When Connect to Mail is configured to import only attachments have it ignore emails with no attachments
When Connect Mail is configure for import attachments only, it will not ignore email with no attachments. Connect to Mail will import all email and those with no attachments will considered a failure and be routed to the default tray, or, have a rule in out look to move email to a different folder and it monitored.
Connect to mail should ignore email with no attached if only attachments are needed. This will help with improving deployment and eliminate clean up maintenance for support people.

Outlook Plugin technologisch auf ein AddIN modernisieren (COM VSTO => OFFICE AddIN)
Das DocuWare Office Plugin basiert aktuell noch auf den "veralteten" Technologin COM und VSTO. Das schränkt die Verfügbarkeit auf den nativen Outlook client ein. Hier wird mittelfristig die Umstellung auf ein Outlook AddIn auf Basis des Microsoft Office Add-in framework notwendig um neure Clients wie OWA, ONE OutlookClient <sowie Mobilgeräte zu untersützugen. Es wäre wünscheswert hier zeitnah einen Parallelbetrieb beginnen zu können und die Funktionen nach und Nach umzuziehen.

Make Docuware FIPS compliant
Some client who use Docuware or want to use Docuware do business with Government agencies which require to be FIPS complaint. Docuware can not be used if not FIPS complaint in this scenario.

Parallele Aufgabe im Workflow - Erweitern der Funktionen
Es wäre super, wenn man eine "erweiterte Parallele Aufgabe" hätte. Bei dieser kann man vorab User/Gruppen bestimmen und je Gruppe sollen diese eigene Entscheidungen haben, welche am Ende zusammengeführt werden.
Beispiel:
1 Dokument soll parallel geprüft werden.
User Gruppe A prüft das Dokument und setzt Entscheidungen, welche eigene Aufgaben beinhalten
User Gruppe B prüft dasselbe Dokument parallel und sieht andere Entscheidungen mit anderen Aufgaben. Wobei dies am Ende zusammengeführt wird wieder zu einer Aufgabe etc.1 vote -
Assign users dynamically to Substitution list global variable
Currently substitution lists are static which is not usable for dynamic environment. I should be able to assign multiple users to a list and let DocuWare validate if the first (or second..) user is out of office and assign the task to the next available user.

Es sollte möglich sein mehr als nur einen User innerhalb der Administration oder der Konfiguration zu löschne
Es kann immer wieder mal vorkommen das man aus Versehen User Importiert hat, die gar nicht ins DocuWare kommen sollten, dann ist es sehr mühselig User für User zu löschen, da würde es sehr helfen die User zu markieren und auf einmal zu löschen

Es kann immer wieder mal vorkommen das man aus Versehen User Importiert hat, die gar nicht ins DocuWare kommen sollten, dann ist es sehr mühselig User für User zu löschen, da würde es sehr helfen die User zu markieren und auf einmal zu löschen

In Feldern von Typ Dezimalzahl auf Auswahllisten zugreifen
Es sollte möglich sein in Feldern vom Typ Dezimalzahl auf externe und feste Auswahllisten zuzugreifen.
Aktuell ist es z. B. nicht möglich in einer festen Auswahlliste die Steuerbeträge für ein Rechnungsarchiv zu hinterlegen.

reassign workflow
Being able to change/save the default settings in the Reassign Workflow window would be beneficial. Every time we reassign a task, the email reminder needs to be unchecked. We would like to be able to adjust/save the default settings for this window in the user preferences.

Limit which AD users are synced to the DW Cloud
Currently when you choose which OU to sync from using the User Synchronization utility, the tool will bring in all users of that OU. Instead, the tool should only import the users who are mapped to a DocuWare group. This should work in the same manner that user synchronization works for on-prem systems. It is not uncommon that it is required to point at the top level OU to get the users that we want even though we do not want all users.

Es wäre sehr hilfreich wenn der Anwender im Workflow Manager wüsste woher die Aufgabe kam und wohin die Aufgabe noch muss
Workflow können und werden immer komplexer, der lineare Ablauf von Sachliche Freigabe Fachliche Freigabe und dem, anschließenden Buchen gehört immer öfter der Vergangenheit an, viele Aufgaben können dazwischen liegen und hängen von vielen Faktoren ab, deshalb fordere ich eine grafische Darstellung des Verlaufs der Aufgabe woher kam die Aufgabe, welche Schritte waren nötig bis Sie zu mir gekommen ist und wohin geht Sie noch. Das sind Anforderungen die ELO längst hat und wir könnten das sehr gut gebrauchen. Die Workflow Historie ist für Admin, für Controller wichtig, nicht für den Leiter Rechnungswesen oder die GL, Danke

Add a function to disable the automatic application of a stamp for specific task decision.
Add the ability to set the stamp settings per decision selected vs globally. For example, "Approval" may apply a stamp, but "Hold" might just be used to update variables and place the document on hold with no stamp applied. Currently I do not believe there is any way to do this and it causes many stamps which are not needed in this case.

language mapping for index fields when creating
When creating indexfields you create those in one language. But if you need multiple languages they are not supported yet.
A simple solution could be, that after creating the index field you can add the translation to those fields in the desired language.1 vote -
Add text formatting to workflow tasks
My users want to bold and italicize important text for emphasis within workflow tasks. We currently can't do this. I think adding support for HTML <b> and <i> tags in workflow task Text descriptions could be useful.

Anordnung der Spalten in der Ergebnisliste manuell zurücksetzen
Es sollte für den Anwender möglich sein, die Anordnung der Spalten in der Ergebnisliste manuell zurückzusetzen, damit diese wieder der Reihenfolge der Ergebnisliste entspricht.
Der Anwender kann die Anordnung/Reihenfolge der Spalten manuell verändern, dadurch wird der Eintrag ColumnOrder im Local Storage des Browsers gespeichert. Wird jetzt die Anordnung/Reihenfolge der Spalten in der Ergebnisliste generell geändert, dann greift diese Änderung nicht. Der Local Storage überschreibt diese Anpassung mit den Einträgen der ColumnOrder. Dies kann nur behoben werden, wenn in der Entwicklungsumgebung des Browser der entsprechende Eintrag gesucht und gelöscht wird. Auswahl Dialog (nicht nur Archiv) im Briefkorb für automatisch ablegen
Im Briefkorb kann man zwar ein Archiv fürs automatische Ablegen auswählen, nicht jedoch den Ablagedialog. Es wird immer der Standard-Ablagedialog verwendet. Insbesondere bei der Verwendung von mehreren Briefkörben zu unterschiedlichen Zwecken und entsprechend unterschiedlichen Dialogen in ein Archiv führt dies zu Problem mit Auswahllisten, Pflichtfeldern, Vorbelegungen usw. Vor allem bei Briefkörben mit Intelligent Indexing - bei denen ja ohnehin bereits ein Dialog gewählt ist - wäre es wünschenswert.

Can something be done with the "fixed Text" function of the Form Designer?
It is almost impossible to change font size consistently. The spacing and line breaks are always off when pasting text.

Ability to take advantage of Microsoft SQL 2019 database encryption
We have sensitive documents inside DocuWare (HR, etc). Microsoft SQL 2019 offers database encryption. Currently DocuWare does not support this encryption. We feel this with the File Cabinet encryption currently in DocuWare would work great together. This would allowing for secure file cabinets, data, and documents.
