   Beim Filtern von Ergebnissen sollte im Filter bereits eine Vorauswahl zur Verfügung stehen, dass das Suchergebnis berücksichtigt.
   So sollten z. B: nur Firmennamen auswählbar sein, die auch im Ergebnis enthalten sind.

2. Dynamic Select List in Workflow Task

   Add a select list type field to Workflow Tasks that can be filled with values in the workflow. This is in contrast to the normal select lists that are fixed values. Something like a keyword variable could be filled with workflow then displayed to the user as a select list.

3. edit&send : upload files when they are closed

   If you open multiple Excel files (stored in a file cabinet) through the edit option in the viewer they are updated in DocuWare only when you close excel app but not when you close the file. We often lose data. It would also be interresting to upload the files not only when we close the app but also when we save changes just like when the file is in the document tray.

4. Ability to disable a step in the Workflow Designer to bypass without having to delete it.

   While working in Workflow Designer, I would like to be able to disable or hide the email notifications, while I test the main parts of the workflow.

   Add a way to keep a step in a workflow connected to the workflow, but have it be ignored so the rest of the workflow can be tested.

5. Enhance the Overview Pane

   In the Overview pane, when the items are showing in the overview, as you move past them, they will say “Page1.1” and so on but people easily get distracted or are interrupted and lose their place. (Me, I’m people. Lol)

   I would like the item I am physically on to light up indicating where I am/left off. Perhaps outline in a thick color to stand out or highlight that exact page.

   Also, say if I am in Overview, 3rd item down being Page 3.1, instead of having to scroll up to the tools I would like to right click what I am on and decide what I want to do right from there. (print, open, etc)

   While I know the middle column provides the down arrow for moving through saved docs in the overview, some may prefer a scroll bar.

6. connect to outlook seit DW 7.6 getrennte Ablage

   Seit der Version 7.6. ist es nun möglich mehrere Anhänge einer E-Mail getrennt zu indexieren und abzulegen. Das ist super!

   Leider muss das getrennte Ablegen von E-Mails und Anhängen in der Konfiguration vordefiniert werden und kann durch den Benutzer nicht ad-hoc entschieden werden.
   Beispiel:
   In der Regel enthält eine Email eine Rechnung, E-Mail und Anhang werden als ein Dokument geklammert abgelegt.
   Manchmal enthält eine E-Mail mehrere Rechnungen, in diesem Fall wäre es sehr hilfreich wenn der Anwender entscheiden könnte (so wie er auch entscheiden kann was zuerst angezeigt werden soll) ob es geklammert oder in einzelnen Dokumenten abgelegt werden soll.

   So müssen 2 Konfigurationen mit unterschiedlichen Voreinstellungen zur Auswahl durch den Benutzer angeboten werden.

7. Time picker

   A basic option that is missing on the web forms designer is a time picker. The date one works great...now if we just had a time option that pulled up a clock on the mobile device or browser to easily and consistently set the time that would be great.

8. Documents in Stopped Workflows

   The ability to be able to automatically update an index field of a document went the document has gone through a workflow, errors out, and you manually stop the workflow. We have a customer that scans so many invoices that if there is an error in one of the workflows, we could get 25 failed tasks before the error is updated. And then, they have to manually stop all of those workflows and resubmit the invoice, creating duplicate entries. But if when the workflow was stopped, an index field could be updated, we could use a deletion policy to delete all entries with a "stopped" index entry. Either this or the ability to push error documents through an updated workflow version instead of retrying it in the same workflow version the error took place.

9. full text search needs boolean logic DW hot fix for cloud clients

   The DW hot fix for full text boolean searches is not available for cloud clients. Without the fix, full text searches with dashes or other boolean symbols does not work properly. The need is universal - dashes are used in accounts, part numbers, standard text, dates, etc. and full text search to find strings with special characters is fundamental to finding required documents. The hot fix needs to be applied to the cloud implementations. Searching for literal strings with these characters, or searching using boolean logic (e.g. "?" for a single character wildcard) would be a huge win for all clients!

10. Wartende Workflow-Instanzen "reaktivieren"

    Zurückgestellte Rechnungen sollen vorzeitig (vor Ablauf der Wartezeit oder vor Eintreffen eines Ereignisses) von den Workflow-Controllern im Client vor allem sichtbar und "reaktivierbar" sein.
    Sie dürfen gerne ausgegraut o.ä. gekennzeichnet sein.

    Momentan können nur Dokumente geklammert werden die im Briefkorb sind. Es soll aber auch möglich sein Dokumente aus dem Archiv zu klammern ohne sie wieder in den Briefkorb zu schieben.

    Momentan ist es so, dass wenn man ein beliebiges Dokument klammern möchte nur Dokumente nehmen kann die im Briefkorb liegen. Man sollte aber auch Dokumente klammern können die nicht im Briefkorb sind, sondern z.B. schon im Archiv.

13. Sendeconnectoren einzeln Jobs / Workflows oder Benachrichtigungen zuweisen

    Es ist möglich, Sendeconnectoren für den Versand von Benachrichtigungen oder Workflow Erinnerungen zu definieren.

    Diese können aktuell nur "für alle" Notifications oder "für alle" Workflows aktiviert werden.

    Ein nützliches Feature wäre die Möglichkeit der Einzelzuweisung eines Connectors für einzelne Schritte / Benachrichtigungen oder Workflows, z.B.:

    Workflow 1 - 5: Standardversandconnector für Workflow
    Workflow 6: spezieller Versandconnector (z.B. weil über diesen Workflow Dokumente auch mit Kunden geteilt werden)

14. Tabellenfeld über dwcontrol füllen

    Es wäre schön, wenn man über die dwcontrol auch ein Tabellenfeld befüllen könnte. Gerade wenn man eine Übergabe von Buchhaltungsdaten aus dem Docuware macht, könnte man damit die Arbeit für die Buchhaltung für viele Standardrechnungen vereinfachen!

15. DocuWare Cloud - Export User Lists with License Type

    It is common for clients to want a list of their users by license type for cloud systems. There is no good way to provide this list to clients. The Product Overview page does not print in a way that delivers all of the page's content and in most cases clients would prefer a CSV export anyways. In the API there isn't a flag that I've found to indicate Named or Workflow seats, either, so not able to develop my own process to do this job. After a system goes above a small number of users managing the seats in a cloud system becomes more of an ongoing consideration and the need for easy exporting of this data becomes more important.

16. AD Sync Simulation

    Eine Simulation des AD Syncs vorab wäre manchmal hilfreich, sodass man die Änderungen testen kann, bevor sie tatsächlich ausgeführt werden und ggf. die vorhandene Rechtestruktur zerschießt, indem User ihre Gruppen/Rechte verlieren. Der AD Sync von Mailstore macht das z.B. sehr schön. Dort kann man nach der Simulation genau sehen, User X und Y werden angelegt, User Z wird deaktiviert, Gruppe A und B werden erstellt, etc.

17. Viewer-Fenster nach Ablegen offen lassen

    Nachdem man im Briefkorb einen Beleg abgelegt hat, sollte das Viewer-Fenster offen bleiben.

    Ich verwende Docuware mit zwei Bildschirmen.

    Wenn ich den Viewer neu öffne, muss ich ihn jedes mal auf den zweiten Bildschirm verschieben und maximieren.

    Sobald ich im Briefkorb einen Beleg ablege, wird der Viewer automatisch geschlossen.
    Der Viewer sollte in diesem Fall einfach offen bleiben, damit ich mir beim nächsten Beleg das Verschieben und Maximieren sparen kann.

    Also genauso, wie wenn ich im Briefkorb einen Beleg lösche.
    Dann bleibt der Viewer nämlich offen.

18. E-Mail Aktivität im Workflowmanager soll Semikolon getrennte E-Mail Adressen verarbeiten können

    Die E-Mail Aktivität im Workflow schlägt fehl sobald sie mit Semikolon getrennte E-Mail Adressen übergeben bekommt. Um den Versand an extern gepflegte E-Mail Adressen zu erleichtern sollte dies ermöglicht werden. Aktuell müssen diese vorher immer aufgesplittert und einzeln übergeben werden.

19. Eingabemasken für Formate über Regular Expressions z.B. bei Stempeln

    Mit der Regular Expression gebe ich die Formatierung meine Eingabe vor.
    Z.B.
    1.)
    Eingabe "10000000" wird in das Format "10.0000,00" über ein Reg-Expression gebracht.
    2.)
    Eingabe "29042022" wird in das Format "29.04.2022" gebracht.

    Die Verifizierung der Eingaben gibt es schon.

20. DW Platform login with JWT token

    Since we have the option to use REST services, it would be nice to be able to use DocuWare platform with REST requests in Workflow Designer. This is not possible at the moment. If we could create API users or just be able to retrieve token > store in GV and use it for next request. This would extend the possibilities in workflow designer and in some cases it would not be necessary to program and host own Web service.

    Thank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.
