The Document Processing Folder/Import configuration can be configured to run at a regular interval. Although, to set the time for it to run, one must run it for the first time when it is supposed to run for it to be scheduled to run. Unfortunately, DocuWare Desktop cannot record the time it last ran.

As a result, if DocuWare has to be restarted it has no way to know when to run. Therefore, since the job is active, it runs, which disrupts the schedule. SInce the Interval can be set, DocuWare Desktop should be able to honor the Interval when DocuWare Desktop has to be restarted.
