Unclip documents from Web Client
It would be great if users could unclip or reorganize documentos directly from Web Client with a right clik.
It's very awful or even not valid option for all users copy to web basket and re insert the document. There ir many cases where users doesn't have access to delete documents, and the file cabinet has a field like a unique value.

Give a choice, check box, when installing Desktop Apps
Not all user want a Desktop Icon created everytime the desktop apps are installed or updated. This is particularly annoying for cloud installs where the updates are frequent.
It would be appropriate to able to decline the desktop icon from both the update installer and silent installer methods.3 votes -
Detect A Document With Base-64 Encoding And Decode It Before Displaying It
Many Third Party applications that do API integration want to use Base-64 encoding when transferring documents. Unfortunately, DocuWare does not decode the Base-64 before the document is stored. Therefore, it is desired to have the DocuWare web client support Base-64 and decode a document for display in the web client.
The specific use case that the client is seeing is a SalesForce implementation. SalesForce can only send the document using Base-64 encoding. In this case it is going through middle-ware that was built on the Oracle Service Bus. The client has decided to implement a workaround where the OSB application…

HyperLink Stempel
Guten Tag,
es wäre hilfreich, wenn man einem Stempel die Funktion „HyperLink“ hinzufügen könnte.
Diese HyperLinks können dann per Klick aufgerufen werden, um z.B. eine Webseite oder ein DW-Dokument zu öffnen.Szenario:
Bei der Prüfung von Kontoauszügen / Kreditkartenabrechungen müssen wir auf die assoziierten Belege verweisen.
Eine Dokumentverknüpfung würde hier lediglich die Ergebnisliste mit vielen Dokumenten anzeigen und man gelangt nicht direkt auf den anzuzeigenden Beleg der Abrechnungszeile. (→ kein intuitiver Flow)Gleiches z.B. gilt, wenn man von einem DW-Dokument direkt auf Intra/Extranet Links zugreifen will.
Natürlich wäre es dann auch von Vorteil, wenn der Benutzer beim Setzen des Stempels…

Erstellen der Verknüpfung eines Dokuments
Momentan ist es nur möglich, in DocuWare ein Dokument abzulegen oder einen Datensatz zu erstellen. Wünschenswert wäre eine Verknüpfung zu einem bereits abgelegten Dokument erstellen zu können, um das gleiche Dokument verschiedenen Indexen zuordnen zu können. Das Stichwortfeld können wir leider nicht nutzen, weil das Stichwortfeld weder in der Ergebnissliste noch im Windows Explorer Client angezeigt werden kann.

Search Parameter for Length
If you are expecting a certain number of characters for a specific index field and you want to search for all the documents containing an index with that many characters. This could help people find improperly indexed values within their filing cabinets and allow for cleaner databases.

Erweitern einer Mehrfachauswahl von Benutzerrollen durch einzelne Benutzer
Gerade bei Prüfungsprozessen bietet es sich an, in einer Aufgabe die Auswahl aus "Prüfergruppen" (sprich Mehrfachauswahl Rolle) zu kombinieren mit der Auswahl mehrerer bestimmter Benutzern.
Dies ist laut DWSupport bisher nur aufwändig über SQL Statements umsetzbar.1 vote -
Löschregeln Intervall Jährlich
Bei den Löschregeln fällt auf, dass es Intervalle bis monatlich gibt (und über die Auswahl wieviele Monate bis zu 6 Monate). Das Intervall "jährlich" fehlt aber. Nun sind aber viele Löschfristen jährlich (z.B. Buchhaltungsunterlagen 10 Jahre ab dem 1.1. in dem sie entstanden sind), so dass ein Intervall von 1 * Jährlich absolut sinnvoll ist.

I suggest that in the lists in which there are numeric fields, add a total at the bottom so that the user can see it without having to export information

Option to copy document to tray without index data.
We would like an option to copy a document from a cabinet to a tray without copying all index data.

Mail versand
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Toll wär es wenn man beim Export/Versand per Mail, einen Text hinterlegen kann, sodass man die RG zukünftig aus dem DocuWare versendet könnte.

One-Click Indexierung auch in Ablagedialogen
Wie im Supportticket SR-148802-P4F2D beschrieben, funktionieren One-Click Indexing Tastaturkombination nicht gänzlich bei Ablagedialogen. Manchmal möchte man aber schnell etwas im Dokument suchen (z.B. Bestellnummer), da diese Information bei Belegen teilweise woanders stehen. So findet man sie schneller. Es verbessert die Usability und Geschwindigkeit des Arbeitens mit dem Client - insbesondere wenn man die Maus nicht in die Hand nehmen muss.
Beispiel: Die Kürzel "STRG+ALT+O, STRG+ALT+F und STRG+ALT+G" sind jeweils als Optionen im Viewer angezeigt und können hier je nach gewünschter Aktion im Briefkorb oder Archiv für im Viewer geöffente Dokumente angewandt werden, ABER NICHT im Ablagedialog.

Cloud soll Workflow-Mails ohne zusätzliche SMTP Servereinstellungen senden
Ich möchte aus einem Workflow eine Benachrichtigung an eine Mailadresse versenden. Leider braucht man eine Konfig in den Mail-Diensten für versenden. Wenn diese SMTP Verbindung zum Kundenmailsystem (SMTP) nicht möglich ist (FIREWALL), sollte DocuWare eine Standard-SMTP Konfig bereitstellen, damit das senden von Mails mit Absender DocuWare.. funktioniert.

Stempel mit Anmerkungsebenen verbunden werden
Es wäre gut, wenn ein Stempel einer Anmerkungsebene zugewiesen wäre. Das vermeidet, dass ein Stempel nach dem Setzen von Mitarbeitern eingesehen werden kann, die dazu nicht das Recht haben.

Datensatz aus der Mobile App erstellen
Man kann Dokumente aus einem Briefkorb in einem Archiv ablegen.
Die Möglichkeit, auch Datensätze in der DocuWare Mobile App abzulegen, fehlt.
Bitte implementieren.

Add ability to download in sets of 1000 instead of just 100. I have users that want to download 10000 records...
Take the limit of 100 records per page and increase it to 1000 so that downloading 10000 records is easier for the users or at least make it customizable from 100 default to 250, 500, 1000 etc. That way the user can tailor their experience based on their machine's capability.

Feldaktualisierung mit Stempel im Workflow
Möchte man ein Indexfeld mittels Stempel aktualisieren in einem Workflow und setzt ein Indexfeld mit demselben, so wird diese Aktualisierung des Feldwertes im Workflow Dialog nicht aktualisiert. Da sollte verbessert werden.

Pull user's first and last names from their account.
With the integration of Azure, usernames become "jdoe" or "john.doe" and it makes it impossible to pull their first or last name out of their account. We would like the ability to do so for the Workflow tool.
