Conditional Formatting when Assigning.
For example:
I may want to assign to a department depending on an outcome or responsibility. At the moment I have to create multiple conditional formats and assigns for it to go to the correct person.
I would like it so you could go, if field equals finance then assign finance manager, if field equals sales then assign to sales manager, etc

Message on login
Make the system able to post custom messages to users as they login, similar to the tutorial that pops up on login. This could be used to notify users of upcoming outages, etc.

Manage alerts or limits for uploaded documents in cabinet or tray
To be able to manage alerts for types of documents uploaded and especially more important for their size, I am very interested to know that my users do not upload files of more than X mb in a specific file cabinet for example, or that they only upload PDFs.
This can be done in two ways, by alerts and leaving the user or with permissions in the filing cabinet, and that you put some filters to the filing cabinet of allowed limits.

storage consumption alerts
That you can configure storage consumption alerts for the contracted global, detailed by filing cabinets and also by trays, that an email reaches you when you reach the configurable limit of your data consumption alerts.

Storage consumption reports by filing cabinet, with information on the number of documents, average size per file, etc.
That you can get a report that tells how much storage consumption you have made in the last days (filtered by dates) and detailed by filing cabinets.

Import users to DW cloud from CSV
HI, sometimes we get cloud cases with many users Without the possibility to import users from AD.
It is tiresome to create 100 users+ from scratch.

allow html email notifications
The email notifications generated from workflows allow for quite a bit of customization with verbage and data fields, but they're plaintext. Nowadays people are accustomed to getting quite attractive email notifications from their various services so it would be great if you could add the ability to use html formatting and images in the emails - it would add to the professional look and feel of DocuWare.

Benachrichtigung bei FTP Failed Ordner
Eine E-Mail Benachrichtigung bekommen sobald ein Dokument welches nicht vom FTP Dienst verarbeitet werden kann und im Failed Ordner landet, wäre hilfreich.
Sonst gehen Dokumente schnell unter ohne dass man weiss wo sie sind.2 votes -
Type Signatures in Forms
Typing a signature is available in work flows but, not available in forms. Using the mouse to make a signature usually comes out sloppy. It would be nice to be able to type a signature in forms.

Separate screens for user name entry and password entry to improve security. Current one screen model lends itself to brute force attacks.

ordnerstruktur über mehrere Archive
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man eine OIrdnerstruktur über mehrere Archive anlegen könnte.
Bspw. um sämtliche Vorgänge eines Kundens darstellen zu können, auch wenn sich die Dokumente in unterschiedlichen Archiven befinden.Viele Grüße

Connect to Desktop Apps from Configurations page
If all the user licences are assigned and you need to connect the administration account to desktop apps, you have to reassign a licence and login to the front end, then connect desktops apps and then reassign the licence again. It would be much easier if you could connect the desktop apps from the configuration page.

Create a data record from a form
I use forms as a down and dirty data collection tool. I don't necessarily need to keep the form I just want the data. I also have a case where I have a merge form and one of the merge forms is a blank page that I use for the data record. The problem with this is that I can't just double click on the data record in search results to edit it I have to edit indexes. It would be nice if there was a third option with forms for create data record. Or in Merge forms have an…

Wildcards bei aktivierter Option auch für Auswahlliste verwenden
Wird für eine Suchmaske die Option "Wildcard zur Suche hinzufügen" aktiviert, wird die Suche mit Wildcards ausgeführt und in der Ergebnisliste tauchen alle Einträge auf, die den gesuchten Wert an beliebiger Stelle im Indexfeld aufweisen. Leider gilt dies nicht für die Auswahlliste im Suchdialog.
Wenn also "Peters" eingegeben wird, zeigt die Auswahlliste lediglich "Peters Engineering" an, nicht aber "Autohaus Peters".Dies wäre überigens nicht nur für die Auswahllisten der Suchmasken, sondern auch für die der Ablagemasken sehr hilfreich.

Weitere Formular Ansichten beim Erstellen
Bei der Erstellung eines DocuWare Formulars wäre es gut, dass man die Sicht auf z.B. DinA4 stellen könnte, da es Kunden gibt, welche die Formulare via E-Mail (DocuWare Workflow) als Dokument zugesandt haben möchten. Spätestens da verschiebt es den gesamten Inhalt des Formulars.

Allow Workflow Controllers to Move an Item to A Different Node in The Workflow
Would be great for Workflow Controllers to be able to move an item on demand to any node in that workflow. We can reassign or stop, but if we run into a routing problem would be great to move the item where we need for it to be, and then we can work with the design to avoid the problem in the future

Indexfeld "Tabelle" mit mehreren Werten vorbelegen
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man Tabellenfelder mit mehreren Einträgen vorbelegen kann und/oder die Möglichkeit schafft über den AutoIndex in diese Tabellen zu schreiben.
Dies würde die Funktionalität des Feldtyps über das Splitbooking hinaus erweitern.12 votes -
Stempel direkt bei der Einrichtung einer Anmerkungsebene zuordnen
Bei der Konfiguration von Stempel sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen diese direkt einer Anmerkungsebene zuzuweisen.
Kunden stempel Dokumente mit internen und externen Informationen.
Wenn ein Dokument jetzt ausgegeben werden soll, darf dies nur mit den externen Informationen geschehen.Ich kann zwar aktuell testen, auf welcher Ebene welcher Stempel ist und die nicht passenden Ebenen ausblenden aber es kann natürlich auch gemischt gestempelt worden sein.
Mit der Vorgabe in der Konfiguration bekommt man hier einen gewissen Standard.

Add ability to invoke another workflow from a current workflow
Would be awesome if you could have a module that would start another workflow. It would make large workflows easier to design and keep them cleaner. I know that you can do this by using modified index and such but I always run into issues with that and workflows starting when they shouldn't. Would be a lot better if you could just create workflows and then call them when needed within another workflow.
