Storing larger files in Docuware
Introduce a feature to delay the upload of the document in the Windows Explorer Client until Word has finished processing the document. We have had instances of users saving '0kb' files - which has caused significant issues in terms of confidence in the solution and re-work

Filterlisten von Aufgaben
Szenario:
Eine Firma bestitzt 7 Standorte mit Buchhaltungen und Buchhaltungen die auch mehrere Standorte bearbeiten.
Alle Standorte arbeiten über dem selben Workflow, da die Prozesse genormt sind.Problem:
Für die Mitarbeiter, die für mehrere Standorte zuständig sind, wird die Aufgabenliste schnell unübersichtlich. Man kann zwar nach Standorten sortieren oder filtern, trotzdem wird es eher als mühselig und unübersichtlich gesehen.Vorschlag:
Filterlisten für Aufgaben.
Es wäre super, könne man, wie bei den Suchen, eigene Aufgabenlisten mit gewissen Filtern erstellen.
Beispielsweise:
Aufgaben Bremen
Filter ( Standort = Bremen)
Aufgaben München
Filter ( Standort = München)Somit hätte man sofort einen Überblick über…

Select Lists - Wildcard Sorting
There is a hit for this in the workflow context, but would be great to be able to use wildcards for select lists universally. The type ahead functionality is great, but being able to use a wildcard here would really help where the type ahead string might get pretty long before you start to get to the part of the string that starts to differ.

Automatischer Dokumenteneinzug
Es wäre sehr praktisch und zeitsparend, wenn man einstellen könnte, dass nach Beendigung des automatischen Hochlade-Vorgangs automatisch das nächste eingelegte Dokument eingezogen wird.

Add Employee Number in Name Search
Is there any way to add the employee number next to the name drop down when searching an employee? If I search Bob Smith, it will pull the files for all Bob Smiths in our system, but if you have the employee number next to the name it will be easier to populate just that one Bob Smith when searching.

Vertretungslisten im Workflow
Die Vertretungslisten im Workflow Manager sind nicht praktikabel genug. Wenn wir Aufgaben dynamisch erzeugen und den zuständigen Bearbeiter anhand einer einer Bestellnummer ermitteln und an eine Variable übergeben, wo hat da bitte die Vertretungsliste ihren Platz? Ich kann meines Wissens Vertretungslisten nicht in eine Variable packen, oder? Besser wäre es wenn Vertretungsregeln greifen sobald eine Mitarbeiter sich im DW abgemeldet hat ohne das ich das im WF extra berücksichtigen muss.

Indexfeld-Tabelle im Workflow per Stempel auf Dokument anbringen
In DocuWare 7.2 ist es erfreulicherweise möglich, in einem Workflow eine Indexfeld-Tabelle zu füllen. Diese Tabelle muss aber unbedingt mit dem Workflowstempel auf dem Dokument angebracht werden (optional)!

Sperrmöglichkeit der App
Wurde die App mit einem Benutzerkonto verbunden, so kann die App geschlossen (im Hintergrund aktiv, komplett beendet oder durch die Bildschirmsperre) und geöffnet werden ohne sich erneut authentifizieren zu müssen. Da hier aber sensible Daten eingesehen werden können, sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, dass sich der User für die Verwendung der App durch einen Code, Fingerprint oder FaceID bei jedem Öffnen authentifizieren muss. Dies sollte in den Konto Einstellungen in der App aber auch in den Benutzereinstellungen (Konfiguration) vom Admin aktiviert werden können. Wird es vom Admin aktiviert, dann kann der User es nicht übersteuern.

Add GPS data from phone location for eForms
I have had several projects request the ability to collect a user's location data from their phone automatically while filling out an eForm. This one missing requirement forces me to look at different mobile capture front ends for projects and feeding that into DocuWare. Would prefer to have this info collected via the DocuWare form instead.

connect2outlook mit Importkonfiguration
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man bei der automatischen Ablage von Connect2Outlook und auch bei Connet2Mail eine Importkonfiguration mit einem Template für bekannte Rechnungen anlegen könnte wie es für die Desktop Apps möglich ist.

Add a small delay to Cloud FTP ingestion.
In some systems (including some copiers' scan function) there is a race to verify the file exists and its byte count is correct before the file disappears from the upload directory.
Currently, documents uploaded to the Cloud FTP service are sometimes snarfed up too fast. So by the time the directory listing refreshes, the file is gone. This prevents A) knowing all is well; B) resuming a failed upload; C) overwriting a failed upload. Instead, there is no file, so the verification fails and the file is uploaded again. This results in duplicates at the destination.

Allow the input from a CSV file or external DB table to be used as overlay data on the merge forms function.
It would be great if I could take the data, representing one or more transactions, from a csv file input, or from an external data base table, and utilize the merge forms capability to overlay each of those transactions onto a form to store, send or print the resulting form.

Split option in barcodes for "is different from previous page" is not available for QR codes. Please include option for QR codes.

Create a command line utility for user management
Active Directory Sync is great for the cloud except it doesn't delete users. At least it does deactivate them. I have a script to create and delete network user accounts anyway. With a command line utility it would be just as easy to add a line to the script to add or delete docuware users.

Warten auf Ereignis (Time-Out)
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man den Time-Out Wert der Aktivität "Warten auf Ereignis" auch auf Stunden und Minuten setzten könnte. Zusätzlich wäre dort auch der Einsatz einer Variablen wünschenswert

Be able to add an index field from form indexing
I occasionally have forms that I create for surveys. It would be nice if I could just create a file cabinet quickly with just a document type and then when I am making the form be able to add index fields to the file cabinet. It would also be nice if I could then export and import the file cabinet to my local server to sync and then use SQL to access. I can do that now but it is obnoxious because I have to open the file with a text editor and change a security setting to allow it…
