1. Integration with MS Teams

   Our prospect is currently making decisions on their future road-map regarding their document management needs and requirements. They have seen a demo of the Docuware Solution and love the workflows and capabilities of Docuware. What they have requested is if DW will integrate with MS Teams/One Drive in the future. Specifically they would like to combine the collaboration capabilities of MS Teams with the storage, archiving and workflow capabilities of DW in order to protect an investment in DW. The main focus would be collaboration within departments to allow users to share documents they are working on through teams, but have these documents reside in DocuWare.

   Can this integration be considered for future development to allow the systems to co-exist and combine the best of both solutions?

2. DocuSign or other E-signature integration

   An integration with a legally binding e-signature provider would be a strong thing to feature. As we build our KSEM and HR use cases, e-sig will come up often.

3. create users using Platform .NET API

   Provide feature to manange users, groups, roles and profiles, for example create a new user on especific organization and set/remove the roles, groups etc, delete users, change password.

5. Make highlighted fulltext results available in URL Integration for Viewer and Result List & Viewer integration types

   Currently, when performing a Fulltext search using either the Viewer or Result List & Viewer integration types for URL Integration, the results will not have the fulltext terms highlighted.

   This works correctly when using the Search, Result List & Viewer integration type, so it should work as well with the other types.

6. Bring back the ability to edit SAP System fields for administrators

   In DCW 5.1c I was able to edit the SAP System fields. Especially the field SAP Status. There are situations where we have to resend the document to SAP and now I can't do it without updating the field directly in the database.

   It makes no sense do not allow an administrator to edit these field in the Client. I as an administrator can alter them in the SQL database anyway but it is more effort and more risky!
