Badge - Briefkörbe
bei einer Vielzahl vorhandender Briefkörbe, wäre es aus meiner Sicht sinnvoll wenn der Briefkorbtitel in Fettschrift geschrieben wird, sobald neue Dokumente in diesen gelangen (ggf. andere Hevorhebung)
so muss man nur die öffnen die Dokumente enthalten.6 votes -
Weiterführen des Workflows durch berechtigte Person
Es sollte möglich sein den Workflow aus dem Archiv heraus weiterführen zu können, sofern man die Berechtigung hierzu hat. Konkret: wenn Unterlagen angefordert wurden, der Rücklauf zur Überwachung für eine Woche später auf Wiedervorlage gelegt wird, das Dokument aber schon nach 2 Tagen zurück kommt besteht nicht die Möglichkeit diese Wiedervorlage vorzeitig auf "erledigt" zu setzen. Das ist nur über den Workflow Designer möglich. Hierauf hat aber ja nicht jeder Zugriff. Und nicht jeder der eine Wiedervorlage vorzeitig auf "erledigt" setzen darf soll berechtigt sein im Workflow Designer zu arbeiten.

Es sollten mehrere Dokumente aus Aufgabenliste gleichzeitig geöffnet werden können.
Manche Dokumente aus Aufgabenliste müssen verglichen werden, aber sobald ein anderes Dokument markiert oder geöffnet wird, wird das erste Dokument geschlossen. Es sollten mehrere Dokumente aus Aufgabenliste gleichzeitig geöffnet werden können.

Deny users to create a "Personal Stamp".
Currently, Any user can create a personal stamp and update the document(s) metadata without any validation.
From the Configuration page, "Configure Stamp" permission under functional profile doesn't affect "Personal Stamps", and the user will still have the permissions to create stamps and use it.
In the case we have a workflow process with one task contain two decisions (Approved, Rejected), the decision will affect "status" filed to be updated as (approved, rejected).
Users need to have the permission of (write, modify) on the "status" field to take the decisions, at the same time user can create a personal stamp with…

Task sort default to multiple columns
Add secondary and third columns for sorting in a workflow Task. I know you can shift click multiple columns but having it default to the multiple column sort would save time.

One-Time Scheduling Option
On any job that includes a schedule option ... allow for a selection that would do a one-time only execution of the job.
For example I have a use case where I want to schedule a transfer job for my migration from on-premise to the cloud to happen overnight ... I'm not always available to manually kick off overnight jobs and putting them on a "fake" schedule is a less than ideal solution (I don't want to run the risk of duplicating data if I forget to disable the schedule in time). DocuWare Clipping - Add ability to delete/remove files from the file cabinet
Currently there isnt a way to delete one of the clipped documents from the file cabinet unless version management is turned on, and even then you must keep the first file.

Ich schlage vor, dass das Datumsformat nicht automatisch geändert wird.
Wir haben festgestellt, dass DocuWare das Datum teilweise automatisch auf das englische Format umstellt (mm.dd.yyyy), obwohl es auf dem Dokument im deutschen Format abgebildet ist (dd.mm.yyyy). Dies passiert unabhängig von Sprach- und Formatseinstellungen, die im Client oder Browser getroffen sind. Grund dafür sind laut Support wohl die automatische Spracherkennung, welche die englischen Textbausteine auf den Dokumenten erkennt.
Zum einen ist dies schlecht für die Nachverfolgbarkeit und terminierung von Dokumenten (z.B. Gültigkeit von Zertifikaten), zum anderen möchten wir uns darauf verlassen können, dass der markierte Text auch 1:1 übernommen wird.Es wäre also schön, wenn die Spracheinstellungen vom Client vorrang vor…

Search for search dialogs..
I have 160 file cabinets and most of them have multiple dialogs. It would be really helpful to group the dialogs by cabinet or to be able search for dialogs when you click on "Searches"

Double Opt-In Verfahren
Kundenfeedback (B2B-Geschäft) soll per DocuWare Forms eingeholt werden. Hierbei wäre lt. externen DSB ein Double Opt-IN Verfahren die "rechtssicherste" Variante, um die personenbezogenen Daten zu verarbeiten. Ähnliches wäre auch bei einem Bewerbungsprozess sinnvoll.

Indexierung und Ablage aus dem Briefkorb - Benutzereinstellungen (Viewer) speichern
Jedes mal, wenn mit der Indexierung und Ablage aus dem Briefkorb begonnen wird, muss man sich seine Einstellungen erneut "zurechtbasteln". Es wäre schön, wenn man in seinem Benutzerprofil die Möglichkeit hätte die aktuellen Viewer / Indexeinstellungen zu speichern. Dies hat damit zu tun, dass ich z.T. mit Zwei Bildschirmen, manchmal aber nur mit einem Arbeite. Ich habe für beide meine liebsten Ansichten zur komfortablen Bearbeitung und muss, sobald ich die Indexierung neu beginne, diese Einstellungen immer wieder erneut vornehmen. Z.B. wenn man auf einem großen Bildschirm die Indexeinträge und den Beleg in einem Fenster (links Index, rechts Beleg) anzeigt haben…

Add a Store from desktop/folder integration like the Store from Outlook
Please add the ability to right click a document on the desktop or in a folder and store it in DocuWare just like the Outlook integration where I can right click on an email, select the store dialog I want to use, and send the item directly to DocuWare with the proper indexing without having to drag it to the tray first. Just like Outlook, I'd like to be able to select if the item will be copied or moved when setting up the store dialog.

Übersicht über Aufgaben je Benutzer
Es wäre gut, wenn man sich in einer Übersicht alle Aufgaben aus verschiedenen Workflows je Benutzer anzeigen lassen könnte, sofern man in den Workflows als Controller eingetragen ist.

Import Konfiguration: "Nach Zeichen:" nur, wenn Zeichen vorhanden / Regex-Filter
Liebes DocuWare Uservoice Team,
da wir versuchen, das manuelle Indexieren von Dokumenten zu vermeiden bzw. durch OCR und externe Datenquellen abzulösen, fehlen mir ein paar String Manipulationsmöglichkeiten:
1) Die Operationen "Nach bekanntem Zeichen", "Vor bekanntem Zeichen" usw. geben einen leeren String zurück, wenn das Zeichen nicht gefunden wurde.
Bei Filter <Nach bekanntem Zeichen ": "> wird aus "Invoice: 123" korrekt 123, wenn das "Invoice:" allerdings nicht mit im Auslesebereich steht (z.B. verschiedener Abstand bei Hoch-/Querformat), ist das Resultat allerdings leer, obwohl 123 im Auslesebereich steht.
Eine Erweiterung des Auslesebereichs ist in manchen Fällen nicht möglich, da dann weitere Datenfelder inkludiert…4 votes -
Adding an attribute to the user dictionary
Add attributes to users (in the DocuWare dictionnary) and be able to use them in workflows or index profiles. For example, if we add a "Line manager" attribute, it could be used in Workflows to assign a task to the manager of the connected user.
Another example, a "Company" attribute would allow the documents of a company of the logged-in user to be filtered in the index profiles.4 votes -
Change the workflow configuration so that if you change a data assignment it doesn't clear the previous configuration
I have a workflow that takes data from a table field and enters it into a document from a merge form. The workflow loops through the rows in the table field and then depending on what is in the first column it determines where to put the rest of the data. The arithmetic expression is the same for everything but it is cleared out when I change the form field to be entered. Then I have to re-enter it for each condition. That is a time consuming pain.

Please make it easy to change a checkbox to a multiple choice in forms
When working with forms there is the option for a checkbox and the option for multiple choice. Currently if you use one and then want to change it you have to delete it and start over. It would be nice if you could use the same thing for both with a checkbox option for only allow 1 answer or allow multiple answers.

(Workflow designer) Wants to get the numeric column of a table field as an entry in Data assignment.
We want to assign the table field index data to a global variable. Currently we can get the text type of the Table field as expected, but the number type does not appear as a candidate for entry.
We have to get the number type value of Table field as well.
