Import Konfigurationen gruppieren
Aktuell kann man entweder nur eine Importkonfiguration einem zu überwachenden Ordner hinzufügen oder aber man muss die "Automatische Identifizierung" aktivieren, welche dann alle Importkonfigurationen durchläuft.
Viel besser und zielführender ist es, wenn man einem Ordner, in den z.B. gescannte Dokumente hineinlaufen, eine GRUPPE von Importkonfigurationen zugeordnet wird. (oder anders ausgedruckt eine übergeordnete META Importkonfiguration mit 1:n Zuordnung).
Somit würden nur Konfigurationen durchlaufen werden, welche auch zugeordnet sind.
Optional: Wenn dann dieser META Importkonfiguration noch zusätzlich ein Briefkorb zugeordnet werden könnte, in den dann im FEHLERFALL das Dokument abgelegt wird, wäre das optimal. (Ansonsten würde es in den Standardbriefkorb des Importusers…

Im Ablagedialog Menüpunkte als Button in die horizontale Leiste legen
Im Ergebnisdialog kann man die Funktionen der Ergebnisliste ein und ausblenden und v.a. auch als Button in die horizontale Leiste legen. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie das auch im Ablagedialog implementieren würden. Da wir z.B. häufig die Funktion „Einträge beibehalten“ nutzen, könnte wir diese mit einem einfach Klick an- und abwählen.

ZUGFeRD - Informationen zu Referenzbelegen der Supply Chain auslesen
Im Comfort-Profil von ZUGFeRD ist vorgesehen, strukturierte Angaben zu Referenzbelegen (Lieferscheinen, Bestellungen, etc) mit anzugeben (Issue Date, Belegnummer). Diese Angaben wäre wertvoll, um in DocuWare assoziationen zu diesen Belegen herzustellen, ohne dass diese Angaben mühsam vom Benutzer eingegeben werden müssen.
Unsere Erwartungshaltung wäre, dass es z.B. möglich ist, in einer Konfiguration für die Dokumentenverarbeitung einzustellen, dass die Lieferscheinnummern einer ZUGFeRD Rechnung (DeliveryNoteReferencedDocument) in ein Stichwortfeld übernommen werden können.6 votes -
allow signatures in workflows
I have a long form that we use for enrollments with multiple merge forms. We would like to fill in the form ahead of time and then when the parent comes in review it and sign it. Unfortunately you can't sign a form signature box in a workflow.

Datei hinzufügen: Email per Drag & Drop anhängen
Aktuell muss ich erst eine Email als .zip verpacken um diese an ein Formular anzuhängen. Eine Email direkt an das Formular ist userfreundlicher als der Umweg über das verpacken der Datei.

Verbesserung der Filterfunktion
Die Filterfunktion war eine wichtige und überfällige Funktion bei den Aufgaben. Sie wäre aber noch intuitiver wenn:
a) sie auch in Listen möglich wäre
b) Das Filterfeld insgesamt größer wäre, damit man auch lange Einträge gut sehen kann und mehr als 3 auf einmal
c) stufenweise filtern mit entsprechenden Abhängigkeiten möglich ist (wenn Spalte B nach Wert XY gefiltert wurde, kann man in Spalte A nur noch nach Werten wie U, V, W filtern, weil die nur noch Teil der Liste sind)2 votes -
freie Ergebniszeile in Listen
Es wäre schön, wenn man eine Art Ergebniszeile in Listen konfigurieren könnte, die z.B. die Summe einer nummerischen Spalte (Rechnungsbetrag) darstellen kann.

Change Log Collector, it should collect all current log files
Currently when I open a support case with DocuWare I am always asked to add log files. I do not always remember where they are. It is troublesome to always have to navigate and select the correct log files.
The Log Collector provided by DocuWare only collects files from DocuWare Desktop Apps. Wouldn't it be possible to collect all logfiles within the last 24 hours?
Sometimes I have issues with Local Data Connector, sometimes I have problems with Auto-Index. I would like to have one way how I can provide all relevant information to DocuWare support.

Autoindex menu column size is not saved and has to be set each time.

calculate rows in table fields in a workflow
I have users that complete a spreadsheet for daily activities every month. Columns at the end of the row perform calculations on that row. For example calculating the number of times a kid was seen by a therapist. I would like to be able to use a table field and do the calculations in a workflow. My current work around is only available to those with a local or hybrid system and that is to create a view in local sql database and do the calculations in sql.

Deletion workflows should flag a file and display the results as an example before purging documents.
Deletion policy. Before Docuware runs the policy I would like to see what is marked for deletion before it happens in case a filter is not configured correctly.

Show cloud storage by cabinet
Show the storage space used in each cabinet. That way clients can manage Data Storage and quickly identify issues.

Forms should allow FirstName LastName to identify users and not just login name
I would like to be able to use First Name , Last Name fields in user management within DocuWare forms. Not Just the display name that has to be the same as ad name to SSO will work.

Disable auto assignment of licenses in cloud.
If a License is held open a new AD user will auto-populate. This is a flaw and security issue. At the least it should be able to be disabled.

Suchoperator für ähnliche Begriffe
Ein Kunde hat bei uns nachgefragt ob es Suchoperatoren gibt um nach ähnlichen Begriffen zu suchen (z.B. statt "ähnlich" "aehnlich" ...).
Zumindest unseres Wissens nach gibt es diese Funktion noch nicht und ist noch nicht geplant, daher wollten wir den Vorschlag machen, ob es möglich wäre dies einzuführen.2 votes -
Datumsoption "Aktuelle(n) Woche / Monat / Jahr" innerhalb einer Liste konfigurieren
Momentan ist es innerhalb einer Liste leider nicht möglich, Zeiträume wie z.B. den aktuellen Monat einzustellen.
Man kann zwar definieren, dass das Datum zwischen X und Y ist, allerdings müsste man dann monatlich die Listen-Konfiguration ändern.
Dementsprechend wäre eine Bedingung wie z.b. "Aktuelle Woche/Monat/Jahr vom aktuellen Datum" wünschenswert

Protokoll für die Öffnungen von Dokumenten ausschalten
Unter den Audit-Einstellungen kann man bisher nur die Docuement Events entweder aktivieren oder deaktivieren. Allerdings wollen viele Anwender schon die Änderungen am Dokument protokolliert haben, aber nicht jedes Mal wenn man ein Dokument öffnet. Das macht das Protokoll auch sehr unübersichtlich. Wenn man hier die Audit-Einstellungen einfach etwas erweitert und man im Detail auswählen kann welche Events protokolliert werden, das wäre sehr hilfreich.

Ergebnisliste in der Aufgabenliste frei definieren
Die Aufgabenliste zeigt immer nur die eingestellte Standard-Ergebnisliste des Archivs.
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man dort pro Workflow eine eigene Ergebnisliste konfigurieren könnte um die jeweiligen Indexwerte anzeigen und ändern zu können.
Das ist dann sinnvoll, wenn in einem Archiv unterschiedliche Dokumententypen mit eigenen Workflows bearbeitet werden.
Sämtliche Felder in die Standard-Ergebnisliste zu packen ist hier nicht sinnvoll.Vielen Dank und viele Grüße,

Export Document/Workflow History
For example I have a workflow “Customer Purchase Order” and I want to export all the history for all the documents during a set period.
I only want the data. Perferably in a CSV file for reporting.

Be able to change the activities and variables colour within the workflow.

We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.
