Workflow Designer
Bei jeder Versionierung sollten unbedingt Kommentare hinterlegt werden können, damit man nachvollziehen kann, welche Änderungen bei welcher Version getätigt wurden.

Extra file cabinet colours
Add a few extra cabinet colors over the standard Red, Green, Blue & Yellow.
Maybe Pink, Brown, and Purple, or at least a couple extra. When you have a cabinet by department you quickly start to double up.

Viewer Kompatibilität für .mmap Format
Aktuell wird das Mindmap Format .mmap von DW nicht im Viewer unterstützt. Wir hatten hier das Verhalten, dass an Kunde damit in DW arbeitet, jedoch nur eine Userin diese Dokumente nicht öffnen konnte und eine Fehlermeldung erhielt, dass das Format nicht unterstützt ist.
Der Support verweist dazu dann natürlich auf die unterstützten Dateiformat. Daher würden wir vorschlagen, dass dieses Format auch unterstützt wird im Viewer.1 vote -
Umbenennen von Feldern in allen Dialogen ermöglichen
Wenn man im Archiv ein Datenbankfeld umbenennt (nicht auf Dialogebene), muss man im Anschluss jeden Dialog einzeln nachziehen. Häufig habe ich aber Fälle, wo ich die Bezeichnung in allen Dialogen ändern möche. Hier würde ich ein Pop-Up Fenster o.ä. begrüßen, welches mich fragt, ob ich die neue Bezeichnung in allen Dialogen haben möchte oder in keinem (wie aktuell umgesetz, 7.7).
Selbiges wäre auch für neu erstellte Felder sinnvoll.

Kreditoren außerhalb des SEPA-Zahlungsverkehrs
Nach meinem Kenntnisstand gibt es in Docuware noch keine zufriedenstellende Lösung zur Anlage von Kreditorenstammdaten von Kreditoren außerhalb des SEPA-Raumen (z.B. USA oder Kanada). Da Kreditoren aus diesen Ländern weder über eine IBAN noch über eine BIC verfügen, ist die korrekte Verarbeitung von Rechnungen in solchen Fällen nicht möglich hier wäre Abhilfe wünschenswert.

Workflow Belegbeanstandung
Es wäre gut, wenn "zu Unrecht" beanstandete Belege wieder aus der Belegbeanstandung herausgeholt und wieder in den Workflow zur Freigabe gebracht werden könnten.
Momentan muss in einem solchen Fall der Beleg erneut an den Briefkorb geschickt werden, wodurch die Dublettenprüfung durch das System veranlasst wird.3 votes -

allow a data assignment to a table field in a workflow
I have a table field that has therapy evaluations and dates that need to be filled in by individual therapists. Unfortunately, I can not make the field required because then the first therapist would have to enter the dates for all the other evaluations that may not have been done yet by other therapists. So then I have therapists that just hit confirm on the workflow and the date is never entered. I would like to be able to automatically enter the current date if that field is blank but in the assign data to indexes table fields are not…

Parallels tasks
Workflow designer is not able to create parallels tasks in a workflow. The parallel task activity is not designed to create differents parrallels tasks.
We use multiple workflows to do that but there is no way to have data exchanges between these workflows (except using indexes, but it's not very convenient). Do you plan to enable parallelization in workflow designer ?3 votes -
Ability to add custom font to Docuware cloud
Ability to add custom font to Docuware cloud. We have a lot of Word files stored in Docuware Cloud. Word has out custom company font, which is not recognized in docuware cloud. You can't read from cloud.

Tabellen in Dialogen sollten sortierbar und filterbar sein
Wir holen uns ERP-Produktivdaten nach Docuware, diese werden dann über Workflows in Tabellen befüllt. Diese Tabellen sind jedoch aktuell nicht sortier oder filterbar.
Erst recht bei mehreren Datensäzten, wäre dies ein enormer Vorteil.

Within Specify Text, be able to Split AND Retain the Charactor
Within Document Processing, where text may be captured, there is a control called SPECIFY TEXT, which includes "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTER(S)". We need to keep those known charactors. Can you add "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTERS AND RETAIN THEM". For example we need to split the following at the T and keep the T too. <VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH> will result in "T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>"

DocuWare Forms
Es sollte in Docuware Forms möglich sein, Felder und Schrifgrößen beliebig zu ändern (Formatgröße)
Aktuell möchte ich durch die Dropdown Felder eine komplette Kundenadresse widerspiegeln die sich selbst ausfüllt durch eine Auswahlliste. Leider sind die Zeilenabstände viel zu groß was nicht gut aussieht. Somit unbrauchbar leider.

Update option for preconfigured solutions
A possibility to update from an older version of a preconfigured solution to a current version would be very helpful. Currently, the new features advertised in the DocuWare UserInfo have to be recreated in the old version of the preconfigured solution with a lot of effort. At some point it probably makes sense to make the move to a current version.

Add nested option to rules for data export.
Would like to have the option for nested rules when exporting data. ie "and" conditions combined with "or" conditions.
2 votesThank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Use a filecabinet table as datasource for filling a table field
In DW 7.8 we are able to use a LDS source to fill a table field. Please make this also possible from other sources, such as a FileCabinet.

Trennung Benutzerverwaltung von Gruppen-, Rollen, Funktionsprofil-Verwaltung
Es gibt nur eine Funktionsprofil-Einstellung für Benutzerverwaltung, mit der sich dann alles im Bereich der Benutzer-Konfiguration steuern lässt. Somit kann jeder Benutzer, welcher Benutzer verwalten darf automatisch auch Funktionsprofile und/ oder Gruppen und Rollen zuweisen. Das macht überhaupt keinen Sinn! Denn sobald ein Benutzer die Benutzerverwaltung bedienen darf, kann er sich jegliche Berechtigungen selbst vergeben. Nur Benutzer anlegen, bzw. diese Verwalten (ohne Berechtigungen über Gruppen oder Rollen vergeben zu dürfen) ist nicht möglich! Das sollte dringend überdacht werden!

Create an annotation function allowing a drawn shape (rectrangle for example) to hold text which could be used for searching related docs.
Use Case: A cemetery needs to store cemetery and grave records. They are doing this with paper cards with subsets of cemetery lots. I would like the ability to scan a map as a document, and be able to draw individual grave locations on the map, similar to what they're doing on paper. I would like to be able to click on that annotation and store additional information, text at the very least, perhaps some index values from a store dialog. This would allow me to click on a areas of the map and see the related documents stored in…
