Docuware Request: technischer Download/Exportmöglichkeit
Backup der Inhalte der Docuware Cloud ist ohne manuelles zutun nicht möglich. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn ein Request automatisch, ohne manuelles zutun heruntergeladen werden könnte. z.b. SFTP o.ä. Ein regelmäßiges Backup seiner Dokumente in den eigen Räumlichkeiten ist ein Muss!

Einfachen Abgleich von zwei Dokumeten ermöglichen
Es sollte möglich sein einfach und komfortabel im DocuWare Workflow zwei Dokumente miteinander zu vergleichen.
Beispielsweise bei der Rechnungseingangsprüfung die entsprechenden Lieferanten-Dokumente (Auftragsbestätigung, Lieferschein, etc.)
Aktuell ist es so, dass in einer Workflow Aufgabe die relevanten Dokumente unter „Verknüpft“ für den Benutzer ersichtlich sind.
Klickt der Benutzer auf diese Dokumentenverknüpfung, öffnet sich eine Ergebnisliste. Wählt der Benutzer jetzt ein Dokument aus und öffnet dieses in „einem neuen Viewer Fenster“ und geht dann zurück auf den Tab vom Workflow, sieht der Benutzer im Workflow Tab nur einen weißen Viewer.
Wünschenswert wäre, dass der DocuWare Workflow den Fokus auf das Dokument behält,…

stamps
Add option to display first and last name to stamp. Some of our usernames are generic for example Warehouseclerk01. Yet the First and last Name are assigned to a person Jon Doe. This would be nice to show on the stamp instead of user name.

Stempel direkt bei der Einrichtung einer Anmerkungsebene zuordnen
Bei der Konfiguration von Stempel sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen diese direkt einer Anmerkungsebene zuzuweisen.
Kunden stempel Dokumente mit internen und externen Informationen.
Wenn ein Dokument jetzt ausgegeben werden soll, darf dies nur mit den externen Informationen geschehen.Ich kann zwar aktuell testen, auf welcher Ebene welcher Stempel ist und die nicht passenden Ebenen ausblenden aber es kann natürlich auch gemischt gestempelt worden sein.
Mit der Vorgabe in der Konfiguration bekommt man hier einen gewissen Standard.

Eingangsverarbeitung auch für UBL-Creditnote
Es wäre toll, wenn auch die Eingangsverarbeitung von xRechnungen vom Typ UBL-Creditnote (https://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/os-UBL-2.1/xsd/maindoc/UBL-CreditNote-2.1.xsd) implementiert wird um entsprechende XML-Daten in Indexfelder von DocuWare zu übertragen.

Allow the example to be optional instead of required for field masks.
In some cases is its is not desirable to provide and example to the user in the store dialog when using a field mask. Additionally, requiring an example to be displayed to the user for each mask limits the re-use of a particular field mask.

Verküpfte Dokumente auch bei "Anfrage senden" darstellen
Wird eine Anfrage via "Anfrage senden" an einen Benutzer versendet und dieser öffnet aus der E-Mail heraus den Link, sieht dieser Benutzer keine "verknüpften" Dokumente.
Dies wäre aber sehr hilfreich, wenn beispielsweise für eine einfache Ja / Nein Entscheidung, die Projektmappe mit verknüpften Dokumenten, benötigt wird.
Laut dem DocuWare Support handelt es sich hierbei um einen Produktwunsch und um keinen Fehler.

You need to be able to assign a specific SENDER email address within a workflow
When setting up a workflow you should be able to choose a sender email address BY WORKFLOW. Example:
AP invoice workflow send emails from AP@MYCOMPANY.COM
Order workflow sends emails from ORDERS@MYCOMPANY.COMThese should be selectable IN THE WORKFLOW

put a button to create a new form tab
With 7.3 there is a forms tab next to tasks and searches. From that tab you can go to any form or edit any form for which you have rights. It would be nice if you have the rights to create a form to have a button to create a new form from that page rather than going into configurations.

Desktop Apps Import - Import Jobs - Ability to categorize/sort/filter/search
We have more than 50 import configurations, Some times the import fails, sometimes it stops, it would be nice to display the import jobs by a category, show stopped/failing jobs at the top of the list, being able to sort/filter/search import jobs, (condense the job list), export the job list to CSV for documentation, export the job list for re-import on another pc.

Anzeige der Gesamten Seiten Anzahl in einem Briefkorb (nicht Anzahl der Dokumente)
Die Funktion der Anzeige der gesamten Seitenzahl in einem Briefkorb wird unbedingt für die Kontrolle ob alle Seiten angekommen sind benötigt. Bitte richten Sie diese Funktion so schnell wie möglich in Docu Ware 7 ein.

Need a way to get a list of users in DocuWare that have been assigned a license
In workflow I have a drop down for users to assign a task for approval. Currently I can only show all users that are setup in the domain even if they don't use docuware. I need a group of active users that have a license assigned. I don't want to manage a list when the data is already there.

Tabellen in der Datenbank auch im Stempel anzeigen, sonst bringt das ja nichts
Man kann zwar Tabellen innerhalb einer Datenbank anlegen, doch diese nicht sichtbar auf einen Stempel machen obwohl dies anwählbar ist.
Dies müsste aber möglich sein, sonst bringt auch die Tabelle nichts!3 votes -

Choose if a File Cabinet Document is brought in As Stored or converted to PDF
Docuware has been inconsistent with Trays. Some versions convert all documents going into the tray from the file cabinet to PDF and current versions do not.
There are good reasons for both.
In the case of a legacy system that was once all TIFF images this is very helpful to bring them up-to-date.
In the case of loosing the ability to maintain a records integrity, it should not be allowed.
If you allowed administration to choose a Trays ability to convert or not would allow both.

DocuWare does not convert document types during import or storage. A document is only converted to PDF when annotations are merged to an image file in the Viewer.

Create a datetime column in a table field
I have a table field with two columns when I should only need 1. I have a date field and a time field. There is no option for a datetime field.

Export von Dokumenten in Orderstrukturen nach Sachkonten (oder anderen Kriterien)
Für einen unserer Kunden ist Kaufentscheidend, ob er einmal im Jahr seine Dokumente aus DocuWare heraus auf einen beispielsweise USB-Stick per Mausklick exportieren kann. Er möchte einstellen, dass Ordner nach Sachkonten erstellt werden. Also Beispielsweise USB-Stick\Sachkonto 1\ <10 Dokumente> dann USB-Stick\Sachkonto 2<15 Dokumente> und so weiter. DocuWare Request kommt der Sache schon nahe, aber leider kriegt man dort die Dokumente nicht mehr wirklich heraus.

DocuWare workflow email service can't send document with correct time stamp annotation
Time stamp is shown with local time correctly when user opens documents from DocuWare web client. However if the document is sent by Workflow email service, recipients will receive an incorrect time stamp document.
Please enhance DocuWare workflow to allow email service able to cater the time zone setting.1 vote -
Die Anzeige von Stempeln, abhängig von Indexfeldern bzw. von Listen, konfigurieren.
Die Idee "Stempeln nur bei bestimmter Belegart" gibt es ja bereits seit 31. August 2017 in diesem Forum.
Noch sinnvoller und wünschenswerter wären diverse weitere Optionen in der Stempel-Konfiguration. Von einzelnen Werten in Indexfeldern bis zu "zeig mir den Stempel X nur in der Liste Y". Dies würde die passende Wahl der Stempel den einzelnen Usern immens erleichtern.12 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Ungleich als Operator bei der Identifizierung von Dokumenten
Es wäre praktisch bei der Identifizierung von Dokumenten noch die Möglichkeit zu haben, Ungleich als Operator angeben zu können. Wenn sehr ähnliche Dokumente mit unterschiedlichen Druck-Konfigurationen gedruckt werden sollen wäre es hilfreich angeben zu können, dass ein Auslesebereich nicht gleich einem bestimmten Textinhalt entsprechen soll
