Zeitgesteuerte Änderung von Indexeinträgen auf Dokumentebene
Bei archivierten Dokumente bräuchte ich die Möglichkeit, einzelne Indexbegriffe eines einzelnen Dokuments automatisch zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt zu ändern, beispielsweise um ein Dokument von "valid" auf "invalid" zu setzen.
Da es sich für einzelne Dokumente nicht lohnt, einen Autoindexworkflow aufzusetzen, wäre die Einstellmöglichkeit auf Dokumentebene prima.1 voteVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Anzeige in Windows-Explorer-Client sollte nicht abhängig von Ablagedialog sein
Damit ein Archiv im Windows Explorer Client sichtbar ist, muss der Nutzer über einen entsprechenden Ablagedialog verfügen.
Dies hat zur Auswirkung, dass die Benutzer diesen Dialog z. B auch im Briefkorb zur Verfügung hat. Mann kann den Dialog zwar entspr. konfigurieren, sodass eine Ablage nicht möglich ist, jedoch wird der Dialog trotzdem angezeigt.Hierzu sollte eine andere Lösung gefunden werden.

Add capability to store a document in a cabinet, yet have it linked to any number of other locations (virtual cabinets)
Your Windows client is similar. Store a document once and have it viewable in multiple locations without copying to the other locations.

in den Aufgabenlisten sollte es möglich sein zu sehen welche Belege habe ich angesehen und welche nicht
Viele Kunden von uns arbeiten wie folgt: Sie sehen (und blättern) sich erstmal die Dokumente einfach so durch, um sich einen Überblick zu machen, dann bemerken Sie etwas und springen zu einem der vorherigen Dokumente zurück in der Liste, vielleicht um etwas zu vergleichen. So, und nun weiß der Anwender nicht mehr wo er vorher was? Er kann mühsam alle Treffer nochmal anklicken um in der Reihenfolge weiter zu kommen. Schön wäre so eine Technik wie es Outlook im Posteingang hat, dort sind alle nicht angesehenen Treffer Fett markiert.

Remove the name field
When looking for imports all you need is the import and the folder. Adding a name is a duplication in steps.

make annotations private so only the creator can modify or delete it
all the users that acces to a document can modify all annotations, it will be better to make possible to force only the creator to modify or delete his annotations

Keep or not keep duplicates of clipped documents
If Docuware dont make the clip available on documents in the filecabinet, we need a posibility to choose if docuware is going to make/or not make duplicates after clip or check-out documents.
Check-out to basket for clipping or copy-to basket for clipping would automaticly generate a dublicate of the clipped documents.

Revise QA Stamp
Reposition the word "By" on the QA stamp. The stamp would then read "Username, date/time, QA'd by user initials"

Edit buttons for active workflow tasks
I need to add the "check out to document tray" and other buttons for an active workflow task. We need the possibility to edit what is visible "In menu" and what is viewed as a button for workflow tasks. This is actually an option for every result lists. There would be nice to remove the reasign button here as well..
1 votePart 1 is already completed and available (at least in version 6.9) We added the second part to change the available functionality to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. Ergebnisliste - Anmerkungsebene ein-/ ausblenden
Es wäre wünschenswert, das über die "Senden" - Funktion aus der Ergebnisliste heraus, die Möglichkeit besteht, die Anmerkungsebenen ein-/ auszublenden.
Beispiel:
Aus einer Ergebnisliste werden 3 Einträge markiert und mit der Senden-Funktion an das Mailprogramm übergeben. Hierbei soll aber die Anmerkungsebenen 5 angezeigt werden, 1-4 jedoch ausgeblendet sein.

The import makes no sense
I currently have 4 imports with 300 to 9i000 files to be stored, When I press the Start ONCE, an import starts AND KEEPS GOING with no way to stop it. EVEN THOUGH the import says it is STOPPED it is not the RED STOPPPED but the IN IDLE stop....but is is still moving images. Then it give me a warning but the warning seems to mean nothing as Everything got stored....The whole thing is confusing.
So to fix it I would:
1: Change the NOT Stopped and waiting to do something to IDLE
2: ADD a STOP button or…1 vote -
Workflow Manager: Mehrfach Zuweisung über Stichwortfeld
Derzeit ist es nicht möglich ein Stichwortfeld zur Zuweisung an mehrere Personen zu verwenden - dies sollte dringend integriert werden.

Add an option in the result list to “View Results in File Explorer”
We encounter many occasions where multiple files from multiple searches must be emailed in reply to an email or uploaded to vendor or customer sites.
Using "Send" of course causes blocking in Outlook so one needs to store the new message as a draft before continuing, and downloading multiple creates a zip file rather than individual files.
By allowing the user to view the results of a search in file explorer, this allows for efficient use of the web client search functionality while providing standard file based integration recognized by many other applications.

Ausdruck / Download einer Personalakte
Wir haben manchmal die Anforderung, dass eine gesamte bzw. Teile einer Personalakte für Externe (z.B. Anwälte) in Form eines Ausdrucks oder im Dateiformat zur Verfügung gestellt werden muss.
Aktuell gestaltet sich das aufgrund einer nicht vorhandenen Funktion als zeitlich sehr aufwendig, da max. 100 Dokument in einem Schritt heruntergeladen werden können. Oftmals gibt es bezüglich der Größe Beschränkungen.
Ich schlage eine Funktion für den Druck der Personalakte eines Mitarbeiters vor, wobei die vorhandenen (ausschließlich mit Dokumenten befüllte) Ordner gelistet werden und man dann komplett oder selektiv anklicken kann, welche Dokumente heruntergeladen werden sollen. Außerdem sollte zwischen den Menüpunkten Druck und…1 vote -
E-Mail by date
It would be usefull, to get an email because of date not only by event.
A resubmission is needed on that date or 3 days before.

Generate MS Office files (Word/Excel)
It would be nice to generate MS Office files (like proposals) with pre-filled fields (like Company name, etc) from file cabinet to send it to customer.

mandatory comments
It would be nice to be able to make comments mandatory ones, when check-in new version of the document to the File Cabinet

Change icon of unreadable document
In the result list, when a document is unreadable (profil attribute of the user), having a "crossed" logo, informing the user AND preventing him to any try to open the document. Today (6.7 and more) an error message appear.
In addition, is it possible to display the index (via Modify index menu) even if the document is not displayable. today it is not.1 voteThank you for your idea. Arbeitsbereiche im Web Client benutzerspezifisch anpassen
Es sollte möglich sein den Arbeitsbereich besser skalierbar zu machen.
Derzeit kann der Arbeitsbereich in zwei Arbeitsbereiche untereinander geteilt werden.
Es sollte aber auch möglich sein diese nebeneinander zu unterteilen.
Zudem soll die Unterteilung (Größe/Position) des jeweiligen Arbeitsbereiches gespeichert bleiben.1 voteVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Rechte-Differenzierung auf Entscheidungsebene
Ich habe das Problem im WFM, dass ich gern einen sehr flexiblen WF bauen möchte und habe folgende Schritte: a) Sichtung durch irgendeinen Mitarbeiter aus der Niederlassung, b) Prüfung durch den Chef der Niederlassung, wobei dieser auch die Sichtung mit übernehmen kann.
"nur Sichtung" und "Sichtung und Prüfung" sollen zeitgleich zur Verfügung stehen und nur der Chef soll die Möglichkeit haben die Prüfung mit zu übernehmen. Idee war einfach zwei Entscheidungen anzubieten.
Mein Problem ist, dass ich immer alle Entscheidungen einer Aufgabe zu einer Gruppe(verbesserungsfähig)/zu einer einzelnen Person zuweisen muss und nicht sagen kann "diese Entscheidung darf nur diese Person/Gruppe…1 vote
