allow the deletion of fields in workflow designer without removing the field from merge forms.
I have a form that fills multiple merge forms that I setup before table fields were an option. When table fields were available in forms I was told that you could use a table field with a merge form. It can be done with a workflow. On this particular form I have hidden all of the original fields but it would be nice if I could remove the original fields without affecting the merge form.

Allow select lists to be used for choices in check boxes and radio buttons in forms
I have several lists that I use for drop downs but I would also like to use them for check boxes. Unfortunately I have to enter everything again when I do a check box.

Detailliertere Lizenzübersicht
Es wurde sich von mehreren Kunden und Partnern eine detaillierte Ansicht für die Userelizenzen gewünscht.
Die aktuelle Ansicht ist sehr beschränkt und gibt einen nur minimale Informationen über den Verbrauch von Lizenzen.
Für Kunden und auch Administratoren wäre es aber hilfreich hier den Lizenzverbrauch genau verfolgen und analysieren zu können um auch Probleme besser lösen zu können.
Wünschenswert wären mehr Informationen wer/wie/wann/wo/welche Lizenzen verbraucht.2 votes -

Mittlerweile ist die Auswahl "Divers" verpflichtend in der öffentlichen Verwaltung.

Have an option to set the "original file name" either in the UI or in Workflow
The file name, as depicted in the bottom left corner of the viewer panel, is typically the file name used when exporting a document via Workflow (namely to a Web Service).
This can be problematic, when, for instance, a web form produces a document that goes into a workflow. In this case, the web form produces a file with the file name "form-name.pdf" where the name of the form is "Form Name". This can cause issues if the service in question expects different documents to have different names, or if the user has set the document name within DocuWare with…

allow workflow to loop through merge form fields
In my work around to fill in a table on a merge form with a table field data entry it would be really nice to be able to loop through all of the merge form fields. As it is, I need a data entry for each row of the table because if the row doesn't exist it will error and won't fill any of the previous rows. If I could loop, then all of the indexing would be managed simply with a formula and I would only need to do 1 data entry and end the loop when it errored…

Title bar icons in the viewer be able to be hidden.
Regarding the title bar icons in the viewer, especially the “Workflow Decision History” added in v7.11, I would like to be able to choose to hide them, as they are annoying when they are displayed even when the workflow is not in use.

Delete multiple groups/roles from UI at once
There are cases where an organization may have many groups that they need to delete. Right now, the only way to delete from within DocuWare (including via the API) is to delete each group one-by-one. An option to bulk delete groups using user-specified criteria would save a lot of time.

Die autom. Dokumentenverarbeitung für Dokumenten im Briefkorb/Archiv angestoßen werden kann
es sollte möglich sein, dass man die automatische Dokumentenverarbeitung für Dokumente welche sich im Briefkorb/Archiv befinden, benutzen kann. Dasselbe gilt für die Konfiguration unter "E-Mails Allgemein", auch hier wäre es von Nutzen die Dokumentenverarbeitung (inkl. Identifizierung) als Indexierungsvariante verwenden zu können.

URL-Integration - vordefinierte Ansicht von Dokumenten im Viewer
Ein Kunde würde sich wünschen, dass in der URL-Integration eine Option zur Auswahl stehe, um Dokumente, welcher per Integrationslink geöffnet werden, unabhängig von den Einstellungen des Users mit geöffnetem Indexdialog im Viewer angezeigt werden.
Für die allgemeine Arbeit in DocuWare wird hier meist eine andere Ansicht benötigt, als bei Dokumenten, die per Link bearbeitet werden, weswegen hier eine vorgegebene Ansicht den Workflow bei Usern in manchen Konstellationen durchaus verbessern könnte.

Vergleich von Office Dokumenten über die Versionierung
In Word gibt es die Funktion zwei Versionen eines Dokumentes zu vergleichen. Es wäre schön wenn DocuWare über die Versionierung diese Funktion ebenfalls bieten könnte und die Änderungen in der aktuellen Version anzeigt.

Adapt the zoom of the attached picture of a form
Zooming 100% a form shows the entire document while the same zoom % shows only a detail of the picture that is attached to this form.

Amend the overview pane to indicate if the document is multipage (or remove the + symbol if it's a single page)
Hi All,
Just had Glass Systems (Press Glass), asking the question about the overview pane when viewing clipped documents.
With the way they are processing orders internally the users have found a bit of confusion created by the view of the + symbol, staff had stopped looking for multiple pages in the documents because a lot are single page however the + symbol is visible whether it's a single or multiple pages.
They have asked if it's possible to change this to be a bit more intuitive so the users can tell if it's actually a multipage document that can…

Workflowcontroller Recht um Aufgaben bestimmter Rollen immer sehen und übernehmen zu können
Wir arbeiten mit speziellen Rollen und 4 Augenprinzip. Da die Vertretungsregelung bei bereits bestehenden und zugewiesenen Aufgaben nicht mehr greift wäre es sinnvoll, das Controller Recht eingrenzen zu können.
Der Vorgesetzte könnte immer die Aufgaben seines Teams einsehen und im Krankheitsfall Aufgaben im Bereich der Aufgabenüberwachung in seinem Namen abarbeiten.
Es müsste also möglich sein dieses Recht auf bestimmte Rollen einzugrenzen.

Delete user accounts automatically on synchronization with AD when a user has been deleted from it
It would be useful if users deleted from the AD could be automatically deleted from Docuware users, to avoid having to create a new Docuware user with the same username and having to do all the deletions manually.

English: In order not to leave the license assignment to chance, it would be helpful to be able to define the assignment.
Possible ideas:
1 Members in group X only receive workflow licenses (problem: members can be in several groups. Suggestion 4?)
2 Configurable order: first Named, then Workflow
3 Freely configurable: automatic license assignment On / Off

Verbesserte Positionierung der Meldung, dass Text in die Zwischenablage kopiert wurde, sodass keine Buttons überlagert werden
Wenn man mit dem entsprechenden Viewer-Werkzeug Text in die Zwischenablage kopiert, dann erscheint ein kleines PoPUp mit dem Text "Der Text wurde in die Zwischenablage kopiert". Seit DocuWare Version 7.10 scheint dieses Popup noch länger stehen zu bleiben als zuvor. Bei der derzeitigen Positionierung des PopUps werden durch das PopUp häufig genau die Buttons zur Navigation im Dokument (z.B. nächste Datei um zum nächsten Mailanhang zu springen) überlagert, sodass unnötige Wartezeiten entstehen bis man seine Arbeit fortsetzen kann. Die Postionierung des PopUps sollte verbessert werden, sodass es keine Buttons überlagert.

Issue with "localwebservice" Value in Version 7.11
During the installation of DocuWare version 7.11, we encountered an issue related to the dwmachine.config file located in C:\ProgramData\DocuWare\ServerConfig.
Specifically, the value of the localwebservice field is automatically modified to an incorrect value during the upgrade process. This change causes certain critical functionalities to stop working after the installation is complete.
We kindly request that you investigate and address this behavior in future updates to ensure the correct value is either retained or automatically set during the installation process.I already opened a ticket, but your support replied that i had to post here.
