DWForms: Verwenden von mehreren Vorlagen und Auswahl Formular anhand Filter
Zurzeit bilden wir dynamische Bestellungen in Forms mit einem Formular ab, dadurch kommt es jedoch zu verschiedenen Problemen, zum Beispiel bei der Berechnung des Gesamtpreises da hier ja alle Felder für die Berechnung gefüllt sein müssen und das in unserem dynamischen Formular nicht der Fall ist, funktioniert die Berechnung nicht.

Filter empty dates and numbers in task list
It would be great if users could filter documents in the task lists where the date is empty. For example i want to search for all invoices where the date is empty. Sure you can sort them ascending but an explicit search would also be great.

DocuWare Desktop Apps für Mac
Leider können die DocuWare Desktop Apps nicht auf einem Mac installiert werden. Es gibt eine riesige Anzahl von User die nur Mac nutzen. Die Automatische Ablage durch den Import Auftrag und Dokumentverarbeitung ist an der Stelle nicht möglich. Es ist sehr Ineffizienz und viele weigern sich DocuWare zu nutzen und möchten weiterhin nur Papierbelege schicken. So geht es mit Digitalisierung nicht weiter.

Es wäre schön, wenn es möglich wäre, bei einer Workflow Aufgabe als Filter auch mit dem Operator "NOT" zu suchen.

Versionierung von Forms Formularen
Es wäre schön, wenn Änderungen an Forms Formularen als neue Version oder Entwurf abgespeichert werden können, damit beispielsweise Änderungen vor Veröffentlichung nochmal geprüft werden können. Somit müsste nicht jedes mal das Formular kopiert werden und unter einer neuen URL veröffentlicht werden.

Add "Assume Blank = 0" Option to Form Field Calculations
The new form field calculation is great, but I immediately ran into a snag implementing it on a PO form. I wanted to include line item totals for each line based on Quantity and Unit price fields filled in earlier, and then a PO Total field that adds together all line item totals.
The line item totals worked great. But the PO total doesn't fill in until every single line is filled in. Most POs this customer store only fill in the first one or two lines, so I can't create a PO Total field that's visible on the form.…

staple after multiple documents are stored
I would like to be able to staple two stored documents together. I didn't know that I wanted these together until after I had indexed and stored them.

Allow multi-column lists to be used in stamps
When assigning a multi-column list to a stamp value, it only selects the first value that shows up in the list instead of displaying all columns that may exist. It would be nice to allow multi-column lists in stamps to be displayed and searched on.

Automatische Maximal-Ansicht eines Tabellenfeldes in einer Workflow-Aufgabe
Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben, dass das Tabellenfeld innerhalb einer Aufgabe sofort in der Maximal-Ansicht gestartet wird. Wenn bspw. viele Kontierungen gemacht werden müssen, dann ist jedes Mal der zusätzliche Klick auf die Maximal-Ansicht des Tabellenfeldes notwendig.

In Email from Outlook it is possible to configure a document processing, it would be great to be able to do the same while using General EMail configuration.

intelligent indexing reset
We need a way to reset the Intelligent Indexing from the Configuration Page. We need a way to retrain a system if documents were trained incorrectly.

sort users by active
Clicking the arrow next to username or email to sort users is great, can we have this for the other columns too? Locked & active?

When searching user management for 'active', return all active users. When searching for 'inactive' return inactive users.
DocuWare admins need this kind of data returned quickly and reliably to prevent the need for any sort of user deletion policy, functionality which DocuWare does not have.
Recently I was asked for an export (yes an export) of inactive users, so great was their need for a quick and easy way to search for this info.2 votes -
Require task decision with stamp, hide confirm button
For documents that require a signature stamp in a specific location we need the option to require a stamp to confirm a task decision. Currently, you can complete a decision with a stamp but if you use the confirm button instead the document does not get the required signature stamp.

Schließen von Tabs - X nach links
Derzeit ist das "x" zum Schließen eines Tabs rechts positioniert. Wenn man "x" links positioniert, würde beim Schließen eines Tabs das "x" des dann offenen Tabs immer an der gleichen Stelle stehen. Die Mausbewegungen würde geringer ausfallen und die Mausposition kann beim Schließen mehrerer Tabs beibehalten werden.

Global viewer setting
Great tool for administrators of Cloud instances would be to have an option to setup a global viewer default setting, eg. default viewer setting to open documents with index dialog in new window.
That way we don't need to educate new users to change this setting manually.

Improve the display time of Error Message : Workflow Validation Error message
The currently displayed error message disappears immediately after it appears.
Users need time to review error messages. They can't even take screenshots.We would like this display time to be a little longer.
2 votesThank you for your idea. Currently error messages are displayed until a user clicks on them. Only warning messages appear after a certain amount of time (but it should be OK for creating screenshots). Could you please add, what kind of messages you are referring.

Nummernfeld
Ich kann über das DropDown Feld z.B. ein Nummernfeld aus einer Mehrspaltigen Auswahlliste für das Formular zur Verfügung stellen. Jedoch kann ich dieses Feld hinterher nur als Textfeld für die hinterlegte Ablagemaske auswählen. Das ist meines Erachtens nicht ganz durchdacht. Da das Nummernfeld noch nicht als verknüpftes Auswahlliste zur Verfügung steht, kann ich das an dieser Stelle nicht nutzen.
Wenn ich mit diesem Feld hinterher nämlich im WF-Designer ein Nummernfeld des Archivs indexieren möchte, habe ich hier keine Möglichkeit über den arithmetischen Ausdruck oder über die Globalen Variablen ein Nummernfeld zu belegen.In meinem Beispiel habe ich eine Mitarbeitertabelle mit…
