Im Web-Formular gibt es die praktischen Checkboxen und Radiobuttons.
Die Abarbeitung von Dokumenten könnte in einer Workflowaufgabe wesentlich beschleunigt werden, sofern dort ebenfalls Checkboxen & Radiobuttos eingebettet werden können (siehe Musterbild)8 votes -

Namensgebung Dateien (beim Download)
Die Excel-, Word- und PowerPoint-Dateien welche man zu einem anderen Mandanten kopiert, behalten den ursprünglichen Dateinamen bei, obwohl es sich um einen komplett anderen Kunden Handelt.
Bsp: ich erstelle ein Excel mit dem Namen abc.xls und lege dieses im DW unter dem Kunden Muster AG ab. Nun kopiere ich dieses Excel in den Kunden Hans Müller GmbH und benenne den Betreff des Dokumentes im DW um auf xyz. Sobald ich nun diese Datei herunterlade, heisst sie nach wie vor "abc.xls" anstatt "xyz.xls". Dies für zu Problemen, wenn der Dateiname sensible Informationen eines anderen Kunden enthält.

Email Capture - General Email, Exchange Online
Could the Exchange Online method of capturing email attachments include the ability to mark those emails as Read when moving them to the processed folder?
When email attachments are automatically captured using General Email, Exchange Online, the emails moved into the processed folder are not being marked as "Read".
Previously, when General Email used IMAP, the emails that were moved into the processed folder were marked as "Read".
As a result the folder containing the captures/processed emails is continuously showing a growing number of unread emails which is a frustration as they need to be manually marked as Read each…

Start workflow if Regex match
This could work with the field condition "Contains", so for example we could start the workflow if FIELD contains <Regex>. This would be great for filtering and it would improve workflow stability because only documents matching the regex definiton would initiate the workflow.
Without this I must start the workflow for every document and then handle the condition logic inside the workflow.

Case sensitivity in select lists
Select lists allow me control exactly what I want my users to input into fields when storing but there is no case sensitivity unless I add a field mask. If I check the box to force the user to only pull from a select list then the formatting should follow. Right now some one could enter ATL, atl, Atl, atL...ect.

Limit which AD users are synced to the DW Cloud
Currently when you choose which OU to sync from using the User Synchronization utility, the tool will bring in all users of that OU. Instead, the tool should only import the users who are mapped to a DocuWare group. This should work in the same manner that user synchronization works for on-prem systems. It is not uncommon that it is required to point at the top level OU to get the users that we want even though we do not want all users.

Medizinische Dokumente (Rezepte) automatisch auslesbar machen
Medizinische Dokumente, wie Rezepte, lassen sich über die automatische Dokumentenverarbeitung nur sehr schlecht auslesen. Wenn hier die Ablage direkt in das Archiv gewählt wird, ist das Fehlerpotenzial extrem hoch und die manuelle Nacharbeit sehr aufwendig. Bei einer Apotheke, die am Tag sehr viele Rezepte automatisch indexieren möchte, ist das ein hoher manueller Zusatzaufwand.
Vielleicht wäre es möglich, die Farben der Rezepte/farbige Schrift auf den Rezepten im Hintergrund auszublenden, damit nur die schwarze Schrift gelesen wird. Dann würde die Texterkennung (Geburtsdatum, Patient etc.) wahrscheinlich ein besseres Ergebnis bis hin zu einer 100% Erkennung schaffen.

Filter in der Aufgabenliste sollten nicht (oder einstellbar) gespeichert werden
Die Filter in einer Aufgabenliste bleiben auch nach Ab- und Anmeldung erhalten, was zwar manchmal gewünscht sein kann, oft aber User verwirrt, da nicht alle Aufgaben direkt angezeigt werden.
Die Filtereinstellung sollte deshalb nicht dauerhaft gespeichert werden (analog der Filter in der Ergebnisliste der Suche) oder Einstellbar je User, bzw. per Kontrollkästchen auswählbar sein (z. B. neben der Schaltfläche "Filter zurücksetzen").3 votes -

Allow the ability to set column size in Result or List result dialogs for all users. Today all users need to adjust column size to fit data across the screen. My clients would like to have those set to the optimum width when the dialogs is created.

Add text formatting to workflow tasks
My users want to bold and italicize important text for emphasis within workflow tasks. We currently can't do this. I think adding support for HTML <b> and <i> tags in workflow task Text descriptions could be useful.

Table fields - Webhooks/Loops/API requests
DocuWare enabled table fields a few years back but never included a better work with table fields. For example there is no way to export table fields to external database without creating a data record from internal DW database. There also is not any solution to send the table field data through API request in workflow or webhooks.
Generally it would be nice to have the same possibility with table fields as with regular type fields.

Document Fields for User-Level use
Currently fields are at Document Level, changes made to these fields are visible to all Users,
In the case, where a user is working through a large query spanning multiple documents, it would be nice if we could avail a user-only fields relevant to that user only, where they could add a comment, or simply flag the document in a result list, then later be able to search/filter on these user fields. Values for User A would not be seen by User B, and vice versa. Once done, have the ability to mass reset flags in a result list.

CRLF Delimited Value Search against a search field
Sometimes we are presented a list of Invoices / POD's we need to search for, Using the current method you have to separate the values with OR, ie. Doc1 OR Doc2 OR.... (upto 7) It would be nice to paste in a CRLF delimited list into the search box for 2~200+ items

Export - Select Page Range
Users often need to send a set of selected pages from a document. Right now we can only send the page we're viewing, the whole document or the whole file so extra steps (amounting to extra time) is required to send the pages that need to be sent.

Ability to look up active / non-active users
I have customers who have lots of users, over a thousand. They have lots of turn around and need a way to pull lists of active users and non-active users in DocuWare.
Need the ability to export the list and filter based on Active or Non-Active.

Freigabe-Workflows mit mehreren Dokumentversionen
Es wäre hilfreich
a) Workflows, zum Beispiel zur Freigabe, automatisch bei einer neuen Dokumentenversion zu starten
b) Vorhandene alte Workflow Instanzen abbrechen, wenn sich die Dokumentenversion ändert

Seit der Version 7.6 werden Felder Web-Formulare automatisch befüllt, sofern nur noch ein Eintrag aus einer Auswahlliste übrig bleibt. Das beschleunigt das Ausfüllen der Formulare enorm. Vielen Dank hierfür.
Nun wäre es klasse, wenn dies auch bei der klasschinen Ablage im Web-Client möglich wäre.

ODER und UND Verknüpfung als Regel beim Export
Es wäre sehr vorteilhaft, wenn die Regeln für einen Export auch in mehreren Ebenen einstellbar sind. Beispiel:

Change where the SID is stored for Desktop Apps when using the Cloud version
Would it be possible to change the “secure” user folder area that contains the SID folders from %programdata%\Docuware\Desktop\Secure and move that into a user area maybe under %appdata%\Roaming? The reason to do this is because the user data ends up being placed outside of areas that can be virtualized, leading to the docuware software not retaining the connection when utilizing fresh desktops.
