Printing database information from webclient
The administration allow to define a header to be printed with database information. But this only works with Windows Client. In 6.5 only webviewer is available and working with document from URL or Webservice or other cause to display them always in Web Client. It is urgent that this functionnality become available in web environment.

Stamping multiple documents in a single step be restored to the web client
Stamping of multiple documents/pages were available in the Windows client. We have a customer with a urgent need for this feature in the web client after using this in the Windows client

Clip documents from File Cabinet
Requested ability to clip a document from a file cabinet to a document in the task list. This would prevent the need to "copy" to the basket, then clip, then delete the original from the filing cabinet.

Allow Scrolling to "Next Document" on Non-document File Formats
The Web Client shuts down or displays an error and will not allow scrolling to the next file if a audio or video is stored. This was not the case in the Full Client.

Today only one field can be used to name a document. but very often a good name is composed with two or more field (type of document + customer reference or date ) etc...

Die Sortierung der Links im Webclient für Verlinkte Dokumente sollte einstellbar sein z.B. Alphabetisch.
Zur Zeit werden die Links für "Verlinkte Dokumente" im Webclient in der Reihenfolge angezeigt wie sie vom Erstelldatum her erstellt wurden. Die älteste Anlage steht oben und die neu angelegten stehen jeweils darunter.

Übersicht zu Rechtemanagement / Struktur
Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, organisationsweite Auswertungen zu Benutzerrechten, Gruppen, Profilen und Rollen in der DocuWare Administration zu erstellen; idealerweise mit tabellarischer und grafischer Darstellung der Abhängigkeiten und Berechtigungen.

DocuWare Printer: Mehrere DocuWare Printer pro Client
Aufgrund verschiedener Druckerkonfigurationen sollte es möglich sein, mehrere DocuWare Printer pro Client installieren und konfigurieren zu können.
Szenario:
Aus der Branchensoftware X sollen alle Belege an einen physischen Drucker gesendet und gleichzeitig in den DocuWare Briefkorb abgelegt werden. Hierzu sollte aber nicht für jede Dokumentart eine Konfiguration erstellt werden müssen (wie es momentan der Fall ist), da der physische Drucker direkt hinter dem DocuWare Printer hinterlegt werden kann.

Add the ability to run workflows on web baskets
Since web baskets are technically cabinets in the background, I'd like the ability to run workflows on them. For example, I'd like to run a deletion workflow at the end of each week on some of the baskets to purge the remaining documents that users didn't delete when they were finished.

Stempelreihenfolge ändern
Der User sollte selbst die Anzeige und Reihenfolge der Stempel im Viewer/Navigationsleiste per Drag & Drop für sich ändern können (natürlich mit automatischem Speichern, so dass er es nicht jedes mal aufs neue machen muss.)

Dokumentenspezifische Stempel
Wie wäre es mit dokumentenspezifischen Stempeln?
Jetzt ist es möglich, 9 Stempel anzulegen und der User sieht auch alle Stempel (falls über Rechtekonzept zugeordnet).
Toll wäre es, wenn man im Stempel einstellen könnte, zu welcher Belegart dieser nur angezeigt werden soll.
Beispiel: Freigabestempel "bezahlt" soll sich nur auf "Rechnung-Eingang" setzen können und nicht bei Angeboten oder Lieferscheinen!

Give more print setting functionality to DocuWare Printer
DocuWare Printer prints in color by default. Many occasions a black print would be much better and also less costly in file size. Give us an option to control the color options in the default printer settings. We are having quality issues with DocuWare Printer compared to the old TiffMaker. We are also running into file size issues because documents are printing in color and they are too large to email if we want to distribute outside of DocuWare.

Connect to Outlook - Farbauswahl der Markierung
Die farbige Markierung in Outlook, von in DocuWare abgelegten E-Mails, sollte beliebig einstellbar sein.
Wurde von mehreren Kunden bereits gewünscht, da blau häufig eine unternehmenseigene Symbolik hat.

Mehr als 100 Suchergebnisse pro Ergebnisseite
Wir archivieren u.a. Bankbelege (in grosser Anzahl) und sortieren in den Suchergebnissen häufig nach Spalten/Kolonnen. Wir wären froh, wenn wieder wie in früheren Docuware Versionen (älter 6.5) mehr als 100 Suchergebnisse pro Ergebnisseite (d.h. frei definierbar) dargestellt werden können. Dies würde uns erlauben, weiterhin effizient (ohne zu viele Such-Einschränkungen) die entsprechenden Dokumente aufzufinden.

I suggest Docuware restore some features lost with the last upgrade
When uploading new documents, the "pre-upgraded" version would show a window with the number of documents that it was uploading. This was helpful because it would help me keep track of what documents I uploaded and what I had left in my folder. It was a double check to make sure I didn't miss anything.
The other thing that is new that is NOT a good thing - when multiple documents are uploaded and unstapled, the document name changes and all unstapled documents are now labels "split document". This is awful as you can no longer find a document in…

Hyperlink Page of Document in DocuWare Web Client
It would be nice to be able to link any page of a document in DocuWare web client to a website. For example, if you are attaching a tracking page from ups.com, it would be nice to click on that page and pull up the same information on ups.com.

Dieser "Dialog" verschwindet nach erfolgreichem SmartIndexen und es öffnet sich automatisch wieder die Aufgabenliste, in V5.1c war es so, das die "Infobox immer offen blieb.
Diese Funktion benötigen wir auch in der aktuellen Version.
