Customize Cloud Login Page and New User Email
It'd be great to have a way to customize the Cloud login page so users cannot reset their passwords.
Also, the option to customize the "welcome email" new users receive.

With New LDAP Synchronization, add more options for Loginname.
With New Synchronization, add more options for Loginname. Currently only samaccountname, userpricipalname, and userpricipalprefix can be used. We suggest also allowing the "mail" property because it provides consistency with the Email address used.

allow multiple form fields to be indexed in the same keyword index field
I would like to be able to index multiple form fields in the same keyword index field. I have a form with a list of choices in a checkbox field. One of those checkboxes is "Other" When other is selected I have another field come up so that the user can enter their own choice. I would like to index that as well in the keyword field.

Multiple Page Forms
Add the ability to have multiple pages on a form instead of one long form.

Newsticker Mail im Briefkorb
Beim Eintreffen von neuen Dokuemten in Briefkörbe, welche per Mail empfangen werden, sollte beispielsweise unten rechts eine Meldung angezeigt werden, dass neue Dokumente empfangen wurden. Diese Funktion sollte jedoch pro User aktivert oder deaktiviert werden können.

Workflow Manual Reassigns - Capture Email Message in Addition to Subject
This comes directly from a client, and he claims that this is quite important to him. So, it's also very important to me.
In the workflow history when someone manually reassigns a task and chooses to have an email sent only the Subject is captured. In our case the message was quite important and not having it in the history caused quite the bad situation.
Can we get the Message added to the workflow history for the reassign, too?

Add workflow activity to run scripts or exe.
It would be nice if there were a workflow activity that allows a script or exe to be called along with the ability to provide parameters. This could be very powerful and would provide more options for integrations.

audit
I think is very important to put at least the source IP or hostname of the user in Audit Reports, because someone could steal the credentials of an user, but the source IP could give more details of where did it.

Autocomplete like all other document management sytems when indexing
I'm sure this has been suggested but I can't seem to find it. When you drop a file into a tray and select a store dialog, I would expect to be able to link a database connection to a field you enter to perform a database lookup and populate all the other fields like KOFAX, FORTIS, FILEBOUND, CAPTERRA, ONBASE and probably a lot more that I haven't used. My understanding is Docuware lets you enter the first value and save it. Somehow a auto index sees it on save and will do the database lookup and populate the fields. Not…

storage consumption reports
Storage consumption reports by filing cabinet, with information on the number of documents, average size per file, etc.
That you can get a report that tells how much storage consumption you have made in the last days (filtered by dates) and detailed by filing cabinets.

forms check box
Feedback received that if a form has a check box and the line next to the check box goes onto a second line, once the form is completed, the second line gets pushed down to overlap the next line item.

Wir haben manchmal den Fall, dass unsere Dokumente auf Fehler laufen, wenn ein Benutzer ein Dokument geöffnet hat, während im Hintergrund Indexdaten geändert werden müssen. Dies passiert z. B., wenn Person A eine Aufgabe bestätigt, während Person B dieses Dokument aber auch geöffnet hat. Hier wäre eine Anzeige (z. B. im Viewer) schön, dass Person B das Dokument ebenfalls geöffnet hat. Dann könnte man Person B darauf ansprechen, das Dokument einmal zu schließen, um diesen Fehler zu vermeiden. Auch könnte man so z. B. sehen, ob jemand bereits an dem Dokument arbeitet. Indexfeld "Tabelle" mit mehreren Werten vorbelegen
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man Tabellenfelder mit mehreren Einträgen vorbelegen kann und/oder die Möglichkeit schafft über den AutoIndex in diese Tabellen zu schreiben.

In the Administration Information of the File Cabinet details, include a field that gives the number of documents in the File Cabinet.

Please add a permission for changing user e-mailaddress
A user can edit his e-mail address via the user menu: profile & settings.
It's company policy that a personal e-mail address is forbidden. There is no permission to prevent users to change their own e-mailadress?

Create a data record from a form
I use forms as a down and dirty data collection tool. I don't necessarily need to keep the form I just want the data. I also have a case where I have a merge form and one of the merge forms is a blank page that I use for the data record. The problem with this is that I can't just double click on the data record in search results to edit it I have to edit indexes. In einer SmartConnect Konfiguration sollten als Feste Begriffe eine OR Abfrage möglich sein
Es kommt vor das bei einer SmartConncet Konfiguration auch weitere feste Begriffe mitgegeben werden sollen, wie zum Beispiel im Feld Belegart (Dokumententyp), dort wäre es gut wenn man A-Rechnung OR A-Lieferschein eintragen könnte, um eine allzu große Menge an Treffern eingrenzen zu können
