The "Overwrite previous field data with this stamp" does not work for hidden field on the "Store Dialog".
If applying the stamp beforehand the pre-index data will not change if the field is hidden and has a default value.
Please improve it so that the index can be updated by stamp even if it is hidden and custom value is set on Store Dialog.

Dokumente als Favoriten kennzeichnen
Innerhalb aller Dokumente im DMS gibt es immer einige, welche man selbst immer wieder benötigt. Ein paar Anleitungen, 2,3 Preislisten, Vorlagen etc. Diese sind aber für jeden User individuell. Mit nur 1 Suchabfrage können diese schlecht in einer Suche oder Liste dargestellt werden.
Hier würde es helfen, wenn jeder User für sich selbst Favoriten-Dokumente markieren kann. Diese sollten gesammelt in einer Ansicht (z.B. persönliche Liste oder Ordner) angezeigt, aufgerufen und bearbeitet werden können.

Vorausgefüllte Dropdown in Workflow Aufgaben Auswahl vereinfachen
Will man in einer Aufgabe aus einem Workflow ein vorausgefüllten Indexeintrag ändern, muss zum Zugriff auf die gesamte Auswahlliste erst der Eintrag gelöscht werden.
Die Dropdown-Funktionalität sollte so verbessert werden, dass ein Klick ins Dropdown die ganze Auswahlliste anzeigt. Ich also nicht erst den Eintrag löschen, dann auf den Pfeil und dann auf den neuen Eintrag klicken muss.
Das aktuelle Verhalten sind mind. 2 Klicks zu viel. Es führt bei den Usern regelmässig zu Verwirrung, da sie das Gefühl haben, im Dropdown nicht mehr Einträge zur Auswahl zu haben.

Workflow Eskalation: Unabhängige Variablen für die Erinnerungs- und Fälligkeitseinstellungen
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man bei den Workflow Eskalationsstufen unabhängige Variablen für die Erinnerung und Fälligkeit hinterlegen könnte (momentan kann sich die Fälligkeit lediglich auf die Variable bei der Erinnerung beziehen).
Use Case: Kunde möchte immer nach x Arbeitstagen eine Erinnerung haben, aber fällig soll diese Aktivität erst nach einem zuvor berechneten Datum werden (bspw. 2 Tage vor Fälligkeitsdatum).

Ability to duplicate a decision and all the configuration. Often only few parameters change.

Multi-Page Forms and Expressions
Multi-Step / page forms will allow to make extensive forms cleaner, but also, ability to use arithmetic expressions, calculations, database look ups, assign data, just like in a flow, to be presented in next page.

Add ability to choose multiple options also in drop-down menu.

time field
Time field in forms. Ability to use time format to register starting and finishing time of an activity. Also, that these times work with the calculations, to calculate the total time.

Create an Add-In for Outlook.live.com (web mail, Office365 etc)
Working remotely isn't going away. Microsoft continues to push Office365 and has introduced a web-based desktop client. We need a way to store emails and attachments in DW when away from desk-top apps. Please create an Add-In for Outlook.

Dokumente in einem Briefkorb ohne Berechtigung verschieben
Wir haben verschieden Berechtigungsgruppen.
Gruppe Buchhaltung & Gruppe HR
Beide haben getrennte Briefkörbe & Archive. Es kann aber vorkommen, dass fälschlicherweise ein HR Dokument in der Buchhaltung landet. Wir würden es begrüssen, wenn man eine Berechtigung zum Verschieben von Dokumenten in einen Briefkorb ohne Berechtigungen festlegen kann.

archiviertes Formulare im Archiv bearbeiten und speichern
Wenn man ein archiviertes DocuWare Formular nochmal anpassen muss (Indexfelder) dann sind die Daten auf dem .pdf - Dokument noch die alten. Es wäre schön wenn man den User die Möglichkeit freischalten könnte (Archivprofilfunktion) Dokumente anzupassen und dann diese wieder zu speichern. Nach der Speicherung sollte auch das archivierte Dokument angepasst sein.

Aus der DocuWare ein reduziertes PDF per E-Mail senden
Wir haben Kundenverträge als ausfüllbare PDFs in unserem Archiv gespeichert.
Der Grund: Wir verwenden das Modul "Formular", damit der Workflow ein paar Felder befüllen kann. Wenn wir den fertigen Vertrag schlussendlich per E-Mail mit unseren Kunden teilen, möchten wir ihnen allerdings ein reduziertes PDF senden.
Probleme bei nicht reduzierten PDFs:
- gewisse Browser können die bearbeitbaren Felder nicht anzeigen.
- Kunde kann das PDF einfach verändern2 votes -
Scrollen im Client-Viewer
es ist weiterhin nicht möglich, im Viewer durch die Dokumente zu scrollen, auch wenn das eine große Herausforderung darstellt. Das macht es schwer auf einem Webclient schnell von Seite zu kommen. Die Maus ist dabei eher ein Hindernis, wenn man schon mit "Touch-Technologie" arbeiten kann (Notebooks) um schnell auf eine bestimmte Seite vor/zurück zu kommen. Mobile sollte "als Vorbild dienen"...

Multi Person/Stop forms
Sometimes forms need to be filled by multiple parties and it would be nice to be able to accomplish this simply in the form filler interface instead of having to build a workflow to fill in the remainder of the form.

Calculated text in forms
It would be nice if we could have calculated text elements in forms. These elements would appear the same as a fixed text field but instead could be the result of a calculation much like we can with single line text elements.
The benefit would be a more clean and elegant look. Placing data into read only single line text fields are ok but looks a little bit like an afterthought.

Disable document lock for parallel task also for Cloud customer
In some processes, tasks can be assigned to different departments.
The problem is that many users cannot work on the same task at the same time.
This is frustrating if several users have tasks to perform and cannot do so because another user has the task selected but is not working on it.
Another example, a background workflow may need to update fields but cannot because the task is blocked by the user.
This problem has been solved for on premise systems.
I suggest making it possible for cloud customers as well.27 votes -
Dateien beim Ablegen komprimieren
Es wäre super, wenn bei der Ablage DocuWare automatisch z.B. per Skript die Daten nochmal komprimieren würde.
Bei den Scaneinstellungen haben wir das meistens gut unter Kontrolle. Problematisch sind eher die sonstigen abgelegten Dateien. Bspw. ein .jpg o.ä.

Not Enough Text space on form for our Large quotes
There is not enough space in the text for our customers large quotes and Tenders, Their Clients do not like the scroll down bar. When printing it cuts off. There should be an option to add extra pages, or be notified there is not enough room in the text page and text will be lost when printing.

Instant execution of a scheduled workflow
A possibility to execute a scheduled workflow instantly. This could be an option in the Workflow Designer. It is not very optimal when you have to reschedule a workflow again and again when testing the workflow functionality. Apart from testing, the instant execution button would be beneficial in many other cases as well.
