Beiträge rechtsbündig angezeigen
Aktuell werden in Aufgaben- und Ergebnislisten Beträge generell linksbündig dargestellt (siehe Anhang). Mehrere Kunden haben den Wunsch geäußert, dass es möglich sein soll, dies rechtsbündig darzustellen.

DW 6.6 Reihenfolge der Sortierung der Search Dialoge / Briefkörbe vorgeben
Es sollte für die Benutzer ein Std. Profil erstellt werden können unter welchem man die Reihenfolge der angezeigten Masken definiert.Zumindest sollte es die Möglichkeit geben die Sortierung nach Archiv oder Namen der Maske/Briefkörbe durchzuführen, so das bei Einsatz von mehreren Archiven/Briefkörben die Reihenfolge nicht bei jedem Benutzer manuell neu eingestellt werden muss.

gives you the ability to email yourself a report of document types from the previous day/ previous workday.

Markierung der Dokumente die sich im Abalgeprozess befinden
Beim Kunden soll ein Team von 6 Personen oder mehr Dokumente ablegen, welche zuvor von Intelligent Indexing bearbeitet wurden.
Person 1 schiebt ein Dokument 1 auf den Ablagedialog und prüft die Indexdaten.
Im selben Moment schiebt Person 2 das Dokument auf den Ablagedialog und beginnt mit der Prüfung der erkannten Indexdaten.
Person 1 legt das Dokument jetzt ab.
Jetzt möchte das auch Person 2 tun, bekommt aber die Meldung, dass das Dokumente nicht mehr verfügbar ist. --> Arbeit umsonst gemacht.Das multipliziert sich, je nach dem wie viele Personen gemeinsam ablegen.

Add the abilty to store email without attachment in Connect to Outlook.
Connect to Outlook should have an option to store the email without attachment as a 4th option. Right now we have the following options when storing an email:
- Email and attachment, show email first
- Attachment only
- Email and attachment, show attachments first
Would be great to have a 4th option: Email only

Verschieben im Briefkorb des Web-Client wieder ermöglichen
In älteren Versionen war es möglich im Briefkorb die Dokumente zu verschieben.
Im 6.6 er kann man die Dokumente leider nicht mehr wie gewünscht selber platzieren.
Dies ist beim Heften/Klammern sehr hilfreich

Anzeigeoptionen (Kontrast) für den User einstellbar
Wir haben aktuell folgenden Kundenwusch: Jeder User sollte die Möglichkeit haben, die Ansicht von Dokumenten individuell zu verbessern. Beispielsweise den Kontrast zu erhöhen.

Customisation of the viewer
With DW4x we could customise access rights in the viewer directly in the admin tool. This however, is not possible in the new web client. It would be good if we got this feature back with 6.x onwards. Is this something that is on the roadmap

Den Zugriffszeitpunkt auf Dokumente in Baskets korrekt erfassen
Im Moment wird der Zugriffszeitpunkt auf Dokumente im Basket nicht richtig aktualisiert. Würde dies richtig erfasst, könnte man den DocuWare Basket besser in einer Schnittstelle verwenden (Man wüsste welches Dokument ein User zuletzt geöffnet hat bzw. im Viewer anschaut/verwendet).
Der Zugriffszeitpunkt wird im Moment nur erfasst, wenn das Dokument nicht auch dem Zwischenspeicher geladen wird. Dabei wird der Zeitpunkt in das Feld DWLAstaccessdatetime in der Datenbank geschrieben.
Erstell man einen Trace auf der Datenbank der die Zugriffe auf die Basket DB überwacht, kann man sehen das bereits bei jedem Zugriff auf ein Dokument, 3 Select Abfragen erfolgen. Selbst wenn das…

Docuware need to follow their competitor on this... Customers like to follow documents and comment direct in the interface!

Stichwortfeldern
Ein mehrfaches Anbringen eines Stempels soll wie in unserem Hause bei Kostenstellen benötigt, ein Stichwortfeld mit dem Stempelinhalt füllen. Es können mehrere Stempel (Kostenstellen) einer Rechnung zugeordnet werden. Weitere Stempel überschreiben das vorherige Feld.

Konfigurieren, das bestimmte Benutzer nur mit Anmerkungen drucken dürfen
Wenn ein bestimmter Benutzer (z.B. in der Produktion) im Webclient drucken will, darf der Benutzer keine Möglichkeit haben, ohne Anmerkungen zu drucken. Wobei ein anderer Benutzer das gleiche Dokument ohne Anmerkungen ausdrucken muss, z.B. für Kunden.

Change Shortcut's from Webclient
It would be nice if we could change the shortcut's combination in the
administration. That would improve the work process.

CDN with Fallback to Local Script Repository
Starting with DW 6.6 Hotfix 8 DocuWare the Web.Settings flag "UseLocalCDN" has been set to "false". Quote: "For better performance you should disable this flag. If the flag is disabled, the fat JavaScript libraries are downloaded from Google CDN orother CDNs." There should be a fallback option just in case external CDN are blocked or unavailable.

Hyperlinks zu Dokumenten im Archiv auch im RTF Mailformat
Wir nutzen in Outlook das RTF als Standard-Mailformat. Werden nun Hyperlinks aus Docuware erstellt (Senden / Dokument / Als Hyperlink) ist das leider nur Text. Hyperlinks sind aber auch im RTF Format möglich.
Aktuell wandle ich die Links durck "Markieren / STRG+K / Enter" in einen funktionierenden Hyperlink um.
Bitte prüfen sie, ob das ggf. automatisch, wie in HTML Mails erfolgen kann, gerade wiel wir auch überlegen uns ggf. das docuware Task Modul anzuschaffen, was aber nur Sinn macht, wenn auch funktionierende hyperlinks verschickt werden.
