Flatten PDF with REST/.NET API
We can use DocumentAction to merge annotations on the Document. It would be nice if you could provide a method for Flattening all Form Fields on the Document. Right now we have to use 3rd party libraries to get this done.
For all readers: I am using Syncfusion - they have free commercial license for small companies.

Ability to lock positions for form fields
I would like the ability to lock positions for form fields. I have some hidden fields and when I run the form one of the visible fields moves over the location where the hidden fields are. I want it in a specific place and not to move.

Die Ordnerüberwachung von Connect to Outlook sollte auch für freigegebenen Postfächer funktionieren.

Leider ist es gerade nicht Möglich OneNote-Projektmappen in DocuWare abzulegen. Wir würden uns diese Möglichkeit wünschen.

Enhance Notifications to include more fields in the message
Would help if we can select multiple fields for the Notifications in the Message tab. Currently we can select one field and have it be a link. Would ALSO like to select other fields to show. For example:
Customer Name field
Date field
Information field
Document Name field - this one could be the one that is a linkThere could be multiple documents for the same customer with different dates, and it would be most useful to show this in the notification received.

saved/template Annotations
Users should have the ability to save the Annotations that are repeated. For ex: location/name/note that are common for multiple documents and can be added with just 1 click vs every time clicking in text box, ctrl v
To explain more: similar to templates in outlook.

deleted archived document outlook connect
delete a single attachment after it has been stored individually from an email in outlook connect.

Form behaviors - nested filter so AND and OR can be used in filter simulations
Please add the ability to nest searches in behaviors. The filter should work like an Auto Index filter where you can group a bunch of or statements together with a single AND statement.

Clear selection option in Multiple Choice field in forms.
Currently you can initialize a multiple choice field to a default choice of none. However, a way to reset the field to none after a choice has been made would be greatly beneficial. This way if a choice is not required a user can clear the field without restarting the entire form.

Ermittlung Prüfsumme - "echte" Dublettenprüfung mit Prüfsumme als Indexwert
Um echte Dubletten (absolut identische Dateien) zu identifizieren, wollen wir die intern vergebene Checksumme prüfen - am besten per Indexwert, alternativ über die Platform Services.
Das ist zur Zeit nicht möglich, man kann nur den Status der Checksumme prüfen.
Wenn allerdings Angebote, Auftragsbestätigungen etc. mehrfach in DocuWare gelangen, sind die Indexwerte nicht hinreichend, um Dubletten zu identifizieren.
Der Inhalt kann sich bei gleichen Indexwerten geändert haben.Damit werden dann Workflows unbeabsichtigt mehrfach ausgelöst.
Die Archive werden unnötig gefüllt.
Es entsteht doch wieder ein Suchaufwand, weil das "richtige" Dokument erst identifiziert werden muss.Eine Prüfsummenerstellung außerhalb von DocuWare per Webservice ist…

Table fields - Webhooks/Loops/API requests
DocuWare enabled table fields a few years back but never included a better work with table fields. For example there is no way to export table fields to external database without creating a data record from internal DW database. There also is not any solution to send the table field data through API request in workflow or webhooks.
Generally it would be nice to have the same possibility with table fields as with regular type fields.

Definition Kriterium für Stickwortfeld auf auf Teile eines Feldes
Es ist in einer Listenkonfiguration nicht möglich, bei Kriterien auf Teile eines Stickwortfeldes zuzugreifen.
Enthält Anweisung greift nur auf das ganze Stickwortfeld zu. Zudem ist es auch nicht möglich mittels einer Ist(Where-Klausel) auf Teile eines Feldes zuzugreifen.
Konkret geht es darum, dass man in der Liste alle Dokumente anzeigen lässt, die in einem bestimmten Stichwortfeld teile des "Login des Benutzers" haben soll.

Allow clipping and copying from the WF_TASKLIST_LINK tasklist view
When opening DocuWare full webpage view, there is a possibility of clipping (or copying to a different location) files to the tasks. See first screenshot.
When opening DocuWare "truncated view" (the one which we can generate through
[WF_TASKLIST_LINK]in a workflow task cube's notifications tab or through DocuWare URL Creator) there is no such possibility. See second screenshot.This makes for some very awkward conversations with clients, since DocuWare's feature list changes because of the mode of accessing the task list.

JWT for login through API
For a server to server connection through API it is necessary to use a cookie at the moment and send the credentials as arguments.
We would like to have the option to use a JWT to login instead of a cookie. The cookie lasts for only 28 days and then the whole authentication process has to start again. Which means we have to send the username and password as arguments to the server on a monthly basis.

Export - Select Page Range
Users often need to send a set of selected pages from a document. Right now we can only send the page we're viewing, the whole document or the whole file so extra steps (amounting to extra time) is required to send the pages that need to be sent.

It common to need to send a selected range of pages from a document. With only the current page, the document or the file as options now we find users taking quite a few extra steps (equals more time consumed) in order to email out a few selected pages from a document

Annotations - Copy Group of Annotations or All Annotations
There are occasions where a user needs to transfer a group of annotations to another page, and much time would be saved if we could copy either a group of annotations or all of the annotations on a page over to a different document or page. Would be a real time saver
