1. Add SMTP send configuration option to point to a specific workflow instead of all workflows

   Currently you can create an SMTP configuration to be used as the sender for workflow email notifications. That config can be used for all workflow notifications. It would be nice if an SMTP config could be used for specific workflows but not all workflows.

2. Conditional forms merge based on values entered by user

   Choose to fill a form or not based on values entered by user. Example: onboarding for a multi state HR department. If the user works in Illinois only the Illinois state tax form is filled and stored, the other states are not filled nor stored.

4. Folgefelder anhand Indexierung automatisch befüllen

   Beim Ablagedialog ist eine eine Mehzeilige Auswahlliste hinterlegt.

   Folgendes Verhalten würde sehr hilfreich sein.
   Wenn in dem Feld z.B. die Kundennummer eingegeben wird sollen die folgefelder automatisch gefüllt werden sobald ich das führende Feld verlasse.

5. Select a sender when I send an e-mail through workflow activity

   At the work flow when there is an activity with an e-mail, I can send the e-mail to differents addressee but if I want to change the sender or select the sender who have to send the e-mail it's impossible, isn't it, because always choose the sender from e-mail service, and as I see always have to be the same, so please how can I change the sender when I program to send an e-mail through activity from the workfrow. I think it will be very interesting to have the oportunity to select the sender because not always the e.-mail comes from the same department.

6. When doing the AD sync, currently there is not a way to Update the Docuware LoginID when that changes in AD.

   AD uses the SID as the unique identifier so that the login name can be changed. There are many valid reasons that an AD login changes, however, Docuware requires that user account be deleted and recreated with the new ID. This is not a big deal for the occasional change, but what about when the organization wants to change ALL the AD Logins for the entire organization? I have more than one organization considering this right now.

7. Briefkorb pro Import-Auftrag falls Dokument auf Grund Pflichtfeldern/Bedingungen nicht abgelegt werden kann

   Hallo,

   es sollte in der Desktop App möglich sein pro Import-Auftrag(Konfiguration) einen "Fehler-Briefkorb" zu hinterlegen, in den Dokumente abgelegt werden die aufgrund von nicht gefüllten Pflichtfeldern oder andere Fehler nicht im Archiv abgelegt werden können.

   Derzeit verwenden alle Import-Aufträge den Standard Briefkorb des Benutzers.

8. Being able to replace certain characters in a field

   I have a field that will always be a Zero and not an "0" but the recognition sometimes shows it as a zero. It would be great to have an option to create a rule for that field that if a "O" is detected that a "0" is automatically replacing the "O"

9. Anhänge mit definierten Anmerkungsebenen versendet werden

   Beim Versand von Dokumenten als Anlage einer E-Mail, insbesondere aus einem Workflow heraus, kann nur entschieden werden, ob alle Stempel und Anmerkungen oder gar keine mit versendet werden.
   Wäre es möglich die Anmerkungsebene zu definieren, so könnte man zwischen internen und externen Kommentaren unterscheiden (ähnlich der Berechtigung im Hause für Mitarbeiter).

    Aktuell muss ich erst eine Email als .zip verpacken um diese an ein Formular anzuhängen. Eine Email direkt an das Formular ist userfreundlicher als der Umweg über das verpacken der Datei.

12. AD Sync

    Wenn der AD Sync bei einer großen Firma/Gesellschaft durchgeführt, die weltweit operiert und Standorte hat, allerdings nur ein kleiner Teilbereich der Firma DocuWare nutzt, dauert es sehr lange bis die gesamte AD geladen ist.
    Man könne ja zunächst nur die obersten Knoten laden und dann nach und nach sich durchklicken sodass die restlichen Knoten nachgeladen werden

    There should be an option to set forms to display in desktop view on mobile devices such as an iPad as a mobile view is to narrow for the screen size of a tablet.

14. Aufnahme in den globalen Ivanti-Updatekatalog

    Ich schlage vor, den Docuware-Client in den globalen Updatekatalog von Ivanti aufzunehmen. Dadurch wäre es möglich, den Client immer aktuell zu halten wenn bereits ein Patchmanagement (z.b. Matrix42-Empirum) eingesetzt wird. Dies ist vorallem sinnvoll wenn die User keine lokalen Adminrechte haben.

    Ich wünsche mir eine Anbindung an www.invoicefetcher.com zum automatischen Import meiner von invoicefetcher gesammelten Rechnungen aus Portalen wie Amazon, T-Mobile, UTA usw. 16. Autoindex Nutzung von Systemfeldern (z. B. DWDOCID) zum zurückschreiben

    Wenn man per Autoindex Job die DokumentenID für eine Verlinkung z.B. an ein Feld einer (Transfer-)Tabelle eines ERP System zurückgeben möchte, so muss man umständlich die DWDOCID in ein separates Feld duplizieren. (da man das entsprechende Systemfeld unter "Zurückschreiben" in der Spalte "Wert" nicht auswählen kann, obwohl es numerisch ist)
    Auch im Sinne der Datensparsamkeit ist das nicht zielführend. Bitte passt das an.

17. add gl assignments to recurring invoices

    I have multiple invoices that we pay each month (some having multiple GL assignments). Each month I have to re-enter the GL assignments and $ amounts. There should be a "memorized" function for these types of recurring invoices so I do not have to enter each month.

18. Bezeichnung des Browser-Instanzen (Titel) bei Aufruf "In neuem Viewer-Fenster öffnen"

    Beim Arbeiten mit dem DocuWare WebClient wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn in neuem Viewer-Fenster aufgerufene Dokumente eine Bezeichnung kriegen. Im Moment heißen die geöffneten Browser-Instanzen alle "DocuWare - Internet Explorer", sodass keine Unterscheidung möglich ist. Am besten wäre die Info aus dem Indexfeld "Bezeichnung/Betreff".

    Vorgehen
    1) Rechtsklick auf Dokument im WebClient
    2) "In neuem Viewer-Fenster öffnen" auswählen

19. Function to lock a fillable PDF in the workflow to prevent further modification

    The overall process surrounding the question is a PO Form, which I’ve created in DocuWare. That form triggers an Approval workflow. In the workflow I also add line totals, overall total and the name of the final approver onto the fillable PDF document. Once the document is approved, the workflow sends the PO to the supplier. The problem is that at this moment the order is still fillable… I need that document to be a non-fillable PDF… Problem is that I can’t create the non-fillable PDF with the form as I then can’t add the line totals etc. to the form in the workflow…So, an option to lock the PO via the workflow would be the perfect solution.

    Thank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

20. I would like to suggest strongly that you add an option in the docuware desktop app...

    I highly suggest you add a check box in the settings in the docuware apps setting under "import" that allows a sub folder to get deleted as well after it sends up the files to store. Currently, If you set up files to automatically go to docuware that are dropped in a watch folder, using a subfolder that gets dragged in... all files within the sub folder gets automatically deleted after the files get sent. That is perfect.. however... the sub folder that the files were sent from remains in the watch folder and stays there. I cant have hundreds of empty folders just sitting in the watch folders. Please advise.
