Make it so we can download more than one document without it creating a zip.
When downloading more than one document from DocuWare, we should have the option to download multiple at a time onto the desktop without it creating a zip file with separate folders for each document. It is a waste of time to then drag each one item out of their separate folders and save to the desktop or place in an email.

allow signatures in workflows
I have a long form that we use for enrollments with multiple merge forms. We would like to fill in the form ahead of time and then when the parent comes in review it and sign it. Unfortunately you can't sign a form signature box in a workflow.

Show cloud storage by cabinet
Show the storage space used in each cabinet. That way clients can manage Data Storage and quickly identify issues.

Looping form merge
Fil the same forms more than once per single submission. Example Parent is registering multiple children for school. They choose "3" children. We can use behaviors to open up the questions for each child, name, grade, etc. It would be nice if I could fill the same forms three times, one per child because all the parent information etc is the same. Please just add some workflow logic to how many times to fill the form.

OCR date reading
In pharma industry, expiration dates are very important. Some suppliers only state month/year on their documents. The date is now currently read as the first day of the month (01/mm/yy), whereas it should be the last date of the month (eg 30/09/20). A setting defining which logic of date reading is in place, would be a huge benefit for pharma clients.

Customize Cloud Login Page and New User Email
It'd be great to have a way to customize the Cloud login page so users cannot reset their passwords.
Also, the option to customize the "welcome email" new users receive.

Allow Workflow Controllers to Move an Item to A Different Node in The Workflow
Would be great for Workflow Controllers to be able to move an item on demand to any node in that workflow. We can reassign or stop, but if we run into a routing problem would be great to move the item where we need for it to be, and then we can work with the design to avoid the problem in the future

Right-Click "Open Document in File Cabinet" for Workflow Tasks
It would be very helpful for Administrators to be able to right-click on a Workflow task and open the document in the File Cabinet. This would make troubleshooting a multi-workflow configuration much simpler and more user-friendly.

allow the size of WebForm attachments to be increased
please allow the size of attachments to web forms to increased. Right now the size limit for attachments is 20 MB. We have a couple departments who are attaching larger reconciliation reports, so far up to 36 MB. It would be nice to increase that when needed to at least 50 MB.

default tray or cabinet when data processing is not recognized from folders
When you import from folders and set data processing and the document is not recognized correctly it is taken to the favorite tray of the user who has executed the data processing, it would be a very good idea to configure a default tray or filing cabinet for when this happens and not be the user's favorite tray.
When you manage many import with folders, it is very useful if the documents that are not correctly recognized are moved to the correct tray or filing cabinet.

Possibility to add individual help text in dialogs
Especially for new employees it would help if you could add help text or bubbles next to the index fields in search and store dialogs, where you can provide useful hints and descriptions what this field is about and if there are some special things to take care...
This would make on-boarding of new employees a lot easier.

Possibility to create a multi cabinet search and share with all users or specific users
It would be helpful for a user/administrator to be able to save multi-cabinet search and share the new dialog with multiple users.

Expand on the "Send Request" feature
The "Send Request" feature seems to already contain a lot of functionality, but for some reason the access has been made limited. The ability to export "Send Requests" with user, decision, and show everyone who still needs to make a decision would be extremely valuable. It appears all the data is collected in the database, we just don't have access to it.

Administrative Push notifications to Docuware Users
Sometimes you may need to alert users of a potential system down time for maintenance, or you have made changes to behaviour in a file cabinet that you would like to communicate, or they need to upgrade Desktop Apps.
It would be nice to send out a push notification as a user task notifying them of the communication.

Retain original file format in merge forms
For example if you use a word doc as the document to accept merge data into then store as a word doc and not convert to a pdf. Thereby enabling edit capability going forward.

Better usage of the open Microsoft Office format
The new Microsoft Office formats are open and formatted with XML. It would be nice to use this better, for example with comparison of two documents (Regarding versioning) or for automatic indexing for known documents. The index values could be read directly in the XML data. Most documents are created with the Microsoft Office package.

Restrict annotation visibility based on profile
Customers like to use annotations on documents however if a user from a different profile logs in they too can see the annotation. If there was a way to hide them based on the profile that would be great.

Split the print and save security
Split the security for printing and saving within the exporting control. Our company must print the latest technical documentation to deliver with the final product but would like to block the ability for employees to save the content to their local drives.

Printing is always done by converting the document to PDF, and opening in a PDF viewer for printing. Technically the user has now the PDF file and can save it by himself. Right splitting would result in no difference. -
Versioning by PDF-Print and Import
Actual we have to use checkout and document tray.
By connecting with an ERP-System this manuell work is impossible because of quantity.

Thank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.
