Scan Configs permanently associated with Client scan settings
Clients should have the option to make the scan 'processing configuration' permanently associated with a specific set of scan settings. This would allow users to select, from multiple saved scan settings, a specific scan configuration without having to manually change the processing configuration each time.

Customized Store Buttons
We have multiple store dialogs that we use frequently every day. Would love to have customized store buttons in the Connect to Outlook that I can set with my "go-to" store dialogs so I don't have to constantly switch back and forth. Also, individuals could pick their individual favorites, as different people use different functions frequently.

Make possible to assign a role on the substitution list.
When a Task is assigned to a Role, we want to assign the task to a third user in the case of all the members of the role are out of the office.

Allow for workflows to be scheduled every x hour or x minute
I have a client migrating from Fortis with workflows that are running every 15 minutes. the problem is in Fortis these were daisy chained together and each step had it's own query. Because of the required OR statements, I can't run them as triggered (no And and OR statements allowed), so I can only run them as scheduled, requiring me to duplicate the workflow 49 times to run every 15 minutes for 12 hours.

Unterworkflows (Unterprozesse)
Es wäre praktisch und hilfreich für eine gute Übersicht, sowie Reduzierung von Wartungsaufwand, wenn man Unterworkflows erstellen könnte, die unabhängig vom Archiv sind.
Diese sollten wie eine Funktion in der klassischen Programmierung funktionieren.
Beispiel:
Man baut einen Unterworkflow zum Klären von Belegen. Hierzu stellt der aktive Benutzer mithilfe eines Stempels eine Frage an einen bestimmten Mitarbeiter, dieser Antwortet dann auf die Frage, der Fragenstelle kann dann den Beleg freigeben, ablehnen oder eine neue Frage stellen.
Freigeben und ablehnen zeigen dann auf das Ende.Im Hauptworkflow, wo dieser Prozess öfter benötigt wird, soll dann keine Querverbindungen zum Anfang des Prozesses nötig…

Add the ability to pull up documents using document relations with a string of characters
EX: store Packing Slip with PO Number 123
Store a Purchase Order with PO Number 456

Store Dialog Validation should use same license as current user
Currently an additional license is needed to run a Validation on document storage. The logged in user license should be able to be passed through to enable the validation. Alternatively making a validation run without a license would work too.
It doesn't make sense to need an additional license just to run validations.

add "copy to..." to all result lists
The function in the context menu "copy to another document tray" is only available for the embedded search result list in the main docuware windows. As soon as I share this result list or open it in a different window i don't see the "copy to ...." function anymore. It's user and browser independent.

Verküpfte Dokumente auch bei "Anfrage senden" darstellen
Wird eine Anfrage via "Anfrage senden" an einen Benutzer versendet und dieser öffnet aus der E-Mail heraus den Link, sieht dieser Benutzer keine "verknüpften" Dokumente.
Dies wäre aber sehr hilfreich, wenn beispielsweise für eine einfache Ja / Nein Entscheidung, die Projektmappe mit verknüpften Dokumenten, benötigt wird.
Laut dem DocuWare Support handelt es sich hierbei um einen Produktwunsch und um keinen Fehler.

Ergebnisliste: Summe der Rechnungsbeträge anzeigen
Wenn in Dokumenten numerische Felder (Rechnungsbetrag) existieren, sollte es möglich sein, die Summe der Werte in der Ergebnisliste anzeigen zu lassen.
Hilfreich wäre das bei Rechnungen mit einer bestimmten Fälligkeit.
Bisher geht das meines Wissens nach nur über den Export in eine CSV-Datei.23 votes -
Install Docuware on AWS (S3) Servers
Some customers are requesting install DocuWare on AWS (S3) Servers and currently is not supported.
We will appreciate if we can perform this kind of installations on a short or medium future.

Allow users to view all items in select list not just fixed amount of entries.
Allow users to view all items in a select list instead of a fixed amount of entries in the drop-down while approving a document in a workflow.

Wir haben eine Briefkorb, der eine Rolle zugänglich ist.

Allow progress to be saved on a workflow task
It would be nice to be able to save work on a workflow task for completion at a later time.
For instance, when filling out GL account information on an invoice with a lot of line items, it would be nice to be able to save the progress to be completed later. Let's say I have an invoice with 50 line items that all need to be coded to a different account. Maybe I get to line 30 and need to go to a meeting. There isn't any way to save my progress so I can finish later.

Austausch von DocuWare-Logo und Firmenschriftzug durch Kunden-Logo und Schriftzug, so wie es auch auf den On-Premise-Lösungen möglich ist.

Dateiname
Die Möglichkeit ein Indexfeld zu verwenden als Dateiname für Download und Versand per Email zu bestimmen wäre klasse.

Es sollte auch die Möglichkeit geben, bei Auswahlliste mit SQL Abfrage ORDER BY benutzen zu können
Gemäss Docuware 7.2 funktioniert ORDER BY in SQL Auswahlliste nicht.
Kunde wünscht, dass man selber Sortierung in der Auswahlliste bestimmen kann. Z.B. bei dieser Query:
SELECT [WERT1] AS 'Periode' FROM [dwdata].[dbo].[Konfiguration] WHERE KONFIGURATIONSTYP = 'Periode' ORDER BY [WERT1] DESC
Zeigt es Meldung wie im Anhang PNG. Und die Auswahlliste ist zwar schon vom Docuware vorsortiert. Aber, Kunde wünscht, dass das Jahr 2021 stattdessen ganz oben steht.

Erweiterung Ergebnisse von Listen/Suchen um Stichwortfelder
derzeit als Stichwortfelder definierte Eintragungen auch als Ergebnis in Listen ausgewiesen werden und somit auch in Excel-Dateien exportiert und auswertbar sind.
Bsp.: Die in der Splittbuchung vorgenommenen Kostenstellenaufteilung wird fortgeschrieben, ich kann auch eine KST als Suchkriterium eingeben, aber im Ergebnis werden die KST nicht mit angezeigt. Sofern ich also Kostenstellen übergreifend suche und im Anschluss eine Pivot oder ähnliches darüber packen möchte, kann ich das nicht auf KST-Ebene differenzieren.

Verify and remove the check digit on barcode
it would be helpful that in the barcode reading configuration there is the possibility to remove the barcode check digit.
