Improve user notification when Desktop Apps stop unexpectedly
Currently, when Desktop Apps stop unexpectedly, for example due to DocuWare login issues, no notification is sent to users by the system. As a result, users become aware of the issue only after job failures have occurred.
Even if the system cannot directly detect whether Desktop Apps have stopped, it would be very helpful to provide some form of notification or guidance to users. For example, when a login error occurs, displaying a message such as:
“Desktop Apps may not be running. Please check the status and manually restart Desktop Apps if necessary.”
This kind of notification would help users identify the situation more quickly, reduce troubleshooting time, and prevent confusion caused by unexpected job failures.
