Massenlöschung von Daten verhindern
Sollten aus irgendeinem Grund mehrere Hundert/tausend Dokumente gelöscht werden z.B. durch Anwender oder Workflow oder Autoindex)
So sollte dies erstmal gestoppt werden und eine Sicherheitsabfrage erfolgen, um nicht gewollte Löschungen durch Konfigurationsfehler oder Anwenderfehler vorzubeugen.4 votes -
Possibility to change the variables order for stamps
In earlier versions, when stamps were configured by Administration utility, it was possible do define the order of variables of the stamp.
Since the introduction of web client for stamps defining, this feature is no more available.
It could be usefull to restore this functionality for old customers that know the previous behaviour and for new ones that ask for fixed text of the stamp to preceed any other variable text.
This is the desired and "no more supported" configuration:

Dokumente umbenennen
Es wäre schön wenn man den "Dateinamen" (also den Namen der z.B. in der Ordnerstruktur ganz zuletzt angezeigt wird bzw. der Name der unten im Viewer angezeigt wird) auch noch in der Ablage ändern könnte. Sofern man vergisst z.B. das PDF umzubenennen (oder über den DocuWare Printer druckt, hier kann man den Namen gar nicht selbst benennen) ist der Name sehr kryptisch, z.B. "SKM227200812121300009"). Wenn man z.B. über Request die Daten für eine Zertifizierung zusammen stellt steht dieses "SKM227200812121300009" anstatt z.B. "Unterlagen für die Zertifizierung"

Externe Tools
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man in der Suchansicht (grün) im "horizontalMenu" - Toolbar und im Viewer (rot), "leftPanel" (details siehe Screenshot) eigene "externe Tools" als "Buttons" einbinden könnte.
damit könnte man aktiv daten zu externen Tools übermitteln (DWDocID, Links/Verknüpfungen etc.) und ggf. anschließend native Features anstoßen.

Cloud Version-Cloud Status
The Cloud Status for Storage should update more frequently. We had an issue and were told that the Storage Quota status updated every 3 to 6 hours. It appeared to be closer to 6 hours for the update. It should update every 1 to 3 hours if the Quota is over 80%.
It would also be nice if it defaulted to 7 days, not 12 months.

User Synchronization Tool - Default Groups to "Skip During Synchronization"

The tool should default groups in the group matching tool to "Skip During Synchronization" instead of trying to create new groups for every one.Long backstory:
I am migrating from Docuware On-Premise to Docuware Online and the User Synchronization Tool is a huge step backwards. My AD structure is such that my DocuWare groups are in an OU with approxmiately 300 other security groups. During the setup wizard it allows me to specify OU containing my groups ... on the match screen it then wants to create over 300 new Docuware groups when I really only want…3 votes -
Automatically remove licenses from users not found in any AD synced groups.
On-Premise; Active Directory sync.
Users that are removed from AD groups that are synced to Docuware should also automatically remove the license from that user upon synchronization to Active Directory14 votes -

Die Archive sollten alphabetisch geordnet sein, bzw. man sollte einstellen können wie die Archive dargestellt werden. Derzeit richtet sich die Auswahl danach was zuletzt aufgerufen wurde.

Concurrent license option for cloud
There are a number of problems that I have a difficult time solving with the user licensing with the cloud solution. For example, an organization has 5-10 regular DocuWare users, using the software daily. Same organization has 100 field users who need to sign into DocuWare two or three times per year.
I realize that a concurrent user license will have a higher monthly cost than a regular user license, but this will allow me to solve problems with DocuWare, rather than having to rely on ancillary or alternative products to do so.

Modify Index Data of multiple Documents in the Result List one after another like in the Store Dialog
If you want to add index data to multiple documents, which are different on every single document, you have to
1. double click the document in the result list
2. mark the document again and press CTRL+ALT+I to change ONE documents index-data (or add a button for "quick" access.But if you want to change multiple documents, this is very time consuming.
It should be like using the store dialog, where after modifying the next document is displayed and you can instantly move on.Therefore: Please make it possible to easily modify index data of multiple documents in a result…

Launch the autoindex immediately when a document metadata is updated via the Docuware API
Cuando uso la API para actualizar un indice de un documento y tengo asociado un autoindex que se ejecuta de manera inmediata cuando se actulice, esto no funciona en este caso.

Send a mail notification when an error ocurrs in any automation of configuration
There are times when an autoindex, a deletion policy, etc. fails and to see it you have to enter the option to see it.
It would be more interesting to be able to establish an email account where you can receive alerts when a problem occurs in them.1 vote -

ValidateID Signature - Collect Reason for Signature Rejection
Currently although the reason for refusal is requested when not signing a document, then this value is not available for use anywhere. ValidateID does have this option available (Signers.RejectionReason from "Operation Get Document Information"). It would be very useful to implement the option to collect this information as otherwise you have to go and ask the person who has refused to sign the document to find out the reason for the rejection.

Arabic text support with DocuWare forms
When merging a DocuWare Form with PDF Form, and filling form fields with Arabic text, the text appears backwards in the generated PDF file and the letters are not connected. I appreciate if you can support Arabic and other RTL languages when merging forms.

Have the ability to click on a user and have an option to turn on or off e-mail notifications for workflow steps
Example: Click on user Jon Doe and it will show every workflow and step that gets assigned to him. Then give me the option to send email for the step.

allow spreadsheet documents to update table fields
We have timesheets that are done in excel. Currently all of the timesheets are in docuware and they are downloaded, checked for correctness and then imported into our accounting system for payroll. It would be really nice if we could simply update the spreadsheet and have a table field updated with the results so that the table field could be exported with an sql query. Then one file could be imported into the accounting system rather than one file for each employee. That would also make it so that the entire process could be done in docuware rather than just…

Store dialog - Field prefill with empy text
Hello,
We have a problem when storing documents when documents are copied from filecabinet to basket and than stored.
Docuware stores index entries event if fields are not on Store dialog.
Prefiling with empty would clear unwanted index fields.Best regards
