When trying to stream DocuWare Printer PS through an RDS environment it does not work. Please add support for Printer PS in RDS environments.

Vorausfüllen der Tabellen in Forms
Guten Tag, die Tabellenfunktion wird von unseren Kunden gut angenommen, jedoch fehlt eine entscheidende Funktion. Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben die Tabellen mit bereits vorhandenen Tabellen aus Docuware und/oder Zeilen mit festen Einträgen vorauszufüllen.
Um konkrete Beispiele zu nennen, wir haben Kunden, die Artikel über eine Tabelle in Forms erfassen. Diese Tabelle wird im Anschluss in einem zweiten Formular benötigt, wo zum Beispiel die Menge kontrolliert und verändert wird.
Ein anderes Beispiel wäre ebenfalls das Erfassen von Artikeln, wobei über einen festen Wert bereits Zeile 1-3 mit Standardartikeln und Nummern gefüllt werden, da man diese immer benötigt.Diese Funktion wird…

Dokumentverarbeitung ohne Ablagedialog
Falls technisch möglich: Optimal wäre die Erstellung von Jobs in der Dokumentverarbeitung, bei der die Hinterlegung eines Ablagedialoges nicht zwingend notwendig ist, sondern das Ziel ausreicht.

nahtlos scrollen im Viewer
Beim Scrollen mit dem Mausrad im Viewer springt die Anzeige von Seite zu Seite. Wir haben nun eine Kundenanfrage nach einem nahtlosen Scrollen erhalten (ähnlich wie in MS Word), sodass die einzelnen Seiten im Viewer untereinander erscheinen.

Allow continuous scrolling through Documents like in other PDF readers
In many PDF readers, including the ones baked into many web browsers, seamlessly scroll through the displayed document. It would be useful to have a setting that enables DocuWare's viewer to behave more like those viewers.

Klein- und Großschreibung GROSSSCHREIBUNG
Wir haben DW ( Docuware ) seit 2003. Bis DW5 wurde alles groß verschlagwortet, bis Anfang des Jahres alles per Hand.
jetzt wollen wir das digitalisieren und automatisch mit PS-Printer synchronisiert ins Archiv drucken, das heißt ohne Click Indexing und ohne das man diese genormten eigenen Ausgangsdokumente wie Angebot, Auftragsbestätigung, Werkauftrag, Materialbedarfsliste, Preisanfrage, Lieferschein, Rechnung usw. nochmals anfassen müßte.

Wenn DW heute klein schreibt, werden alle Kunden, die bisher groß geschrieben waren, doppelt in Kleinschrift angelegt.

Change the order in which stored documents appear without using an index.
Imagine that you have several documents linked to a main document.
Once the linked documents are stored, it is not possible to change the order in an ergonomic way. Indeed, a very important document can be stored after others and to highlight it, it would be very helpful to move it directly from the DW Client.
Currently, the only way is to create an index. But using and index is a waste of time. Indeed, when a new document is stored, the user has to change the number of all the previous index.1 vote -
Forward redirects on sign out to identity provider
It would be helpful for organizations with an outside SSO client for DocuWare, upon sign out, to redirect links to the login page back to the SSO provider.

Add functionality to display formatting from the "Review Changes: Markup All" feature in Microsoft Word
As of DocuWare 7.11, DocuWare is only able to display "Simple Markups" from Microsoft Word, even if Markup All is selected.

Filter by names of document trays (or also file cabinets)
A customer - accounting company - has hundreds of customers and each has it´s own doc. tray. It would be helpful if they were able to search by name in document tray list.

Give the ability to generate a report of how many documents have been stored to a document tray/how many docs were stored from said tray
It would be very helpful to have a report that shows the history of a doc tray and all of the files that entered it and were stored from it

Filter Speichern für "Verlauf der Workflow-Entscheidungen" (Historie)
„Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man im Verlauf der Workflow-Entscheidungen die Möglichkeit hätte, den Filter für den Workflow zu speichern oder eine Vorauswahl im Benutzerkontext zu hinterlegen. Möchte man alle Aufgaben sehen, müsste man den Filter auf ‚alle auswählen‘ setzen. Nach der Bearbeitung einer Aufgabe springt der Filter jedoch wieder auf die Grundeinstellung zurück, sodass nur die eigene ‚in Bearbeitung‘-Aufgabe angezeigt wird. Das bedeutet, dass der Filter nach jeder erledigten Aufgabe erneut angepasst werden muss. Es wäre daher wünschenswert, eine feste Einstellung einrichten zu können, die diese wiederkehrende Änderung vermeidet.“

Benachrichtigung bei "Anfrage senden" sollte standardmäßig gesetzt sein
Aktuell muss der Benutzer aktiv den Haken setzen, damit eine Benachrichtigung versendet wird.

Ausgrauen des Feldes oder Meldung, wenn kein Verknüpfte Dokumente gefunden wurden
Es geht um die Dokumentenverknüpfung. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Verlinkung nur dann angezeigt werden kann, wenn auch tatsächlich Dokumente da sind. Oder aber es soll eine Meldung kommen beim Klick auf den Link.

Ability to embed external links in the Web Client to be provided.
DocuWare's unique settings and work manuals are prepared for each user. This function is necessary to access these.
For example, providing a feature that allows users to freely embed hyperlinks next to the "DocuWare" logo in DocuWare Web Client solves this problem.
Users can click the link to view the original operation manual whenever necessary.

wait for event
Hello,
I would like to request a change in the "Wait For Event" timeout configuration.
Justification:
We have encountered a product limitation during the transition from one event to another. In certain circumstances, an error can occur that delays the workflow by approximately two minutes when moving from one assignment box to the wait for event box.
Specifically, we have observed that in some instances, wait for event stucks waiting because the trigger workflow has already finished before wait for event event starts. The workflow that triggers the "Wait For Event" takes about 20 seconds to complete, and we cannot…

Choose what to export as preconfigured solution
Having the possibility to choose which file cabinet/parts of the configuration we want to export as a DWBUC file. Right now, when we export, it's the whole configuration no choice.
