DWcontrol-Schrift mit aktuellem (dynamischem) Datum, Escape-Funktionalitäten für Anführungszeichen
Moin,
wir haben gerade den "usecase", dass wir aus Word mittels dwcontrol-Schriftart diverse Serienbrief-Druck/Archivierungen machen wollen. Nun möchte der Kunde neben diversen anderen Indexwerten nun auch ein Belegdatum (aktuelles Datum) mitgeben - soweit so gut..
in Word kann man ja ein Feld einfügen um dynamisch das aktuelle Datum zu haben, welches aber leider das Anführungszeichen nutzt...Anführungszeichen sind i.V. mit dem Value= "WERT" nicht möglich: siehe unten auf: https://www.docuware.com/support_faq/?solution_id=2941
aber leider in Word nötig um dort das Datum dynamisch hineinzubekommen.Zur Veranschaulichung das Bild im Anhang.

allow list-type Role variables to be used as select lists in tasks
When creating a decision as part of a task and adding the various fields to the form, we can tie a select list to a field (for all the usual reasons). However, we can only use the select lists we've configured in the Admin Tool (or configurations). It would be great if we could use lists that we dynamically create as part of the workflow using the new Role variable. This would enable more customization of the workflow decisions, and since we already have the list-type Role global variable it might not be that hard to just allow the usage…

Split document if a document is rotated 180 degrees
As an alternative to Barcodes, if a page is rotated 180 degrees it should be split.

User Productivity Reporting
DocuWare should include some basic reporting for administrative purposes. Our area tracks 40+ users per week to see if they are meeting their scanning requirements. Right now, I do this via the SQL backend and a few queries, but it would be great is I did not have to do this every week. Tracking users via the web interface is not viable when you have so many active daily scan users.

Wir würden gerne nachvollziehen können, welche Belege über Intelligent Indexing abgelegt wurden.
Wir bekommen regelmäßig die Meldung, dass das Kontingent für Intelligent Indexing aufgebraucht ist. Nach unseren manuellen Recherchen, dürfte dies jedoch noch nicht der Fall sein. Da wäre es praktisch, wenn man nachvollziehen könnte, welche Belege über Intelligent Indexing gelaufen sind.
Noch eine Frage zu dem Thema Kontingent:
Ab wann kann man das Kontingent über den Schieberegler selbst aufstocken? Die momentane Umsetzung von der Bestellung bis zur Freischaltung dauert leider sehr lange.7 votes -
Connect to Outlook only stores attachments that are 1 level deep
We often receive emails that are forwarded as attachments and those attached emails also have attachments on them. Connect to Outlook will only store the first level of attachments. We would like to see the ability to store multiple level of attachments.That way the forwarded email and also all attachments on that forwarded email are stored in Outlook.

Archiv-Sprachen Felder über Datenbank Felder pflegen
Guten Tag
Wir setzen DocuWare 6.7 WEB ein und haben diverse Sprachen im Einsatz. Aktuell muss ich die SUCH/ABLAGE Masken je Sprache je Archiv pflegen.
Schöner wäre es wenn diese Felder über einen Tabellen Eintrag in der DocuWare System DB gepflegt werden könnten und dann je Spracheinstellung automatisch übernommen werden.Danke für Voten, wir sind hoffentlich nicht die einzigen Mehrspachigen Kunden.

Add formatting options to workflow information.
In workflows you can add a description to assist users, however there is no way to format any text in that information window.

Regular Expressions for Processing Data in Import Configurations
It would be very nice to be able to use a regular expression when cutting out text in readout areas while assigning to index fields. The current options are very limited, and present some problems in processing.

Allow additive assignment of Tasks (Roles + Users + Variables)
It would be really super helpful if Tasks could use additive assignment throughout. This especially is true for escalation / rerouting. For example to add the a manager when escalating, so that the original person still can act on the task as well.
As it is now, this won't work. Consider the scenario:
- An incoming document triggers a workflow.
- The document has an index field "Assignment" and it's value is "Joe"
- A User-type global variable is populated with the value from "Assignment"

Allow to use stamp at decision level and not task level
It would be great if we could have the possibility to select an option : if one of the decision of the task should have a stamp and not another
For example : If i validate an invoice, stamp is placed
If i use the decision : request info is used, there is no need to place any stamp on the invoice.Options are currently very limited regarding task stamps

Store document by drag and drop on workflow task
Would be nice if a document could be stored when dragging this document from a doctray to a workflow task (workflow manager).
The only option for now is to append a document to a document in a workflow.
But in several occasions you want to store a document as a new doctype but with a lot of index information from a document in the workflow task.
This option is already available in taskmanager but not in workflow manager.7 votesThank you for your idea.

Bessere Korrektur von Rechnungspositionen
Es sollte möglich sein, wie aus anderen Anwendungen bekannt, mittels gedrückter Shift-Taste eine gerade horizontale Linie zu zeichnen, um Rechnungspositionen durchzustreichen. Optimalerweise sollte aber die Point & Shoot Funktion ermöglichen, selektierten Text automatisch in ausgewählter Farbe und Stärke durchzustreichen.

I want the ability to share dialog configuration in Search, Store, Result view (index dialog).
For example, whenever I assign a select list to a field, I have to configure in every single dialog. Same when configuring other kind of restrictions and field ordering.
Current way of configuring allows administrator to commit mistakes when creating or updating dialogs configurations when they want to have them all alike.

Tool zur Auswertung von Workflow Aufgaben/ Statistik erstellen
Um den Nutzen von Workflows, bzw. mögliche Schwachstellen besser bewerten zu können, wäre es hilfreich, wenn es ein Tool geben würde, mit dem nachvollzogen werden kann, wie lange es dauert die Aufgabe XY zu bearbeiten, wie oft die Entscheidung XY bei einer bestimmten Aufgabe getroffen wird etc.
Somit wäre eine bessere Analyse der Nutzung möglich.
Hier evtl. auch mit Angabe von Mindestwerten, Durchschnitt und Maximalwerten.7 votesDiese Idee haben wir in unser Backlog aufgenommen. Aufgrund der Komplexität können wir allersdings keinen Zeitrahmen nennen.

Zentrale Verwaltung von Funktionen im Viewer
Eine zentrale Verwaltung für die Funktionen im Viewer, mit der man die Icons der User je nach Rechten ein- und ausblenden kann, wäre vor allem für große Unternehmen sinnvoll.

Ordner Ansicht in Mobile darstellen
Es wäre super, wenn die Ordneransicht (ab V6.10) auch in der App dargestellt werden könnte.

Mehrere Dokumente auf einmal stempeln
Bei der Abrechnung würden wir gerne mehrere Dokumente, die zB zu einer Auftragsnummer gehören, auf einmal mit denselben Stempeldaten abstempeln - dies würde sehr viel Zeit sparen

Bring back the ability to Attach, Delete, or Skip a page when pre-indexing in a tray
The Windows Client allowed the user to essentially staple pages to a document when pre-indexing in the Storage Mask. You could select a group of scanned pages in a Basket, drag them to a store dialog, and click the pre-indexing check box. When clicked, this would enable three new buttons, Attach, Delete and Skip. This allowed the user to construct documents by attaching, deleting or skipping pages while indexing, without having to go back to a basket or tray. This was a big time saver in the Windows Client, and a big time waster when trying to accomplish the same…
