1. Digital handwritten signature on DocuWare mobile client.

   Having people sign with a digital signature from IPAD or Android pads for document process:

   Most of time people will sign the business document on the paper, especially invoices and on site service document. We should be able to open documents on smartphones and ipads(including android pads), put a stamp on the document from these device and ask for customer to sign on the document in DocuWare mobile client.

2. enhanced Field Types like Checkboxes

   it would be useful if we can choose more Field Type.. like real checkboxes (only false or true)
   or user definded masked textboxes

3. Stamps need too many clicks

   When I try to add a stamp incl. selection of Content from a select list I have to click twice "Confirm" and then I have to place the stamp! Automatic stamping and only once "Confirm" would improve the customer experience.

   Ich schlage dringend vor die Drop-Down-Liste für den Dokumententyp zu erweitern, hier beschweren sich wirklich alle TEST-User weil die ganz normalen "deutschen" Begriffe nicht drin sind, so wie:
   Eingangsrechnung
   ausgangsrechnung
   Gutschrift
   Rechnung
   Angebot
   etc...
   nicht darin vorkommen, oft bekommt man bei einer "deutschen" Auftragsbestätigung den Vorschlag "order confirmation" ... usw. ... dann kommt diese gelbe Box die wiederum allen sehr lästig ist !!!
   An solchen Kleinigkeiten scheitert so ein Projekt sehr häufig, ich habe schon von 3 Testern hier ein Rückantwort bekommen !!!
   Diese Liste sollte individuell zu erweitern sein.

5. I suggest to extend the color indicators by fill levels

   Documents and index fields are marked with a color indicator that is either gree, yellow or red. This color represents how confident the service is for a proposed index value.

   The color green actually represents a confidence range between 75% and 100% - there is no difference visible: 76% as well as 95% result in a green indicator.

   The idea is to extend the color indicators by fill levels (as known i.e. from the battery status of a mobile phone), which would allow to distinguish the originating confidence between same-colored index fields and/or documents.

   The value in percent would be also shown when a color indicator is hovered over with the mouse or shown as a column in the table views of web baskets.

   We are looking forward to hear your opinion on this!

6. Ich schlage vor, die Farbindikatoren um Füllstände zu erweitern

   Dokumente und Indexfelder werden von Intelligent Indexing bislang mit einem Farbindikator in den Farben grün, gelb oder rot versehen. Die Farbe steht dafür, wie sicher sich der Dienst bei vorgeschlagenen Indexwerten ist.

   Es handelt sich aber z. B. bei "grün" um eine Wahrscheinlichkeitsspanne zwischen 75% und 100%. Ein Unterschied ist bisher nicht ersichtlich - sowohl 76% als auch 95% ergeben "grün".

   Die Idee ist die Farbgebung um Füllstände (ähnlich des Akku-Ladestatus eines Mobiltelefons) zu erweitern, welche die Wahrscheinlichkeit erkennen lässt.

   Der prozentuale Wahrscheinlichkeitswert würde zusätzlich bei einem Darüberfahren mit der Maus bzw. in den Tabellenansichten der Webbriefkörbe als Spalte angezeigt.
