Es passiert gelegentlich, dass Stempel verkehrt gesetzt werden, die dann nur ausgeblendet, bzw. "übermalt" werden können.
    Ein Entfernen wäre hier hilfreich.

19. Improve auto index speed times by running queries for each batch rather than each file

    I have a local data connection setup with my ERP software, and auto index figured on a file cabinet. We are running into weird errors where auto index is failing to run and I recently discovered that auto index runs the query for each file rather than by batch.

    I'm seeing query times upwards of 7 seconds per file. If we store in this particular file cabinet 100 files at a time, it would take 12 minutes to process all that data. However, it could only take as little as 7 seconds to run the query once and assign all data.

    Ability to Archive documents in each of the file cabinets, to reduce storage space. For example, ability to zip or condense a file size. Yet we will still need to be able to access them through the application. Currently on 7.3
