Have more field to set up user. I.E. : Service or Departement
Hello,
It could be nice if we can have more field for the user setting, for example to set Service Or Department attached to the user.
For example it could be usefull to filter tasklist.
Today, when users create document, they can set up the department or service (if I have create such index of course). In the tasklist, I can filter the task by this index, but that's mean that I have to create as tasklist that I have service or department (not very usefull to support).

Es wäre hilfreich, wenn beim Mitteilungsfensters des Löschungdialogs der Benutzernamen mit angezeigt werden würde.

"Benutzer aus vertrauenswürdiger Anwendung" auch für andere Programmierschnittstellen verfügbar machen
Derzeit können die "Benutzer aus vertrauenswürdiger Anwendung" nur über die GAPI verwendet werden.
Dies sollte auch über die anderen Programmierschnittstellen, wie z. B. die Platform-Dienste, möglich sein.

Web-Briefkorb
Es sollte möglich sein, im Webbriefkorb über die Platform-Services ein Dokument an mehreren angegebenen Seiten zu splitten, da es in der Praxis eingescannte Dokumente mit mehreren Barcodes auf verschiedenen Seiten gibt. Diese müssten im Webbriefkorb am Barcode getrennt werden.

Schreibgeschützt öffnen im WebClient bei Version 6.5 verschwunden
Im Docuware Viewer ist die Funktion "schreibgeschützt öffnen" bei 6.5 einfach entfernt worden. Da der Docuware Viewer Word Markups nicht anzeigt und auch nicht druckt, war diese Funktion für uns sehr wichtig.
Außerdem wurde der checkout in Dateisystem auch einfach entfernt.
Also, wenn ich kurz anmerken darf, dass ist keine angenehmes arbeiten, wenn funktionen entfernt werden aber andererseits hotfixes nur für die aktuelle version entwickelt werden.1 vote -
Use of SQL statements in SmartConnect, Printer and Import
In the same way use of SQL statement option is available for C2O configuration, it should be made available in indexing for Import, Printer and SmartConnect

Einstellungen - Einträge sortieren
In den persönlichen Einstellungen des Web-Clients wäre es sinnvoll, die nicht ausgewählten Dialoge und Briefkörbe nach Archivname / Name zu sortieren und eventuell den Kontrast etwas größer zu machen.
Bei vielen Einträgen ist so die Übersicht besser wenn man nur die wesentlichen Archive in der Auswahl sichtbar haben will1 vote -

Dieser "Dialog" verschwindet nach erfolgreichem SmartIndexen und es öffnet sich automatisch wieder die Aufgabenliste, in V5.1c war es so, das die "Infobox immer offen blieb.
Diese Funktion benötigen wir auch in der aktuellen Version.

Formularios
Actualmente, el formulario web no cuenta con una funcionalidad de vista previa al momento de adjuntar documentos. Se propone incorporar esta opción, con el fin de que el usuario pueda validar el archivo antes de enviarlo, reduciendo errores y reprocesos asociados a documentos incorrectos o incompletos.

Convert Adobe Portfolio Documents and store as Clipped PDF
Adobe Portfolio documents are a group of PDF's Clipped together in a PDF. I believe that this format has been a standard since Adobe 9 around 2008. A portfolio document looks like a stardard PDF and clients do not understand why DocuWare is not Compliant with the Portfolio Standard for PDF. I would suggest that because this is VERY simular to DocuWares Clipping that DocuWare EXPORT all of the files in a portfolio document and clip them together as one Document making it easier for the client to work with

Mehrspaltige Auswahllisten ermöglichen
Mehrspaltige Auswahllisten ermögliche würde den Ablageprozess flexibler verwalten. d.h. Ich habe z.B. ein Archiv welches als Austauscharchiv bzw. Datengrundlage für ein Ablagefeld genutzt werden soll. Hier wäre es sinnvoll wenn ich direkt bei der Ablage alle Spalten des Archives als Liste angezeigt bekomme und mir dann die Werte in das Feld übernehmen kann. Das können einzelne Werte oder in einem Stichwortfeld mehrere sein.

Index filter hierarchy rights Project > Document
We need project or folder hierarchy rights management.
If user is added to index field on 'project' document that user
should have rights to project documents linked to this 'project' document.This can be configured with free sql statement on index filter rights but requires join statements which are put in where clause so there is a big performance penalty.

Pasteing outside docuware
When pasting form, the clipboard outside DocuWare, it ignores the enter character.

WYSIWYG E-Mail Editor
Es wäre super wenn beim Definieren der E-Mails innerhalb einer Aufgabe die Möglichkeit bestehen würde den (Body) also den E-Mail Text zu formatieren (WYSIWYG Editor) und auch Links zu hinterlegen um z.B. so auf weitere Formulare oder andere Dokumente zu verweisen.
Die "internen Links" auf die Aufgabe und/oder Aufgabenliste ist hier gut aber nicht ausreichend.0 votes -

I would like to know the total of images in each document or file, when doing a search, when sending my results to an excel file, I would like to have the total of images in each document listed as well.f

allow for the global setting for all users to open Docuware Viewer with index dialog in a new window by default
The reason for this is that right now, if we utilize the default setting "Always show DocuWare Viewer in same window", it is possible for a user to have several items in the queue, and viewing one item (by double clicking on it) but actually editing index values for something completely different on the screen. This could result in errors. Many errors.
If one utilizes the setting to open the viewer with index dialog in a new window, the document rendered for view always is tied to the index values that you see.
