Configurable Output and Indexing settings for each Attach File field
Make it possible to store file attachments separately, instead of always clipping them to the main form(s). For example, in a W-9 Vendor Signup form, we may prompt the vendor to attach their Certificate of Liability Insurance. Instead of clipping this attachment to the W-9 form, we would like to store this document separately with a document type of "Certificate of Liability Insurance".
Currently, every attachment for every File Attach field gets clipped to the Web Form or to EVERY merged form that is configured. This is rarely the desired behavior and results in duplicate documents.

I'd already requested wildcards in the Workflow Tasks filtering, but would like to add a new suggestion to have the standard operators work there too. Common need in large scale workflow operations.

Comment Marker on workflow steps
Especially during the creation of more complex and lengthy workflows, it would be good to have an option for a comment on the different workflow step-tools. Similar to the red circle with the !, there could be a little marker, showing the admin that there is a comment on that box. The comment could then be used to leave hints on what needs to be changed in future versions of the workflow.

Make workflow dialog field behaviors like form behaviors
In docuware forms you can set up field behaviors based on other fields and such for example you could have a checkbox for a married status that reveals or hides a field for maiden name. I would like to do that with workflow dialogs. For example If I have a document that was created with a form and has keywords indexed I would like to hide items in the workflow dialog that don't apply to that document. In my case I have a form to request therapy evaluations. There are 7 check boxes on the form and there is no…

Add Instructions to Store Dialogs
I have customers with multiple store dialogs that get confused on what each dialog does. It would be good to have a box at the top of the store dialog that says what the dialog does and maybe what workflow it would kick off.

Print the user authorisations directly from DW.
Please add a function to print the user authorisations directly from DW. A requirement from auditors is to get that print directly from the application. As a SOX company were are audited every 3 months on authorisations set up. Auditors always ask to get that list directly from our applications

Have scheduled email notifications
Have scheduled email notifications that don't rely on the trigger being new documents being stored or an index field changing.
If you do it using a scheduled workflow, it will send one email per document that matches the conditions.

Allow to search documents with new TABLE Index field (7.1 version)

To bypass an empty line in the table field with mandatory field at storage
When we store a document with a table field contains required fields, if we have a line empty, we have to delete the line to be able to store because fields are missing. it would be useful that docuware bypass the empty lines and deletes them

close the activity with the Enter key on the keyboard
If I have to validate multiple documents and modify indexes, it wolud be nice that after last index entry I can close the activity with the enter key.

Store document by drag and drop on workflow task
Would be nice if a document could be stored when dragging this document from a doctray to a workflow task (workflow manager).
The only option for now is to append a document to a document in a workflow.
But in several occasions you want to store a document as a new doctype but with a lot of index information from a document in the workflow task.

Bring back the ability to Attach, Delete, or Skip a page when pre-indexing in a tray
The Windows Client allowed the user to essentially staple pages to a document when pre-indexing in the Storage Mask. You could select a group of scanned pages in a Basket, drag them to a store dialog, and click the pre-indexing check box. When clicked, this would enable three new buttons, Attach, Delete and Skip. This allowed the user to construct documents by attaching, deleting or skipping pages while indexing, without having to go back to a basket or tray. This was a big time saver in the Windows Client, and a big time waster when trying to accomplish the same…

Versioning with drag / drop from a tray
It would be convenient to make a rise of revision of a document by dragging the new version from the tray on the document involved (in the same way to attach a document with paperclip).

Allow Documents To Be Placed in the Tray In The Order In Which They Were Selected
When adding files to a tray from a result view or importing, the documents will not keep the order in which they entered the tray.
This was a feature of the Windows client. They were added to the Basket Synchronously. With the web client they are added Asynchronously and if a larger file takes more processing in the queue it will go in later. Also the modification time seems to be based on minutes rather than the "milliseconds since Epoch to date". This also throws them out of order.7 votesWe are currently not considering your idea.

Share a document with an external (not docuware) user for a restricted period of time
It would be AWESOME that i could share a big file in my DW system (for example the Docuware Main Brochure - 8 MB that i can't send by email) with prospects through a link. Have them be able to access that document only for a restricted period of time like 3 days, time in which they can download the document (no editing, just viewing and downloading).

It would be nice if there would be a total of all the pages in the document tray.
See attachment. I would like to see a total at the bottom. Example: Total 283

I suggest that you allow protecting a Request by a password
I suggest that you allow specifying a password in the configuration settings of Request that is requested when it the resulting zip is extracted.

Stamps need too many clicks
When I try to add a stamp incl. selection of Content from a select list I have to click twice "Confirm" and then I have to place the stamp! Automatic stamping and only once "Confirm" would improve the customer experience.
